hôtel bien situé, à proximité du centre, parking près de l'hôtel et GRATUIT ! ce qui n'était pas le cas à Bordeaux et à Nantes, hôtels réservés pour le même voyage ! Petit déjeuner copieux, il ne manquait presque rien, sauf la charcuterie. Excellent jus d'orange !

Pratique car parking privé et securisé Près du sanctuaire de notre dame de Lourdes Tres bon.accueil, gentillesse Mauvais côté Canalisations des wc, douches sont sonores, cloisons de la chambre pas epaisse...on entend tout.. l accueil est chaleureux, se trouve vraiment tout près du centre , 15mn à pieds.

Given that the hotel was close to the religious sanctuary i was very suprised at the price it was very reasonable . Staff were very pleasant, rooms clean , bedding immaculate white sheets and comfy bed . No air con but the fans are very effective in keeping you cool and the hotel does state no aircon . The only 1 thing that bothered me was i could not see a smoke alarm.in the room . There was a smoke alarm in the hallway near to our door but couldn't see one actually in the room , maybe i was looking in wrong place but apart from that worth the money

Simple and good value for money. You can hear every sound from neighbouring rooms, but everyone seem to sleep early so the sounds are not that bothersome. The shower has small black patches (mould possibly) in a few places, but the room and bathroom are otherwise clean and tidy. The bed is comfortable though the small light from the TV can be annoying - I unplugged it at bedtime and plugged it back in when I awoke.

Accueil très chaleureux et sympathique la dame très gentille à l’arrivé. Par contre les chambre très mal insonorisé autant à l’extérieur de l’hôtel que à l’intérieur. L’hôtel est vétuste mais propre d’état général juste la salle de bain pas très propre. C’est dommage l’emplacement est top.

Comfortable beds. Nice balcony area, which was beautiful in the morning mist. Very hot room, as there was no air conditioner and that made it hard to sleep. If you can sleep in the heat, than a nice place!

our experience in saint cLaire hoteL was good, room is cLean, we're 3 in room no. 9 cLose to eLevator (maybe 3-4 step away from the door), cynthia (her name i think) was a very nice and heLpfuL young Lady, though she speak no engLish but she's good in assisting us to caLL the taxi for our way to the airport (googLe transLate heLps a Lot), than'x to that service.. aLL in aLL it's a good experience, we may try it again next time we pLan to visit Lourdes, france..

Séjour agréable en bonne compagnie du directeur d’établissement. Ambiance familiale, petit déjeuner correct, chambre refaite récemment. Proche pédestrement de toutes commodités et de la grotte. En voiture possibilité de se rendre rapidement dans les Pyrénées pour les randonnées et visiter le parc animalier. Prix plus que raisonnable dans l’ensemble. On reviendra avec plaisir. À bientôt l’imitateur 😂 Meril-Cynthia

Je recommande cet hôtel pour son accueil, la chambre propre. Nous étions avec notre chien, un golden retriever, et il a été bien accueilli. De plus l'hôtel est face à un parc facile pour promener notre chien.

hôtel agréable bien situé, la chambre bien bonne literie salle d'eau pas très grande mais fonctionnelle les patrons très agréable ,le personnel courtois et a l'écoute de vos demandes, un parking sur place et gratuit e qui est utile à LOUDES

hôtel bien situé, à proximité du centre, parking près de l'hôtel et GRATUIT ! ce qui n'était pas le cas à Bordeaux et à Nantes, hôtels réservés pour le même voyage ! Petit déjeuner copieux, il ne manquait presque rien, sauf la charcuterie. Excellent jus d'orange !

Pratique car parking privé et securisé Près du sanctuaire de notre dame de Lourdes Tres bon.accueil, gentillesse Mauvais côté Canalisations des wc, douches sont sonores, cloisons de la chambre pas epaisse...on entend tout.. l accueil est chaleureux, se trouve vraiment tout près du centre , 15mn à pieds.

Excelente ubicación cerca de todo pero lejos de caos, las camas y la habitación muy cómodas y espaciosas, los dueños y el personal siempre pendientes y atentos. Sin duda volveré .

Pratique pour se rendre à la basilique.... parking de l Hôtel privé.seul bémol pas d isolation phonique nous avons entendu les personnes de la chambre d a côté discute et rire jusqu'à plus de minuit... nuit très compliquée pour le coup. Sinon petit déjeuner top et réception agréable....

Pour la chambre ça va par contre salle de bains très petite on ne peut pas se mouvoir à son aise Petit déjeuner au strict minimum il manque un plateau de charcuterie et fromage brioché madeleines ou autres nous avons été déçu Nous n'y reviendrons jamais et nous ne le conseillons pas

Séjour agréable en bonne compagnie du directeur d’établissement. Ambiance familiale, petit déjeuner correct, chambre refaite récemment. Proche pédestrement de toutes commodités et de la grotte. En voiture possibilité de se rendre rapidement dans les Pyrénées pour les randonnées et visiter le parc animalier. Prix plus que raisonnable dans l’ensemble. On reviendra avec plaisir. Vi havde 3 overnatninger og spiste morgenmad alle 3 dage. Det var ok, men lidt andre oste og yoghurt vil være dejligt. En el-kande på værelset vil være dejligt.
