Great onsen, great breakfasts at 3 difference restaurants, great location with 7 eleven just across the street, and a short distances to metro station.

Onsen was nice, staff was very accommodating and the room view was very good and room was clean

It was a pleasant stay in general. The onsen/spa was very nice and clean. The staff were super helpful during a medical crisis - calling the ambulance and translating with the medical staff. But the heating was constantly on at 23 C and it would not turn off. This made it quite unpleasant in the room.

Room needs to be updated with hooks or bars for towels and more hangers for onsen clothing. Would be nice to have an electrical outlet on the nightstand . Wallpaper needs to be glued. Water bottles available in the room would be nice. Carpet needs to be cleaned.
