SureStay Hotel by Best Western Tupelo North

Plenty of parking out front. I felt safe as a single female traveler. Check-in was easy, just be wary that they ask for an extra $100 deposit when you arrive. The room was clean and great for the price point. No one was in the lobby at 10 AM on a Sunday when I needed to check out, so I kept ringing the bell and calling the building until I finally had to leave. Had to keep calling on my way out of town until I finally got ahold of someone who could help me check out. Otherwise, an excellent stay at a budget hotel for work.

My only complaint is breakfast. Everything was fine except no meat or eggs or pancakes etc only cereal, toast, pastries. Not a very hearty or filling breakfast. Everything else was satisfactory.

Was supposed to have ground level floor, but had to walk up a ramp and across the walkway to get to the floor very difficult when handicapped. Room was dirty, no coffee in room, breakfast was the grab and go where it was basically a bowl of cereal and some cinnamon rolls. Not many cars there not many stay there old and outdated would not waste your time on it. Stay somewhere else.

It's definitely a hidden gem. Mrs. Sangeeta is the absolute sweetest and her husband and the one other employee are super nice as well. The only problem I can complain about is that the bathroom light and fan are connected to each other so you can't just turn on one.

Property was clean.
