Our stay was good, the room was clean. Looked to be very new. I felt the rooms were poorly lit. We had to go all the way to the lobby to get ice as the ice machines were broken on floors 2 and 3. Yes, would stay here again.

ONE Elevator that was SLOW and unsteady. Seriously? Our experience was okay, but witnessed the front desk staff being rude to another guest - not okay. Broken ice machine and tiny pool. meh.

The hotel staff were very nice and welcoming. After arrival the elevator broke. We were told at check in that the elevator had just been fixed today, but I guess that didn’t work out. We also found two roaches in the room, one alive and one dead. Since we were only staying one night, the broken elevator and the roaches were not enough to make us change rooms, but I’m sure the staff would have accommodated the request, had we made it. The front desk lady did write down our room number to check about the roaches and possible spray. Breakfast was a regular continental hotel breakfast. Overall the stay was good other than those two things.

Property common areas were dirty and unkept. Lots of workers and construction. Limited parking and lots of noise. Room was adequate but poorly designed. Small TV and odd Spectrum channels. Could not see TV from couch. No light over Keurig station/mini fridge. Not intuitive and comfortable. Asked for blanket and all that was available was another comforter. Not an option. So remade the bed with extra sheets. Housekeeping removed them the next day. May I suggest a good GM with operations experience to get this place running?

The gentleman staff member who checked us in was very hospitable, professional, and made us feel very welcome. Additionally, the hotel is very clean and quiet. We will definitely stay here again when we are visiting this area.

It was a very clean and friendly place the breakfast was very good lots of choices but I was disappointed they didn’t have waffles. Only a pancake machine. Which makes horrible tasting pancakes. The bathrooms needs to upgrade the lighting it’s so dim I can’t see to put on makeup. Beds are comfy tv too small and they should have put another tv in room where the sofa is. I couldn’t see or hear tv where it was in front of the 2 beds.

The Hotel needs a proper upgrade. The carpet in the rooms were coming up at the seams - cheap remodel. The carpet transition to the bathroom was only 1/2 there. The hotel in general is not as clean as I would have expected for the money spent. Breakfast was very good, however the milk was expired and bad - I had to request fresh milk for my cereal.

Overall not a terrible experience but the room we had - the air condition didn't cool very well. We had asked about it they offered to come fix but never did. We dealt with it but it wasn't the best time. Luckily our other room air worked very well so we kept mostly cool there

Easy to get to. Some nice views from various locations in hotel and outside, but not from room because glass needs to be replace. Cannot see through it. Room is too dark to see into luggage well and bathroom especially needs more light to be able to put on makeup.

I checked in on a Wed evening for two nights. I arrived around 8 and there was a lady talking to a customer. He was upset about something not working in his room. She was dressed sloppily and did not acknowledge me for 10 minutes. Her demeanor & unprofessional appearance was not a good start. The ground were very overgrown & not manicured. The paling was nonexistent and many “work” trucks took up many extra spaces. I’ve stayed in dozens of Holliday Inn Express hotels in my 66 years. Other than the room & halls being clean I was disappointed. This particular location has gone downhill in outside maintenance & the workers are all unprofessional (the ones I encountered). It’s hard to get good help these days! There should be a dress code & be nicely groomed to work the check in desk.

Check in process took over 20 minutes. Service attendant told everyone in line to not book through IHG again. IHG branding was all over your signage so there is a disconnect there.

Angel was fabulous!! We were greeted immediately. Beautiful room! She got us a room close to the entrance so exiting in the morning was very convenient. Stephen was also great! Had our paperwork ready and thanked us for coming and wished us a great day. They both need a raise!!

Horrible service. I booked one reservation with two rooms. Upon checking in the front desk attendance said, “oh, we only have one room for you.” OK I got out my itinerary double checked and I had two rooms with four guests. She was completely apathetic and said they were sold out. We talked in circles and brought in a manager trying to get to the bottom of why Hotels.com would’ve had two rooms while they only had one eventually the manager located the second room reservation. We got checked in just fine after that and thought that would be the end of it. We must have upset the front desk attendant because later that evening— or shall I say the next morning— we received three separate wake up calls to our room, the first one occurring at 3:58 am. We repeatedly said we did not request one and called the front desk to say we absolutely needed them to stop. She said she would “ see what she can do.” I tried to resolve this but the local property and they dodged calls for several days.

This is the second time we have stayed at the HI in Marble Falls. As we have family in the area, we will probably stay there in the future. Friendly staff, clean amenities, very conveniently located. This time I was in a wheelchair. The staff went out of their way to make our stay a pleasant one.

It was good the only thing I would suggest is a little bit better on the breakfast. Instead of two types of sausage it shouldn’t be one type sausage and bacon so people who can’t or don’t like one or the other they’re is a choice. Also the pancake macodid not work.
