Lovely hotel on the Colorado River with great views! Very friendly & helpful staff. They directed us to the downtown area & gave dining suggestions. Breakfast was included & dining area had an outdoor area overlooking the river. Pool area & hot tub also overlooked the river & were very nice. Room was very comfortable & bed was extremely comfy! We will stay here again!!

Hotel is under renovation. Elevator was hard to find and only one to use. Breakfast was mediocre. No real meat. Pool was almost too warm and not so refreshing. On a positive note, staff was extremely nice and accommodating. View of lake is beautiful.

We liked the room and pet friendly. Staff helpful and friendly. Thank you Jo and Brittany. Parking lot was full and had to park across the street. The wifi wouldn't connect and we never could get more than one TV station. Breakfast was very good!

Very disappointed in Hidden Falls Inn. The Inn has so much potential being centrally located in Marble Falls but fall short on cleanliness and being outdated in the City View Room. There was hair visible in and around tub when we got to the room. Also, there was paint peeling off the walls and dirty furniture with stains. Thank goodness for the nice staff and lobby.

The plus was the view of the water. Sadly it wasn’t very clean. Either the cleaning staff had pets or the cleaning supplies they used picked up pet hair from someone’s room there was hair everywhere in the bathroom on the counters, toilet, floor, tub, etc. YUCK thankfully had socks so I wore them anytime I walked around or kept my shoes on. Carpet had stains so it’s been a while since they’ve renovated. I booked here because it was rated a “9” out of 10. It’s definitely not.

Really cute hotel right on the lake. View is very nice. Also connected to a Chili’s restaurant and that’s nice as well as it also has a huge patio to sit on the lake. Service was excellent, breakfast was nice and fresh and attendant was on point. My only complaint is that the room wasn’t too clean, dusty and me bathroom had hairs on the corners. The pool cushions Nd tables were dirty too. Again attendant for breakfast area was super clean and very attentive but the pool area and room needs better cleaning. Other than that, nice place to stay, convenient, close to CVS and many places to eat. Front office staff very nice.

Overall it was a nice property to stay for one evening. The bathroom toilet seat lid was rather dirty and so were the lamps. The room smelled like body odor. The staff was nice, however, there was a sports team full of young men who were very noisy and for some reason, they were roomed all around us. I wish they would have separated us from that group, as it was very noisy and hard to get to sleep. We won't be staying here again, but overall, it's not a terrible location. It was nice being right next to Chili's.

Great hotel. Great location. My only complaint, if any, is that there were no smart plugs. I haven't stayed in a hotel in years that didn't have some sort of USB charger. Overall a great place to stay.

The beds are like sleeping on ply wood and the halls smell funky but we did rather enjoy the view, the pool and hot tub and breakfast was impressing. Just wish she had been able to sleep better. The atmosphere is so nice .

It was an older Hotel hotel which gave it some charm. The beds were amazingly soft and comfortable. The staff were very accommodating and very friendly. The air conditioner was cold which was great for 104 degree texas weather, but when trying to sleep at night it sounded like an old car starting up outside your window. Overall it was a nice stay.

Hidden Falls Inn is truly a hidden gem. You can’t hardly find the service and attentiveness that’s given at Hidden Falls anymore. Cathy the manager allowed us to check in early and checked on us multiple times through our stay. Peggy the mid-shift front desk person was sweet as can be. She even suggested the Christmas light walk. It was just a fabulous experience overall.

we booked last minute on our way through marble Falls. Miss Peggy at the desk was an absolute dream. So polite and so friendly. She helped us check in with speed, even though it was quite late. The hotel room was very clean and quiet. In the morning, we went down to have breakfast and the lady serving was incredible. She was like a breakfast ninja. Overall, an amazing stay and we will definitely be going back there when we’re driving through.

Breakfast was TERRIBLE. No healthy options. Nothing without sugar, the eggs were dusgusting! No coffee creamers that were sugar- free, styrofoam plates?!? Awful. Toilet clogged on our last day and no one came to fix it

Should be a 5-star hotel! Best free breakfast I've ever had. Silverware, cloth napkins, amazing quality food, and the restaurant / balcony overlooking the river was top notch! Classy remodel was done recently, the hotel is very clean and comfortable, and the staff is as friendly as they come.
