Put me in a handicap room, water all over the bathroom floor after taking a shower causing me to use all the BR towels on the floor. The exit doors at the end of the hallway, closest to my room on the first floor, the exit doors wouldn’t lock and remained unsecured all night; the key fob reader was broke I was told this was a pet friendly hotel, I legit didn’t see a pet fee when I booked on Expedia, maybe it was there but never saw it. When checking in, I disclosed I had a dog, the front desk clerk told me it was a $75 “deposit” and as I placed my card in the reader, the clerk then told me it was a “non-refundable deposit” - what the heck is that? The room cost me $135, and now I’m charged $75 additional for a dog! INSANE The clerk and the manager both were not even concerned about my complaints. I WOULD NOT EVER STAY HERE AGAIN

This facility needs to have new management. Refrigerator did not work lost all my food, milk, butter, coffee creamer. Sink faucet did not work. Bathroom floor corners and shower not clean. Noticeable cracked floor tiles, not safe for bare feet. Spoke with on site manager was promised that I would be contacted by general manager in order to "make it right".....Did not happen. Clarion in Sulphur Springs is way better.

I have stayed here many times as I drive from Houston to Oklahoma, and love the beds and bedding. This hotel needs updating badly, however-the carpet is terrible and the upholstery on the benches is stained and so dirty I won’t put my luggage on them. Floor tiles are broken in bathroom in the room I was in. I love this hotel, so please update it!

The lady who checked me in was nice and the lady who set up breakfast was nice as well. That\'s pretty much where my compliments end. I expected a hot shower or at least a warm shower during my hotel stay I tried twice but had no luck (I waited an hour and a half between attempts). The curtain was dirty, the cushioned bench was dirty, and the pleather desk chair was peeling so much my son refused to sit in it. I wouldn\'t expect to see "dumpster" furniture in a hotel room. I did contact the front desk regarding the cold shower water to no avail. They seemed shocked but I heard others at breakfast mentioning the same problem so they had to know it was an issue. There was a tween birthday sleepover the night of my stay and it was the loudest hotel experience I\'ve ever encountered. They were running through the halls screaming at the top of their lungs. I would recommend booking that type of party on the first floor and a cut-off time of 8 pm for excessive noise. Needless to say I did not enjoy my stay.

Nice large clean and quiet room with tall ceilings. King size bed was comfortable. Large shower with large bottles of shower gel shampoo and conditioner (not those stupid little sample bottles) Tile floors in the hallway and bathroom but carpet in the room (would prefer hardwood) Breakfast buffet was awesome large selection of cold and hot items. highly recommended.

Our only issue was the heating didn’t seem to work properly. It would take 30 minutes or more to cycle on once you turned upthe thermostat, and it wouldn’t stay on very long or come back on by itself, so the room stayed chilly. To be fair to the hotel, we were out at a family members a lot and were tired after driving a long way, and so never reported it, so that’s on us.

The hotel, staff, and room were amazing. However, on Christmas eve or early Christmas Day, the pipes burst. No water for showers or toilets was available. The staff did not let guests know. This was bad since everyone was needing to get ready for their Christmas day family events.

We always stay here when we visit First Monday in Canton. I always post a specific room request when making reservations. We always make reservations well in advance before arriving. For some reason my room request wasn’t honored this time. The receptionist couldn’t even find my request. I had to “settle” and wasn’t happy. The receptionist didn’t act like she cared. Oh well. May have to check out other hotels in the area.
