Terrible quality for the price they charged. I’d like a refund. Missing light bulbs, sticky floor, bathroom tap broken, loose toilet seat, tv remote didn’t work, ice machines out of order, elevator out of order, light bulbs in elevator didn’t work, pool out of order. Terrible experience.

The pool was closed for maintenance. In the original search it indicates pool but once you book you get a message saying the pool is closed for maintenance. It would be better to have this indicated on the original search!

The hotel was ok. Staff was great! Pool was shut down and emptied, elevator flickered like a horror film, and the parking lot was not plowed after recent snow storm. Great breakfast and very clean rooms though!

Entire building was disgusting. Dirt and dust everywhere the hall ways were gross and the room was rotten. Stains and hairs on the bed sheets dust everywhere soap scum in the tub and tap. Overhead staff talking about multiple complaints of the buildings cleanliness. 10/10 would not recommend.

The room wasn’t cleaned very well. Behind tv there is dirt, garbage, ear plugs. Bathroom also, floor was dirty. No bed bugs though, so that’s a plus. We noticed plastic covering smoke detector and told front desk. Outside there is garbage all over parking lot and grassy areas. So yeah, not the best, but ok for sleeping. Oh and pool was not open, which we weren’t told about.

Both elevators smelled like urine to me, so I’m not staying there tonight. I am at a Marriot in Edmonton which is much better. House keeping couldn’t replenish toilet paper/kleenex during the 2 night stay. I left the box on the sink counter for them to notice. They only discarded the box, didn’t put a new one. Old one had 2 sheets in it. The bed was very comfortable though, the room was good. No complaints on the room

Rooms were not cleaned well upon arrival. Wasn’t sure bedding was changed as there were lots of wrinkles in it. Bathroom had mold. Pool not working. Staff took too long to keep breakfast food and coffee full. Over priced for what you get. I’d be hard pressed to stay at this location again.

It was the most unpleasant stay I have ever had. My first room was dirty with dog hair, dirty face towel and bugs, second room was a bit better but needed a clean and repairs to things like no toilet paper holder. The stairwell was filthy and the garbage bin was overflowing with so much garbage that it was completely unsanitary. I emailed the manager of the hotel with pictures and never heard a word back. Very dissatisfied and completely disappointed in the management not addressing my concerns.

The beds were super comfortable. The staff was very friendly everywhere in the hotel. They were very welcoming to our large group of dancers and let the girls have extra fun in the pool. Would stay again if we come back to Fort Saskatchewan.

Shower has no flow, get new shower heads. Went to grab hot water, and there was coffee grind in it. Wifi sucked. It was super slow to the point where you couldn’t send an email. Hotel is very old and not cared after.

We chose the Hampton Inn by Hilton Fort Saskatchewan primarily for its pet-friendly policy, as we were traveling with our Service Dog. Upon arrival, however, we faced an unexpected challenge. The staff are friendly and the room was clean, but the room was in terrible condition. There was an enormous rip in one of the sheer curtains, the remote had some kind of stickers stuck to the back of it, and the furniture was badly damaged. Also, when I arrived to check in quite late at night there was no one at the front desk. I checked in the back, tried calling out, and calling the hotel phone number, but no luck. I had confirmed before my flight that they had 24 hour front desk service. I waited so long that I was starting to worry the front desk person had been injured or fallen ill somewhere and was looking up the number for other nearby hotels in the same chain that I could reach out to for help, when the desk attendant came wandering up and said there was an issue with a hair dryer in one of the rooms that they had been dealing with. Very frustrating.

I selected pay at property and they added $50 to the bill without my knowledge and told me that the receipt would com from Hotels.com. When I checked my visa and saw the problem, I tried twice to call them and they would not answer the phone. Be carful. They scam their guests!!!!

Arrived to the hotel at 1515 and was told it would be half an hour before we could check in. We had a wedding to go to at 1630 and needed to get ready. I went and got ready in the public bathroom. They finally had a different room ready for us just before 1600. We had barely five mins in the room before we needed to get going to the wedding. We get up to the room and it’s a double. I had paid for a king room. So we got downgraded and told that we could take it or leave it. I prepaid so there was no possible way that we could leave and go find a different hotel where we would be treated with more respect and professionalism.

The area surrounding the hotel is dated in some areas, better in others. Bed was quite uncomfortable. The fridge must have been left all the way up as all our food froze and went to waist (unexpected). Met Luvy from the kitchen, very pleasant lady.
