Breakfast was cold, kitchen staff also set out molded bread. Was charged $461.30 when the room was supposed to be $310.90, the service desk worker(s) guaranteed that $150.00 would be refunded on 5/16 however the $150.00 was never refunded, taking additional money from someone is unprofessional & in return I will most likely not give this company my business again nor would I refer them to anyone UNLESS I receive the refund that I was guaranteed. It is beyond unprofessional & immoral to list a room at $310.90 & charge an additional $150.00.

Yes, we enjoyed our stay and no complaints at all.

This is my third time staying at this property. My first two were great except the cleanliness of my room and the bed comfort. This time everything was great. The staff is always friendly welcoming and efficient. The property is convenient to the interstate with food and shopping very close by. We used the pool this time, no complaints. The breakfast is decent considering. I’m not sure what people are expecting for a lobby breakfast but what they offer will do the job. I’m sure we’ll stay again.

Bathroom was nasty, water would not leave out of the tub,I had to alert the manager to let the water out of the tub, no clean x, it was piss on the floor.
