Motel 6-Marble Falls, TX

I’m handicap and I requestes first floor they made me go to 4th floor and said elevator works and that was not the case u had to walk to from 4th floor to 3rd floor to call elevator to 4th floor I sppke to gentleman there he said he would move us and they did not never again will I step foot here

Everything is comfortable I extended my stay until Tuesday I only wish the pool was not under maintenance as I would have loved to swim some on these last of hot summer days but other than that rooms are small but cozy and comfortable and my fur babies approved also. Thank you motel 6

Brought my dog with me and at night and I was put on third floor which made it hard to take my dog out to potty. Area for pets outside to go potty was nasty and felt unsafe at night. Glad I didn't get put on first floor because it smelled like cat pee. Side door was never locked and felt unsafe there too.My room was decent and quiet but probably wont stay again.

The place was filthy, inside and out. I was concerned about things being stolen out of my truck because of the location and the people around. The elevator buttons were broken on the top floor so my 38 week pregnant wife was going to have to take the stairs down 4 floors. Fortunately they were kind enough to cancel the room and refund us.

The elevator doesn’t work on the 4th floor had to take the stairs to the 3rd to get down. The entire hotel smells like dog and the rooms are the size of a closet

Stayed two nights 1st night was fine except only the ice machine on the 3rd floor was working. Arrived for second night and there was no cleaning of the room. Picked up only the dirty towels. Left nothing. Front desk apologetic gave us towels. I’ve machine on 3rd floor quit so no ice. Never again.

It was fine. Some things were broken (ice machine, one of the washers knocked a lot and leaked), but it had what we needed.

This property seems to cater to the local working men and that’s ok. I was concerned about security as the side doors were not secured and left open all day n night. The keycard slot to enter was not working, so they left the doors ajar.

Within 5 days we didn't get clean linen, we had to ask for towels. The room was never clean properly. Laundry room was very dirty and the hallway had dogfood a long the baseboards and didn't get picked up by anyone. Swimming pool was murky.. The shower vent was missing and the shower head leaked a lot of water while showering.

I guess Motel 6 lived up to its reputation of you get what you pay for. Even though the property had been updated, it was still a little scary. The security latch on the back door was disabled, so anyone can let themselves in at any time of the night. Its just a cheap hotel. Stay here if you don't care what it looks or smells like.

This is a very dirty hotel and smells like smoke .Towels were dirty could see stains on them .

Room was very dirty. Coffee, juice and spit on the walls. The floors had dirt and grease balls on them. Woke up to people screaming. Dogs barking next door. Floors and carpet in the staircase was absolutely filthy. Ice machine was broken had to go to different floors to get ice. If you want a clean comfortable place... DO NOT STAY HERE. Who ever rated this hotel highly is absolutely clueless of what a hotel should be. You know it sucks when they have to post on the door to make sure you lock your doors when you are inside!

The room had roaches, the bathroom had someones hair all over the shower and back of the toilet, the hallway smelled like Marijuana and cigarettes and the room smelled like cigarettes. Bathroom light only had a single dim bulb.

Roaches! Found a live one. Found 7 dead ones on the floor. The bathroom floor had something red stuck on it. The woman who checked us in at night was very kind.

The last time I stayed here I was actually impressed, But they reminded me why they're a Motel 6 this time. Hair all over the bathroom, repair to the flooring made by duct tape, very unclean.

Upon check in the girl at the desk was on the phone and talking to a friend that was there visiting about her taxes being denied. Once I finally got checked in, I went to my room and it was filthy. I took my sheets off the bed and took to the front for more because there was hairs in my bed that was made but wasnt mine. The bathroom had grime built up on every surface. Had my wife been with me, I would have left and not let her stay in such filth!

The place smelled of mold and decae also found bed bugs stage 4

No hot water ,blood on the wall ,hallways were dirty

The floors smells like pet urination in the halls. I killed a cockroach in my room. There was no hot water. It looked like the carpets and baseboards hadn't been cleaned in years.

The entire hotel smelled like cat piss It was disgusting I told the employees at the front desk and they seemed to not care

Room was small but comfortable. A/C was pretty noisy.

Check-in went well. Did not receive handicap reserved room, lumpy bed-worst ever. No breakfast

The room was clean and comfortable, but there is no buffering of sound. Neighbors were loud and you could hear everything that was going on around you. Sleeping was next to impossible.

It was very noisy you could hear people talking all night and loud conversations at 5am. It feels like you’re in the same room. Then I met a new friend while I was brushing my teeth. She crawled out of an outlet and just hung out with me for a while. I didn’t appreciate that honestly but I didn’t want to be rude. Her name was Roachanne.

Property is convenient but that’s about it. Mattress on the bed was terrible and the walls are paper thin as you can hear conversations in the next room. Relatively clean but you can still see spots in the room that need wiping down.

The curtain let in a lot of light during the night. The room was not dark at night as there was an outside light and the curtain was thin. Don’t stay if you’re reliant on a dark room to sleep. I was frustrated and cut my stay short a day so I could have a better sleep.

Bed was full size and not a queen as advertised. Looked like someone had just gotten out of bed. Bed not comfortable. Slick film all over room.

