Το δωμάτιό μας ήταν σε άλλο κτήριο από αυτό του κυρίως ξενοδοχείου. Είχε πάρα πολλές σκάλες .δύσκολο για τις αποσκευές και αδύνατο για άτομα με κινητικά προβλήματα. Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία.Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενικό και το πρωινό ικανοποιητικό.

Great central location. I parked on the street for free at Ludwig Wilhelm Strabe. This is free parking with no time limits and is a straight flat 10 minute walk to the hotel. If you walk through the gardens it will take a little longer but is a beautiful walk. The reception guy was very friendly as were the breakfast staff. The breakfast buffet was great. Cold meats, cheese, vegetables, fruit, cereal and bread. Also hot eggs and sausages, coffee, tea and juices. My room was suitable for my needs of a single night stay. It was very hot, the day I stayed it was about 32° and the room was hotter. The fan could do with replacing as although it worked you could not feel the benefit unless you stood right in front of it. The room had a fridge which was great as I was able to buy snacks and drinks from the supermarket, just 2 minutes away, and keep them cool in the fridge. There are bars and restaurants also within a 2 minute walk.

Super Location . Very friendly stuff. I was lucky to park my motorcycle right next to hotel. Car park is nearby anyway . Very clean hotel. Nice breakfast !

Hotel is lovely in a great location. The room was clean with a lovely shower and clean towels every day. Breakfast was great with lots of choice. So, all good except……. We arrived on our motorcycle for a 4 night stay only to be greeted by Basil who told us that “since Corona the government does not allow motorcycles in Baden Baden after 16:00”. He said we could park at the hotel for one night only then we would have to make alternative arrangements. We thought this was strange so when we went for a walk we called in to the local Police and asked them if this was correct. They knew nothing about this “rule” and asked which hotel had given us this advice. When we told him he rolled his eyes, laughed as if he knew it was from Basil and absolute rubbish!!! We left our bike outside the hotel for the entire 4 days with no issues or indeed further comments from Basil. Maybe he just dislikes motorcycles?

Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir waren im Nebenhaus untergebracht, was aber völlig ok war. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und auch das Frühstück war absolut ausreichend. Das Hotel liegt in der Altstadt, von wo man Restaurants und Läden oder auch die Therme gut zu Fuss erreichen kann. Parken ist allerdings so eine Sache. Das Hotel hat keine eigenen Parkplätze und die Hotel Zufahrt verläuft durch eher eng verwinkelte kleinere Strassen (was natürlich für eine Altstadt normal ist). Ich sollte beim beim Check-in fragen, ob es noch eine freie Parkkarte für das nebenliegenden Parkhaus City gibt. Gab es dann nicht, sodass ich statt 15 Euro 25 Euro dafür bezahlt habe. Die Parkkosten sollte man also bei seiner Planung einpreisen. Neben dem Parkhaus City gibt es auch noch das Kongress Parkhaus, 5 Gehminuten vom Hotel entfernt. Wer also in Baden-Baden Zentrum Nähe sucht und sein Auto stehen lassen möchte, weil er die Stadt zu Fuss erkunden möchte, für den ist das Hotel geeignet. Wer es eher grün haben möchte und vielleicht eher die Ruhe sucht, für den würde ich eher ein Hotel im Umland empfehlen.

AC very noisy but effective operation. Pillow very low height...no additional pillows in room. Only 2 bath towels offered... I hate asking for more even though I know I can get them. The only toiletries offered were actual packets of shampoo and shower gel nothing in the shower or elsewhere and a tiny little bar of soap so we had to buy our own toiletries from the local DM. The most important thing was cleanliness and the cleanliness was excellent. No rope no slippers and no clock. Easy access to the main roads and downtown square very convenient location but parking was a half a block away underground which was fine it was only 15 Euro per day. I don't normally stay at two star establishments but this one was probably the best in terms of cleanliness and they had AC in the location was great so overall I think very good experience.

Nice hotel, but has lots of steps to get in to, It is a short walk from the town centre, No parking at the hotel but there is a couple of carparks close by, we were lucky enough to park our motorcycles at the back of the hotel, a tight squeeze for 4 large motorcycles. Breakfast was nice and fresh, the rooms were big enough for an overnight stay.

Had a room overlooking the fountain and the church which was fantastic. Rooms were cleaned daily with soaps and shower gels restocked. The breakfast was really nice with good options. Beds were comfy and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Very enjoyable stay

