Beachfront Bed & Breakfast

Just a short walk across the dunes to a nice quiet beach. Breakfast was great; staff was friendly and helpful. They have beach towels, chairs and umbrellas for your use. Pool was refreshing and clean. We were in the cottage in the Windjammer Suite. Big and roomy with a large bedroom and smaller room with refrigerator, microwave, table and a small couch. The Beach Bus has a stop really close.

Beautiful grounds, Very friendly staff, delicious breakfast, relaxing pool and hot tub and of course a spectacular location right on the beach. I will definitely plan to come back!!

Everything about this stay was excellent. The room (Surfside) was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated with a lot of special touches (cream sherry in a decanter on the entry table). Very comfortable bed and bedding. The pool area was immaculate. The hot tub building allowed one to use the tub during rain. A short walk over the boardwalk, through the dunes takes you right onto the beach. Breakfast was served with good cheer, nicely plated and prepared. Not one negative!

We LOVED everything about our stay. Our room was charming. They thought of everything for our amenities — Keurig and coffee in our room, beach towels, beach chairs & umbrellas, and an out-of-this-world breakfast every morning. Our room, in one of the cottages, was quiet and comfortable. Access to the picture-perfect beach is a short walk across the dune. Highly, highly recommend and we will be back!

Beautiful property with a pathway directly to the beach! Pool was super clean and lit up so perfect for a night swim. Sit down breakfast served in the morning and the staff was amazing.

My husband and I came here for a getaway weekend. It was so relaxing waking up right on the beach. The breakfast every morning was different and made fresh. The rooms had beach towels and all the amenities to make you feel right at home. The pool and hot tub were a nice bonus, since the water on the beach was colder. Very quiet and peaceful and would definitely stay here again! We stayed in the Surfside Room and loved it !

Great location and access to the beach. The pool was always quiet since it’s adults only. The rooms were spacious and had great AC. The breakfast in the morning was made fresh and tasted great and the staff were very welcoming!

Pros: quick walk to beach, nice pool, comfortable bed, Windjammer room is bright and airy. Cons: Windjammer room in dire need of repairs, broken drain, cracked walls and tiles, the small details DO matter at $350 night (cost after taxes, resort fee)! Rusty drain cover not even attached to shower, kept slipping off, creating possible slipping,cutting hazard) Reported: advised reported previously, not fixed, making us wonder if owners actually care. Towels are old, rough on the skin, and not enough provided, for two, for two nights. Asked for more, received 1/1. Last morning shower ended up using a pool towel (nicer than other towels) Parking: is provided, but for Windjammer and Sail away is narrow pavers pieced together, barely wider than car tires, tightly between two palm trees! If you do not pull in just right, you cannot open your car doors. Unpaved part fills with water when it rains hard. Solution: remove the trees and create an elevated concrete pad! Breakfast: is NOT made to order, as Expedia site states! First day: tiny OJ glass, tiny fruit cup, with unripe melon and strawberries (ok) French toast saturated in syrup. Tiny sausages. Second day: dry, overcooked, tasteless egg bake. No meat or cheese in or on it. Same tiny OJ and fruit cup. Two dry sugary carbs on the site (scone and muffin) Bfast staff, especially gal from Ft Pierce, were friendly, engaging. Staff are NOT owners, but owners do live nearby. Overall: overpriced, not staying again, nor recommending

Great location right next to beach access… Had a miscommunication about the check in process and we didn’t know to check in next store but other than that it was a wonderful stay! Very clean and pictures online described the place we stayed! We would stay again.

We stayed at the beachfront bed-and-breakfast in Saint Augustine Beach, Florida in March 2025. We found the staff to be very pleasant, and helpful. The room and the breakfast area were nice and clean. They were very roomy and pleasing to the eye. The establishment is owned by the hotel next-door. On the other side of the hotel is a mini golf course, that was fun. We found that you can only see the beach from the breakfast area windows on the second floor of that building. Our room was in the building behind that building on a side street off of A1A. We did have a problem with the drain in our shower being clogged. However, when we reported the issue, it was resolved while we were eating breakfast. The parking spot was between two palm trees. It was very tight. If we had a bigger vehicle, I do not know if we would fit very well. There was no obvious faucet to clean off our feet after visiting the beach. So we drug in some sand. That said, it was a little pricey. Other than that, we would recommend this bed-and-breakfast near the beach.

I wouldn’t recommend this property to another soul. We checked out a day early because the room was soo bad. Mold in the shower, $200 disclaimer fees. Can’t open windows etc. very sad. Take this off Expedia. I want half my money back

Staff was friendly. Exceptional service!! Great oceanfront location. Pool and hot tub were both amazing! The furniture and linens in the Surfside could use an update. They were dingy and nothing matched. Seemed like it was pieced together from consignment shops.

We are back again, because we love this place! Lovely landscaped property. Clean and comfortable rooms with many amenities. Great beach access. Quiet and relaxing. Hostesses serve a delicious breakfast and are very accomodating and friendly.

Worst trip Bug invest room only gave a a room in the hotel this was All at 2am not a good nights rest .