I guess you get what you pay for, but the proerty is old, has very little parking, the room was very small and the bed was terrible. I was feeling unwell and we only stayed 1 night. It was worth saving money. The neighbors were loud and there was a barking dog somewhere. I am disappointed

Was in town for a wedding and instead of paying 250 per night at the resort stayed here. It was not awful by any means but is definitely a no frills place. Rooms are smallish, beds are ok, but the AC unit was very inconsistent. Had to keep turning cool on and off as it seemed like the thermostat was broke on it. No breakfast or in room coffee, but there was a gas station / 7-11 next door that had awesome breakfast tacos and burritos. Would use it again, but the one con that could be huge for some is that it was loud at night.

I was there for 3 days. When I left my room for the 1st day I COMPLETELY open the bathroom door against the entry door into the room. So the entry door wont open with out hitting the bathroom door. When I returned that evening. The bathroom door was completely shut. Somebody was snooping around in my room. I did not notice anything missing. The second day I called the front desk and specifically asked for NOONE to enter my room during my stay. The second day I did the same situation with the bathroom door while I was gone, and again someone had entered my room and closed the bathroom door and snooped around. The State of Texas says that they are NOT allowed to enter a occupied room unless there is a emergency, Maintenance reasons, or for illegal activity in the room. No entry was necessary by management. I know this is long , but I wanted to explain how I knew someone was snooping in my room. The front desk said room service had come. BUT, the bed was not made, the trash was not taken out, and no towels were replaced that were dirty on the floor. :-(

4 nights and NO maid service. One bath towel in the room and no bath soap. Mike P. at the desk very rude, condescending and unprofessional. Will not be staying here again.

Mike at the front desk was very pleasant and friendly and he helped me check in. The room had a microwave and a fridge - unexpected surprises, because most Motel 6's don't include those amenities. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower worked fine. I would definitely stay here again.

No one at desk to check in. Waiting half an hour at midnight after a 16 hour travel day.

Older property with a friendly, helpful staff.

Staff worked with me and let me check in at 7am after my night shift which was amazing.

Every staff member wreaked of cigarette smoke. The morning staff was knocking on doors 2 hours and more early. Then they would stand in the lobby talking about any guest who had a negative reaction to their complete unprofessionalism.

Great value. No issues. Not luxurious but orderly and clean. Great staff.

The room was clean, guy checking us in was friendly, however the smoke alarm in our room kept going off in the middle of the night and then house keeping tried coming in at 830 am after we told her room was occupied she still tried to come in.

The staff were excellent. Far better than expected for a budget motel

It’s an older property that needs work. There is a construction project beside the property as well.

This property could really use an update. The rooms are a little run down and they definitely need better pillows. The pool was full but needed to be cleaned. Construction next door so was awaken each morning at around 7 due to construction noise.

This property was not my first choice as I had a last minute travel schedule. It was one of the only ones available at a reasonable price. I highly regret stain at this Hotel. To begin with the location was off a main road but it is a little bit difficult to access the front staff woman was surely and looked very unclean and seemed like a hard-core drug user. The ice machine on my floor did not work. I stayed on the second floor and it reeked heavily of marijuana both nights that I stayed there. Apparently the hotel is pet friendly and there was a couple of dogs that were barking inside the hotel, which was an annoyance. The room itself was OK, basic nothing special. They had several junk cars in the parking lot and some unsavory looking people that were barbecuing outside. A really bad vibe and a bad luck for a hotel that’s part of a national chain. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend. I would’ve much rather slept in the bed of my truck or Camped on the side of the road. I’m confident that it single woman would feel unsafe staying at this hotel. The property seem like it was reasonably new, but it was in poor condition with little maintenance and obviously subpar management.

Pulled in for the night and my stay was pre planned so check in was quick and easy. Convenient ample parking, felt safe. Lots of nearby choices of restaurants and conveniences. Perfect for what I needed, would stay here again.

I like that the property was set back from the road and was actually on a little bit of a hill. The location was good. It was quiet and easy to sleep which is important to me!

The property is located on top of a hill in a forest setting with trees surrounding three sides of the parking lot and building. The rooms are comfortable and virtually sound proof. Everything is in working order such as plumbing, and electrical appliances including tv, refrigerator, and microwave. This motel does not have a computer or business center available to guests, and I would have had an appropriate need for an available internet access in addition to the WIFI that is available.

We had no rags, shampoo or cream rinse. No blow dryer. I had to leave with wet hair. No breakfast.

Some kind of breakfast would have been nice. Nothing fancy just something more than coffee.

The room smelled like a bad chemical and the hallway smelled even worse. I think they have a ventilation problem. Only two pillows available so we didn’t sleep great. That being said if you have dogs they don’t charge extra and have grassy areas for potty breaks. Also staff are nice.

They charge 120.00 a night and the tv was out the whole time and no continental breakfast. Didn’t even tell me what the WiFi password was I had to go ask I was there on the 13th of may

I did enjoy our stay. But i think there should of been some kind of breakfast. I didnt like staying in a handicapped room.