The hotel is centrally located and close to bus stops, bars, cafes, restaurants and shops. It has a lift and the room we had was well appointed, exceptionally clean and very quiet. It’s close to many places of interest such as the thermal spa, casino, water hall, etc. We would definitely visit again.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, ich habe bei Ihnen ein Hotel in Baden-Baden gebucht. Bei meiner Ankunft wurde mir jedoch mitgeteilt, dass sich das eigentliche Hotel in einem anderen Gebäude befindet und ich stattdessen in einer Pension untergebracht werde. Dies war auf Ihrer Webseite nicht eindeutig ersichtlich. Das Zimmer war in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Die Zimmer lagen direkt nebeneinander, praktisch ohne Abstand, sodass man jeden Schritt, jedes Duschen und sogar den Fernseher aus dem Nachbarzimmer deutlich hören konnte. An Schlaf war kaum zu denken. Am Sonntagmorgen um sechs Uhr wurde ich durch andere Gäste geweckt, die duschten und abreisten. Die Ausstattung und Sauberkeit entsprachen in keiner Weise meinen Erwartungen. Handtücher waren zerrissen, Möbel wirkten beschädigt, und in der Dusche befand sich bereits benutzte Seife. Außerdem standen dort zwei Spülmittelpackungen, was einen sehr unhygienischen Eindruck machte. Das Zimmer selbst war extrem klein. Toilette und Bad waren getrennt, beide Räume sehr eng – die Toilette war so klein, dass man sich kaum setzen konnte. Insgesamt war mein Aufenthalt äußerst enttäuschend. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt hier überhaupt nicht. Für den von mir bezahlten Preis hätte ich eine deutlich bessere Qualität erwartet. Meiner Ansicht nach entspricht diese Unterkunft nicht dem Standard eines Hotels, sondern eher einer sehr einfachen Pension. Sehr geehrtes Team von Hotels.com, ich möchte Ihnen eine wichtige Angelegenheit mitteilen. Wir hatten über Ihre Plattform vom 31. Oktober bis 3. November eine Buchung im Hotel Loehr. Leider haben wir jedoch nicht dort übernachtet, da das Hotel in einem sehr unzumutbaren Zustand war. Als langjähriger Kunde von Hotels.com (seit über 15 Jahren) habe ich so ein schmutziges Hotel noch nie erlebt. Wir kamen am Donnerstagabend spät im Hotel Loehr an und mussten feststellen, dass das Zimmer inakzeptabel war. Das Bett wirkte unsicher und unhygienisch, und im Badezimmer fehlten grundlegende Artikel wie Seife und Shampoo. Meine Frau war sehr enttäuscht und fragte mich, wie ich ein solches Hotel buchen konnte. Da es sich um eine Kongresszeit handelte, mussten wir mühsam nach einer alternativen Unterkunft suchen. Glücklicherweise konnten wir noch ein Zimmer im Hotel Atlanta in Baden-Baden (Zimmer 114) für zwei Nächte finden. Für diese Unterkunft haben wir insgesamt 736 Euro bezahlt. Diesen Betrag habe ich direkt an der Rezeption in bar gezahlt. In Zukunft überlege ich, ob ich weiterhin Ihre Plattform nutzen werde, da das Erlebnis sehr enttäuschend war. Aufgrund der unzumutbaren Umstände im Hotel Loehr bitten wir Sie um eine Entschädigung und eine Rückerstattung des bereits bezahlten Betrags. The breakfast was fabulous! Lots of great choices and excellent coffee. The room was small, but clean. It had a kettle and fridge and the bathroom had great lighting. Felt very safe here. Very easy to get around (little Netto 1 min away). Small fridge in room for putting our drinks in. Would have been good to have a bottle opener but reception said it should have been there we were just unlucky someone had previously taken it. Breakfast was good. Nice choices. Check in easy. We were in a block across the alley but room was great and comfortable. There was a lot of noise from outside well into the night (bar across the road) so after the first night we had to keep windows shut- this did help keep the noise out. We loved Baden Baden and the location of the hotel was really convenient. Would stay here again.

Had a room overlooking the fountain and the church which was fantastic. Rooms were cleaned daily with soaps and shower gels restocked. The breakfast was really nice with good options. Beds were comfy and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Very enjoyable stay

The hotel is centrally located and close to bus stops, bars, cafes, restaurants and shops. It has a lift and the room we had was well appointed, exceptionally clean and very quiet. It’s close to many places of interest such as the thermal spa, casino, water hall, etc. We would definitely visit again.

Das bett war zwischen zwei wänden aufgestellt. Wenn man 1.9meter oder größer ist kann man sich nicht ausstrecken, was nicht sehr gemütlich ist. Das Frühstück war nicht besonders gut (z.B. das obst war gefühlt schon eine Woche alt). Anosnten ok, aber price to value nicht besonders gut.

The management was BEYOND KIND and understanding when I screwed up my dates by one day. I deeply appreciate their flexibility. A big corporate chain would never have been as helpful. The breakfast was delicious and filling as well.

Alles in Allem ein guter Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war geräumig und hell, das Personal freundlich. Leider war der Rolladen in meinem Zimmer kaputt und wurde auch auf meinen Hinweis an der Rezeption hin während meines immerhin 3tägigen Aufenthalts nicht repariert. Somit war das Zimmer WIRKLICH hell. Das Frühstücksbuffet beinhaltet viele Alternativen, für Veganer ist aber es leider - wie fast überall - extrem einseitig. Auf Nachfrage bekam ich sofort Sojadrink für mein Müsli, dankeschön!