Very nice and quiet place. We stayed in Windjammer. Right on the beach which was perfect. They even delivered us breakfast when we didn’t make it to the main house to eat. Keep in mind it is a bit dated but still very clean and comfortable

Beachfront bed and breakfast was a wonderful getaway for a romantic weekend. The accommodations are casually elegant, the room was charming and comfortable and the breakfasts were homemade and delicious. The view was beautiful and the beach had soft sand and a wide shore. We had a lovely time and hope to return.

The breakfast was lovely and the host was very accommodating for dietary needs. The property is older, the room was adequate but had limited surface space for things. The TV was on the dresser and the keurig, cups, and pods were on the small refrigerator. The room was clean, towels for the bathroom and pool were in good supply. The mattress was a little uncomfortable but not unbearable. The pool was perfect, and the walk to the beach was lovely. Overall if you are looking for a nice breakfast, beach front and a pool I highly recommend this property. If you want something shiny and new, this isn't the property for you

Sail Away was a quaint cottage with beach theme. Easy walk to breakfast room, pool and beach. Adriana makes a delicious breakfast, served with love and excellent service. Bed was soft, bathroom very small.

Check in was at a separate place than lodging. Unit had thin walls and we unfortunately heard our neighbors.

Check in was at sister property nearby which gave a bad first impression. Was reminiscent of a days inn motel. Breakfast was awful. Not up to par for a bed and breakfast (“french toast” which was basically bread warmed in a pan with no egg coating and “banana syrup” which was a flavorless liquid with banana slices, a paper thin unknown meat tasteless sausage patty (I think from dollar tree freezer section), a fresh fruit cup which was tasty and orange juice (awful) and coffee (awful). For the premium price for this property the breakfast was criminal). The breakfast ladies were friendly though, but not chefs.

The staff was amazing, so sweet! And it's right on the beach which was so nice! It's also walking distance to several restaurants.

The Lighthouse room is a cute quaint place with direct access to the beach. It’s a little odd because you have to check in at the hotel next to door, BUT IT’S A REAL KEY!! I haven’t seen them since my childhood. Check in was amazing, very friendly ladies at the counter. Was even able to get room about 15/20 minutes before actual check in. Here’s my one negative. We called and asked the front desk for an additional 30 minutes and she “said of course”, immediately following we get a call from a lady Cindy, who tells me that we have to drop off the key at the breakfast room area, my husband said thank you, we called for a later check out and will bring the key when we are packed and ready to leave; she straight hung up on him. So we decide to just say fine and was pack and in the car, knocking on the door because it was locked at 10:50 with an 11am checkout. So look at that Cindy wasn’t even there. Needless to say I went to the property next door to drop off the key and let them know about Cindy and obtained the owner of the “house” we stayed in so let them know and to suggest a regular love seat instead of a wicker, it get a little painful on the bum. But no matter what I will be following up and letting them know that Cindy is quite RUDE!

We walked the path to the beach and took a 2 mile walk to get our steps in. This followed an evening of heavy seas and stormy weather we took in from the veranda. Lauren (owner), Gina (front desk) and others are so pleasant and great to work with. We are repeat customers traveling up and down the eastern seaboard, this is permanently on our list of stops as an anchor location!

The staff and owner could not have been friendlier and more accommodating. Peaceful, tucked away right on St. Augustine Beach. Facilities and privacy - all just what we were looking for as a weekend getaway!

The accommodations were warm and inviting. The ladies who made breakfast were so friendly and helpful with information about the area. We loved the antiques. We plan to be back at Christmas time!

We had a lovely time. Everyone was nice even the other quests that were staying there. The view was fantastic. Right on the beach. Even got to see a sea turtle in the dunes. We will go back, it is our new spot.

On the beach, short walk and great view from the great room for sunsets. The main house used to be a hunting lodge back in the day still has the woodwork and rafters. Great breakfasts and friendly staff. Short drive into the Old Town of St Augustine. Great 3 day weekend stay.

We enjoyed our time at Beachfront BnB, especially for its proximity to the ocean, comfortable room/bed, and pool/hot tub on site. The location can’t be beat! Breakfast made mornings easy, walking on the beach at sunrise is exquisite, having a hot tub when we arrived home chilled from a fishing outing was heaven. Thank you, Beachfront!

Breakfast could had been better, i had better breakfast at the Holiday Inn. For the price i paid, coffe and doughnuts accross the street could had been better. Sorry, but is my honest opinion

We stayed here last year and now again this year! It is our favorite place to stay and generally enjoyed our time there! The staff is always great and the ladies in the morning serving breakfast do such a great job!

Over all the stay was so nice beautiful Bed and Breakfast staff was amazing, I loved my room very bohemian style could use a few updates / windows unable to open the upstairs rooms have had more updates. Loved to be able to walk out my door to the beach. Breakfast is included when I booked my stay it asks if you have any dietary issues Gluten and dairy-free, no glute free options were available, also as a bed and breakfast I would like that they would serve fresh Florida honey, as a option for coffee also oat or coconut milk ,organic eggs .The kitchen staff went out of the way to make sure I had a nice breakfast , I would make sure to bring gluten free and dairy free items next time. My favorite place to dine Beachcomers amazing craft cocktails and fresh fish and veggies.

The place was beautiful. Nice & clean. The Sail Away room had a nautical view. The staff was amazing, very friendly & helpful. 1 recommendations is to reduce the amount of carbs for breakfast. It was very heavy on the carbs. Also, give people the option to put syrup on their food. Other than that, it was a nice experience.
