Homeless people screaming outside all night long. Lots of noise- sketchy area. Staff was rude and charged $4 for a cup of hot water!. Tried to make our own tea but the staff said they had to make it and then charged us!

The room was great and the location was fabulous for visiting Frankfurt. The train station area is busy and a little sketchy, but perfectly safe day and night in my opinion. This is a perfect spot to stay for a visit to Frankfurt! Breakfast was too costly for us, as we don't eat much in the morning!
