Benal Beach

Hadn’t stayed in Benal Beach for a few years, but this apartment was perfect. Great value for money and it had everything we needed for a relaxing two week break. Modern and clean in a convenient location within Benal Beach (it can be very confusing navigating around this huge complex). Very prompt response from host if we needed to ask anything. Checking in and picking up the keys easy and very straightforward.

Apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. James was very quick to respond to any messages. Good information.

Overall, it was a very pleasant stay at this apartment. I just have a few suggestions to improve the experience. A little more glassware in the cupboard because sometimes vacationers have visitors (wine glasses). A little better job of vacuuming in the bedroom was required before we checked in....very dusty. Other than that, everything you need and a great location for a nice vacation.

Our flight was delayed getting to Spain but there was plenty of staff still around when we arrived at Benal Beach very friendly staff with good English. Our room was on the 7th floor very clean and Modernised recently. We had two balconies with great views of the pool and the mountains. The air was great too. We needed to get in contact with the person we rented the apartment of to get the Wi-Fi code and we asked could we stay in the apartment a few extra hours as our flight was that night when departing and he said yes he was very quick and always helpful when answering my emails when I was in Spain. I would recommend this

La zona muy buena, el apartamento no demasiado limpio, menaje insuficiente para 5 personas, deberían de renovar algún electrodoméstico igual que la tabla de planchar que está en muy malas condiciones, comentarios para poder mejorar las estancias nos entregaron las pulseras de la piscina una con el cierre roto y las otras sin anilla de seguridad, al primer baño una de mis hijas la perdió en el agua y tuvimos que comprar una nueva, hay detalles que marcan la diferencia
