Home2 Suites Mt. Juliet, TN

We stayed at this hotel when we moved from Florida for a couple of days. This is a pet friendly hotel, which was nice. The location is very convenient for shopping and restaurants. The hotel is a bit outdated and you can see the wear and tear on the walls and floors. The bedding does not have any protectors and there were stains on the mattress. The staff at the front counter were very nice, but the people running the breakfast were not able to keep that area clean and there was little food available and the apple juice was just coming out like water.

Staff was very nice. Housekeeping very nice and helpful. Great location many restaurants and stores for shopping.

Room spacious and clean. Wonderful kitchen area and space to spread out a family of five. A delicious breakfast with so many options. Perfect location on our way to disney.

The check in and food was great. When we went to bed, we were so tired, we didn’t realize that our “coverlet” was a mattress pad/dust ruffle. No wonder we were uncomfortable!

The staff did not clean the room daily has requested. There was trash sitting on top of the trash bin near the elevator that remained for more than 24 hours.
