However, the bathroom was a bit too small. The bathroom door which was a orange tinted glass door was almost see-through and easy to hear through. There was some mold at the corners in the shower which was a bit unappealing. Laundry and dryer station at the 2nd floor was convenient for longer stays. Regarding TV, there was only Chinese channels except 2, and there was no possiblity to stream from your device via WIFI. I recommend none Chinese speaking customers to bring a "HDMI to USB-C/Lightning cable" to the TVs, so you can connect and stream from your devices. We stayed at this hotel for almost 2 weeks. All in all, it was a good stay for us.

This property is a great value and well worth the price. My only complaint is that they don't turn on the air conditioner in the hallway. It basically makes it feel like one star below what it should be. When you walk into a hotel in the summer, you should feel like you are escaping the heat. But instead it's like, only parts of the hotel has AC and many parts don't. It makes it feel cheap. Another thing that made no sense is that the workers keep leaving windows and doors open during hot summer days when it's 100 degrees Fahrenheit or 38 Celsius. On one hand they want to save money on AC, but on the other hand, they will also leave the doors and windows open when the AC is on... makes no sense

A little far away from the action, but well connected via orange metro line 7. Everything right at hand - supermarket, restaurants etc. We stayed in a 2 floor family room and it was perfect for the 4 of us. We could cook a little bit and we used the laundry service on the 2nd floor to wash and dry our clothes. Breakfast buffet was very good - we stayed for 6 nights and didn’t get tired of the content. And the price was amazing compared to what other hotels around Bund would cost.

We liked the housekeeping, the staff members including housekeeping, front desk, doormen. The chefs provided a a wide variety of choices and we looked forward every a.m. for breakfast. We especially liked the split level loft with an 11story view. We liked the surrounding area, places to eat or have coffee/ drinks close although we didn’t eat in that area, we were there one full week. Large underground supermarket just nextdoor, you need to look or ask where but it has everything and we shopped there and cooked in room. The kitchen in room was very usable, clean & convenient. This property is not central or downtown, we took DIDI and it was often a 30 minute ride to places we wanted to go, but it wasn’t expensive for us and we enjoyed the rides. Lastly, anything we needed the staff was helpful and attended to our needs right away, and the gym is very nice too. Again thank you to all departments 🙏😊 We would return here to stay again.

Plenty of space for two people with the split level. It has 3 air conditioning units hooray! such a welcome respite. The facilities were top notch and a Metro minutes away which we used to get to Shanghai Airport to Maglev Station. Also a convenience store , starbucks and Hey Tea in the vicinity. We had a washing machine and drier in our unit so amazing.

Uns hatte Modena sehr gut gefallen 👌☺️ Das Hotel liegt zwar etwas außerhalb vom Zentrum, aber dafür es sehr nahe an einer U-Bahnstation. Die Kommunikation ist dank Google translate gar kein Problem. Ich gehöre wohl zu den Skeptiker, was die Sauberkeit angeht, aber in diesem Hotel war es sehr sauber !! So hatten wir uns 10 Tage lang sehr wohl gefühlt und waren dort sehr glücklich:-) Vielen Dank an Modena und bitte so weitermachen 👍😊

Well appointed hotel. A bit of a distance from city centre, but metro station is a 2min walk and getting anywhere is very convenient. We had quite a long stay and overall it exceeded expectations. Only critique would be that the housekeeping team - who did a great job with maintaing the room - is quite loud with their communcations, so sleeping in wasn't really an option.

This property is not central or downtown, we took DIDI and it was often a 30 minute ride to places we wanted to go, but it wasn’t expensive for us and we enjoyed the rides. Lastly, anything we needed the staff was helpful and attended to our needs right away, and the gym is very nice too. Again thank you to all departments 🙏😊 We would return here to stay again.