Hotel is lovely in a great location. The room was clean with a lovely shower and clean towels every day. Breakfast was great with lots of choice. So, all good except……. We arrived on our motorcycle for a 4 night stay only to be greeted by Basil who told us that “since Corona the government does not allow motorcycles in Baden Baden after 16:00”. He said we could park at the hotel for one night only then we would have to make alternative arrangements. We thought this was strange so when we went for a walk we called in to the local Police and asked them if this was correct. They knew nothing about this “rule” and asked which hotel had given us this advice. When we told him he rolled his eyes, laughed as if he knew it was from Basil and absolute rubbish!!! We left our bike outside the hotel for the entire 4 days with no issues or indeed further comments from Basil. Maybe he just dislikes motorcycles?

I loved my stay at the Hotel Loehr. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice room, clean, and nice breakfast. This is a cute hotel in town and in a very convenient and walkable location. I would definitely stay here again.

Initial welcome was good however the manager was absolutely a disgrace to the hotel. I feel for her staff. This should have no not impact the hotel and other staff. Everyone else was welcoming.. breakfast was lovely, location very good and central. It was a shame one member of staff behaviour could be so unreasonable and childish.

Great central location. I parked on the street for free at Ludwig Wilhelm Strabe. This is free parking with no time limits and is a straight flat 10 minute walk to the hotel. If you walk through the gardens it will take a little longer but is a beautiful walk. The reception guy was very friendly as were the breakfast staff. The breakfast buffet was great. Cold meats, cheese, vegetables, fruit, cereal and bread. Also hot eggs and sausages, coffee, tea and juices. My room was suitable for my needs of a single night stay. It was very hot, the day I stayed it was about 32° and the room was hotter. The fan could do with replacing as although it worked you could not feel the benefit unless you stood right in front of it. The room had a fridge which was great as I was able to buy snacks and drinks from the supermarket, just 2 minutes away, and keep them cool in the fridge. There are bars and restaurants also within a 2 minute walk.

Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir waren im Nebenhaus untergebracht, was aber völlig ok war. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und auch das Frühstück war absolut ausreichend. Das Hotel liegt in der Altstadt, von wo man Restaurants und Läden oder auch die Therme gut zu Fuss erreichen kann. Parken ist allerdings so eine Sache. Das Hotel hat keine eigenen Parkplätze und die Hotel Zufahrt verläuft durch eher eng verwinkelte kleinere Strassen (was natürlich für eine Altstadt normal ist). Ich sollte beim beim Check-in fragen, ob es noch eine freie Parkkarte für das nebenliegenden Parkhaus City gibt. Gab es dann nicht, sodass ich statt 15 Euro 25 Euro dafür bezahlt habe. Die Parkkosten sollte man also bei seiner Planung einpreisen. Neben dem Parkhaus City gibt es auch noch das Kongress Parkhaus, 5 Gehminuten vom Hotel entfernt. Wer also in Baden-Baden Zentrum Nähe sucht und sein Auto stehen lassen möchte, weil er die Stadt zu Fuss erkunden möchte, für den ist das Hotel geeignet. Wer es eher grün haben möchte und vielleicht eher die Ruhe sucht, für den würde ich eher ein Hotel im Umland empfehlen.

This is a cozy hotel located in the heart of the city. Public parking was a 1 min walk to the room. Check in was fast and frirndly. The room was smaller than i have been experiencing but i was not in town to stay in the room. The city gardens are about 3 min walk and amazing. Lots of places to eat and a local grocery store 1 min away. The room was quiet and very comfortable for sleeping. The breakfast is a bargin, lots of great food to fuel up for the day. This location would definitly be a do over.

It was very hot, the day I stayed it was about 32° and the room was hotter. The fan could do with replacing as although it worked you could not feel the benefit unless you stood right in front of it. The room had a fridge which was great as I was able to buy snacks and drinks from the supermarket, just 2 minutes away, and keep them cool in the fridge. There are bars and restaurants also within a 2 minute walk.

Had a room overlooking the fountain and the church which was fantastic. Rooms were cleaned daily with soaps and shower gels restocked. The breakfast was really nice with good options. Beds were comfy and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Very enjoyable stay

Correct et relativement bon marché pour Baden-Baden. Le petit déjeuner n’a rien d’exceptionnel (produits industriels), et le reste est à l’avenant (pas de service à attendre, ici c’est le strict minimum). En attendant, ça dépanne bien d’avoir un hôtel qui n’est pas hors de prix, surtout si c’est simplement pour y dormir.

Das bett war zwischen zwei wänden aufgestellt. Wenn man 1.9meter oder größer ist kann man sich nicht ausstrecken, was nicht sehr gemütlich ist. Das Frühstück war nicht besonders gut (z.B. das obst war gefühlt schon eine Woche alt). Anosnten ok, aber price to value nicht besonders gut.

Great location for viewing Baden Baden. The most impressive thing about this hotel, however, were the staff. Every staff member that we interacted with could not have been more helpful and friendly - this includes the reception staff and those that were present I the breakfast room.
