Convenient hotel near Schiphol. Appreciated the covered car park that leads directly to hotel (though it was quite dark). The staff were friendly. The room was well sound-proofed. Bathroom sufficed though taking a shower gets water onto the outer floor as there is no shower door. Was just a little uncomfortable with many unsavoury looking characters lurking around in the car park and hotel.

Right outside the airport with regular shuttle service made it a lot easier for us to travel while in Amsterdam. We would take the shuttle to the airport (€5 pp that they charge, airport to hotel was free) and take trains to anywhere we had to go. Was quiet and clean with all basic hotel services available as expected. Price was decent, hotel staff were all friendly and helpful.

Stayed for 3 nights on a business trip. Very convenient location with your own transport to get around. Ample Parking Space. Good dinning options with 10 minutes by car, especially Sohan. Breakfast was great. They also have a mini-cinema and some indoor games...!

The lobby and bar area is beautiful to look at and relax in. Unfortunately it stops there the ground floor where our room was located had a strong damp smell and the floor was filthy needs a good hoover and carpet cleaner. The room was basic comfortable enough for a quick trip but again they seem to miss the floor when cleaning just didn’t feel up to scratch to me but staff were so polite and pleasant.

the staff is great but the rooms are dirty and oudated, full dust, mold, and we saw even dirty toilet and pointed this to the management, dried stool around the toilet...bad cleaners...but the management teied their best to accomodate...but eveb changing toom didnt help....needs some serious cleaners and mold control.

Het was ok, niet super schoon, hal was ronduit vies, de badkamer was ook niet echt schoon en loszittende drempel, sigaretten brandplekken en vuile plekken op de douchewand. Via QR of app inchecken, uitchecken if bestreken gaat niet, alleen twee zakjes decaf op de kamer, kamer overigens is zeer klein, doch de TV is zeer groot, helaas werken de meeste kanalen, en alle radiokanalen niet.

This is in no way a 4 star hotel, the floor in my bedroom and bathroom was filthy, the bed was a poor quality rollaway that squeaked with every movement. There was no toiletry kit in the bathroom as is standard with a 4 star hotel. Bedding and pillows were poor and lumpy. Latch on my door was broken. The door even though looked would sound as if it was opening and closing when other doors in the corridor were opened and closed. Walls are so thin you can hear other people’s morning alarms going off. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

Das Hotel hat ein Problem mit der Schallschutz. Im Raum hört man viele Geräusche von anderen Zimmer. Die Trennwände sind nicht wirklich Schall geschützt. Von Bilder und Preis erwartet man besser .

Staff, front desk definitely need to prioritize customers, instead of gossips amongst themselves. Having bus shuttle from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the airport every 30 min was the best. From the airport the connections to everywhere in Amsterdam and also other neighbouring cities and states were very easy! Shout-out to Omar and the rest of the staff at the Welcome desk! Very professional and warm. Always smiling and responsive to our requests! The free coffee was THE best! Great job Park Plaza. We stayed at the hotel 8 nights in June 2023.

We checked in as a family with a pet (dog). We found the person at reception being rude when realised we had a dog with us. Not what we would expect from a dog friendly hotel. We asked if we could take our dog at the restaurant during breakfast and after the initial negative response, we showed the hotel's policy stating dogs are allowed in a dedicated seperate area. He was totally unaware of this policy and we felt as not wanted in the hotel with our dog. Thankfully the lady responsible for the breakfast area was very polite and welcoming, she set up a table for us and even aksed if we wanted anything for the dog. Apart from this, the rooms were great, clean and cosy.

The hotel staff we’re very friendly and extremely helpful. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was clean. It is a 20 to 30 minute drive from city center, but even given that I felt this hotel was a good choice.

The tram station was in walking distance from the hotel. Also, there were tram stickers along the walking path which helped to let me know that I was on the right path (this was super impressive for me). The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. Finally, the food at the restaurant was really good and tasty. All in all, I had an overall wonderful experience and would go back again.

Our room was in the basement; they called it the ground floor. First thing I saw when we entered the room was dust all over the table & a hair. The bathroom was disgusting. I don't think this room had been cleaned in awhile. I had to ask for two more pillows, which both together didn't add up to a king size. My husband said one of his was just chunks of foam. After a two week trip in Europe, this isn't the way we wanted to end our trip. I went to take a picture of the sunset and when I opened the curtain, I saw nothing but big piles of green algae in the little stream that ran behind this hotel. I mentioned all this to the front desk and no mention of even moving us was made. The bathroom really grossed me out. If I hadn't been so tired and knew we had an early morning flight, I might have said more. I would like to know what the rest of the hotel rooms were like! The lobby & restuarant were nice, but limited menu in the restaurant. Breakfast was good.

Although I did enjoy my stay as a whole, I was disappointed by the hotel and it’s facilities. It was advertised as having a gym, spa and had pictures of swimming pools and treatment rooms for massages, this was a big reason why I booked here as I thought it would be nice to wind down one day on my trip have a nice massage and a swim or something. When I asked about the spa facilities at the hotel they looked at me oddly and stated there is only a gym, despite the fact there was signage that said ‘spa and well-being’, however I was told they only had a gym. I was also very frustrated by the fact it stated I could order room service and clearly stated this on the welcome sheet provided as well as on their App and on their TV’s in the hotel room; however when I queried this again with the hotel as I wanted to order food to my room, they said this is not a service they offer but I can order food to take up to my room, this is not room service. I am upset that I specifically chose this hotel outside of the centre because it was adversities to have great facilities, this is not a 4* hotel; food was poor also.

Otopark olması ve ücretsiz olması en güzel detaylardandi. Kahvaltı 17.75 Euro fiyatı var kesinlikle çok pahalli ve çokta güzel bir kahvaltı değil. Avrupa da sıradan otellerde bile bulunabilir bir kahvaltı. İçecekler ve ihtiyaç duymanız halinde küçük alış veriş için bir kose mevcut ama hayatımda gördüğüm en pahalli fiyatlandırmaya sahip maalesef.

De steak bij het avondeten in het hotel was zeer slecht. Medium rare is daar al well done. Na een opmerking een nieuwe gekregen, maar die was net zo doorbakken als de eerste. Het ontbijtbuffet was overigens prima, genoeg keuze.

Staff was amazingly helpful. Dinner menu was small, but there was a buffet. Bar was nice. Breakfast includes an omelette if desired. Only one chair in room - no sofa. Safe is on bottom of closet and impossible to use if you are old!

Det fanns ej roomservice men man kunde gå ner i restaurangen och bära upp själv till rummet. Bekväma kingsize sängar. Mycket bra AC. Badrummet fräscht men en halv duschvägg så det blev blött på golvet. Bra service och bemötande. Vårt flyg var försenat så vi ringde på väg från Stockholm och de reserverade rummet eftersom incheckning blev strax efter midnatt. Gratis shuttle från flygplatsen där sista turen går 24:00. Städningen var sådär, smulor på golvet när vi anlände första kvällen, fick be om byte av lakan. Övrig dagligen städning ok.
