Staff were very nice and helpful, hotel very convenient short Walkman to the sanctuary, room was spacious enough but what made the stay terrible were the beds. The mattresses were almost non existent, they were so thin you felt the boards underneath. It’s not an exaggeration. Our backs ached so much and we could not sleep , it was terrible.

The staff were incredible. Hector in particular is noteworthy. Polite, knowledgeable and helpful. There is one thing to avoid and that is room 3 where we stayed. It is close to the elevator and this means the constant mechanical noise from the lift is a pain. Then there are the queues for the lift making even more noise. The room is at road level and there was occasional engine noise. All of which makes it difficult to sleep. Although this may be a bit of moan it is worthy of mentioning. As for the other rooms I can’t say. This hotel is ideally located for all the main locations and events.
