Beach and Town Motel

Property was a great value compared to other places/prices. I wanted a room for the night & got exactly that. Pros: Cost of room FREE PARKING COLD AC VERY HOT WATER Ice machine on 1st floor Clean room Clean linen Room had no smells Cons: Place has great potential; I understood the game & was not expecting the best. I was satisfied with the adversities the place had & I will be back because of the value I got ❤️🙏🤝.

Overpriced for what it offers. Front door is always locked up and we had to ring the doorbell and call management for at least 20 minutes until they opened when we checked in. The swimming pool seems to be okay. Location is good.

Good vibe very helpful staff also a nice pool close to shops as well

They had to show me 4 rooms. All were disgusting. Dirty pillow cases. Dirty sheets. The man thst worked (Johnny) kept saying it was under new management. It was extremely unsafe. While I was walking to my room through the pool area, there were 3 guys getting high right out in the open. The management did nothing about it. It was a nightmare. The room that I finally got was disgusting. Dirty microwave. The air conditioner was much smaller that the hole it fit into. You could actually reach through the opening to the outside, which was extremely uncomfortable since I was on the first floor. The management offered me a free night and I told them the motel should be shutdown due to all the health and safety aspects. What a shame that you actually promote that place for the money. Says very little about Expedia. Maybe when someone gets hurt, robbed or killed there you'll wake up

It was horrible. Roaches all over the place. Crackheads all over! The workers are so rude they expect for you to bring down all the dirty towels just to receive new ones. We also NEVER received our refund we was promised. My boyfriend and I were doing laundry. One of the dryers weren’t working. We were told to do it another time. So cool. That’s fine. It went 2 days ! 2 days before I HAD TO REMIND them of the refund. My boyfriend and I were there for only 6 days. I wish I never did go there

Process was lengthy and difficult. Gate didn’t grant me access because it was raining and fob card wasn’t working. Room looked outdated. Bed was not comfortable. Friendly receptionist.! He provided excellent customer service.! That’s why I decided to stay.!

Fair location for my needs. I didnt want to venture out to find dining or anything. Price is still reasonable and the parking was good.

The people that worked at the property are amazing. The property it self is in deplorable condition. Other patrons were loud, the door did not have a chain inside, the dead bold knob on the door did not work. The Window blinds did not go down all the way; so I had to use a sheet because I didn't want anyone looking inside. I booked for 2 nights but I checked out before 11am the next morning. The wall paint is peeling, the room smelled like smoke, the door frame was rotting, the refrigerator had black stains in the freezer and rust on the exterior. The oven was rusted and extremely dirty inside. I stayed one night of the two nights because I was tired! This property shouldn't be open. I've never stayed at a placer that was in such a deplorable condition. I should know. I've slept in the feilds when I served in the military. I feel termine about leaving this review became the folks are good people. The property needs work! Expedia, you should not let people book this property as non refundable!

EXPEDIA should inspect this facility before offering it. It's very dirty and lacks maintenance.

The room advertised is not what i was given, there was barely hot eater to shower with, the room smelled, the sheet was dirty, i felt very unsafe

This hotel is in terrible condition. Broken cupboards and bed. No hot water. Not even shampoo was provided. Safety Issue: in the miss of the night two people came into the room. I yelled at them they left saying Sorry. One of them is the front desk person and was explaining me that they came in by mistake thinking that the room was not allocated. Scary situation .

The main light for the bedroom didn’t work. We had to use the bathroom light and the kitchen you wanna go outside light. There are no tables to sit around and eat. The kitchen. Cabinets are falling apart. We did not get clean sheets or they did not make the bed for us and we only got one set of towels no shampoo no body wash Just two little bars of soap the floor tiles were misshapen and a mess hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Definitely definitely not a family hotel.

This motel came with a few little friends that liked to crawl around from the cracks of the flooring. The motel wasn't very clean but at least I made a few roach friends.

I did not stay at the motel after I checked in on the grounds of feeling unsafe. The door lock looked like it had been broken into once already. The door that goes in between rooms was unlocked and slightly open and the tv was turned on when I came in. The person attending me try to tell me that they turn on the tv and ac for every reservation that is made however they didn’t even know I had made a reservation so how could they know what room to turn on the tv and ac for. It’s not a smoke free motel and the room was dirty

I’m embarrassed I waisted my hard earned money by paying for this place. It smelled of Marijana! The bed was stained. I was scared to walk to the room. Most of the people there rent rooms by the week! I stayed an hour and now am back at the airport to spend the night there!

Tv was not working, no wash rags to shower, the day I’m checking out, at 10 am I’m in the shower and someone was banging on the door. When I came out and about to check out I asked this maintenance guy if it was he was the one banging on the door. His reply to me was “I know check out is at 11 but I saw the guy (my boyfriend) came out of the room so I wanted to come in and clean) We didn’t even turn in the keys yet. I DO NOT recommend this place at all.

My room was big and comfortable

10/15/24 As victims of Hurricane Milton, we had to evacuate. It was difficult finding a hotel, but we eventually found this one, pics attached. It was so falsely advertised. We had 7 people and needed a big enough place to accommodate all of us. It was very expensive, but had what we needed. The ad said it had two bedrooms with four beds and a living room and well-fitted kitchen. None of this was true. Upon entering, there was a king bed in the living room and a separate room with a queen bed, no other beds. There was also a broken loveseat with no bedding. Three men could not even open it as the metal was broken. I hurt my back trying to help open it. We had to sleep 4 to a bed in one and 2 in the other with one person on the broken loveseat. We also paid for two bathrooms. There was one tiny one with a broken bathtub drain. We had a child with us. They left us three towels and washcloths for seven people and two little bars of soap. The whole place was disgusting. Let’s talk kitchen. The so-called well-fitted kitchen had not one utensil or even one drinking glass. We called and asked to what is a so called kitchen kit…for a fee, but they never gave us one. No glasses, no kitchen towels, no silverware, no pans…nothing. To top it off, the refrigerator was broken and the shelf fell off and an entire bottle of wine broke all over the kitchen floor. Do you think we even had a broom and dustpan to clean it up, NOPE! We had to use our bath towels the best we could.

I would not come back to this place. I have got this place for 2 days. After the first day I left and came back and they threw all my stuff away. When I asked them about where my stuff was at they told me it was trash and they threw it in the trash. And they overcharged me on my car that card. I am very upset about that.

This is the most nasty and most dirtiest place I have every stayed I stayed on the first floor room 104 twice I had to call front desk to tell them someone keep knocking on my door it was 11:05 pm and then again at 11:35 pm with no response from front desk I told the person if they don’t stop knocking on my door I am going to call the cops that’s when it stops. Please stop giving this place a 3 star this place is like a homeless shelter ,I took a video of the room .
