Aurora was very helpful, especially when we arrived. Parking is off- site with a shuttle. The building is a beautifully restored monastery with a great rooftop breakfast room and deck.

This is a very unique hotel in a fantastic location close to the beach and restaurants. The room was large, modern and comfortable with great views across the water. Staff were very helpful - especially helping us decipher the rules around street parking. Breakfast and pre-dinner drinks on the rooftop was incredible - especially sunset drinks. We loved Trapani and would definitely stay here again.

The front desk staff was so incredibly warm and helpful. They let us know about available parking nearby. Our room was stunning and so cool that it was a monastery in the past! The floors were partially glass with Sicilian salt in the floor. Our view was beautiful. This was my son's favorite hotel in all of Italy. Easy walking distance to the marina. The breakfast was so good and the view was phenomenal from the bar/terrace area. Such a cool hotel with a beautiful room and the women who helped us with check in and directions were the absolute kindest. We Loved Trapani and I definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was large with kitchen and table that could seat four. Nice breakfast is offered on the top floor either inside or on the terrace. Close t everything and easy parking on the street or nearby lot.

We loved our stay! The hotel is perfectly located, within walking distance of all the beaches, sights, bars and restaurants and only a short walk from the ferry terminal. Our room was a lot bigger than we expected and very comfortable. The hotel and all of the staff were great. We loved the view from the rooftop and had cocktails there a couple of evenings. Breakfast was also served from the rooftop dining room, however we weren’t made aware that this was included in our booking until the 3rd night. The breakfast was good, with a large variety of sweet and savoury products. It’s best to arrive for breakfast early as a lot of items ran out quickly. The hotel has a well equipped gym however it was too warm to use it. Overall a great stay and we’d love to return!

One of the more beautiful and interesting hotel rooms we have stayed in. The floor was partly plexiglass, revealing the stone from the monastery which once occupied the site. Breakfast was excellent too.

Staff was welcoming, friendly, helpful and available. Room is a bit dated, but clean. Trip to Erice by cable car was worth the stop in Trapani. Historic area of Trapani is walkable and we enjoyed walking along the Mediterranean Sea right outside the hotel door.

The room was spotless, the bed linens were all sparkling white and high quality, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the staff members were all very professional and helpful. An extra bonus was the incredible breakfast that's included. I plan to be back!

The residence was amazing and let us have an amazing staying in Trapani. I really enjoyed the central location, the size of the room and the view from the room. The property is in an amazing remodeled and historical building, super clean and with an incredible terrace for breakfast where you can see whole Trapani from the top. The location is walking distance from everything and this is amazing especially during the weekends, you walk downstair and you are already in the center of the night life actions. We were there for a weekend and the experience was amazing. Definitely suggested!

The location of the hotel is perfect. Staff was very kind and helpful. Checkin was smooth though the hotel and the rooms are not renovated and the building seems to be converted from an historical building that was use for other purposes. There was a well covered with glass at the entrance and made us disgusted to see the trash at the bottom and have no idea why they left if visible. I guess they were trying to bring a designer touch. Our room did not have a sea view if it was our experience would be better without the view of a dark courtyard. The city is cute though with nice dining options close by and easy access to the lungomare and also easy to get to with car. Breakfast is served at a nice terrace and had many options compared to the standard italian breakfast options

We loved our location in their apartment section, which included a balcony. We faced the water and there was no obstructing view. It was especially beautiful in the evening with the reflexion of the lights around the harbour.

We liked everything except that two different front desk staff gave us directions to the gondola up the mountain but had no idea it was closed for scheduled repairs for two months. So we wasted a lot of time.

The location was perfect for exploring Trapani, Segesta and Selinunte. The staff was very helpful with restaurant and parking recommendations. We had a couple of small issues with our room but the staff resolved them immediately.

The room was spotless, the bed linens were all sparkling white and high quality, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the staff members were all very professional and helpful. An extra bonus was the incredible breakfast that's included. I plan to be back!

Excellent staff and check in instructions. Offsite parking transportation was easy and efficient. Very clean room and bathroom with elevator for luggage transit. Rooftop bar and restaurant was a real plus with good breakfast options with a view.

Everything was great. The only unfortunate thing is the immediate blighted building next to the hotel which makes the neighborhood look bad! Not that the hotel could do anything about it.

This is a very unique hotel in a fantastic location close to the beach and restaurants. The room was large, modern and comfortable with great views across the water. Staff were very helpful - especially helping us decipher the rules around street parking. Breakfast and pre-dinner drinks on the rooftop was incredible - especially sunset drinks. We loved Trapani and would definitely stay here again.

The location was perfect for exploring Trapani, Segesta and Selinunte. The staff was very helpful with restaurant and parking recommendations. We had a couple of small issues with our room but the staff resolved them immediately.

We loved our stay! The hotel is perfectly located, within walking distance of all the beaches, sights, bars and restaurants and only a short walk from the ferry terminal. Our room was a lot bigger than we expected and very comfortable. The hotel and all of the staff were great. We loved the view from the rooftop and had cocktails there a couple of evenings. Breakfast was also served from the rooftop dining room, however we weren’t made aware that this was included in our booking until the 3rd night. The breakfast was good, with a large variety of sweet and savoury products. It’s best to arrive for breakfast early as a lot of items ran out quickly. The hotel has a well equipped gym however it was too warm to use it. Overall a great stay and we’d love to return!

Breakfast and aperitivo on the terrace were well done. We parked on the street, just down from the hotel. This is a great hotel - in the heart of the old town and within easy reach of everything the town has to offer. The sunset views from the nearby terrace were stunning. The breakfast on the rooftop was a lovely start to the day. The staff are very efficient and friendly.

Great hotel, centrally located, reception was great. Breakfast was varied to suit most people and as much as you would need. Staff were lovely. Breakfast room on top floor, sitting inside or out. Haven’t got anything but good things to say. Reception ordered Marco the taxi driver for us when required. Had a great time
