Dejligt hotel med central beliggenhed. Rigtig fin morgenmadsbuffet. Meget begrænset spisekort på topfloor restauranten som vi havde set frem til. Gode parkeringsmuligheder men med irriterende parkometerbetingelser. Det ville være fint hvis man kunne købe parkeringkort på hotellet til placering i bilen.

Sehr schönes, renoviertes Hotel in einem alten Palazzo am Rande der Altstadt. Strand und Altstadt sind zu Fuß in weniger als 5 Minuten erreichbar. Um die Ecke gibt es einen großen, öffentlichen Parkplatz. Die Parkgebühren sind sehr moderat. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und modern eingerichtet mit allem Komfort. Der Pool auf dem Dach und die Bar waren nichts Besonderes ebenso wie das Frühstück, das sehr schlecht organisiert war. Alles in allem ist das Hotel gut zu empfehlen.

We had a wonderful stay at Room of Andrea, an early 1900’s villa recently converted to a boutique hotel. Rooms were well appointed and the bed was very comfortable. Wifi was good, able to stream. The staff were very helpful and attentive. Breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast. I was a bit worried about parking, as some reviews had mentioned issues. Fortunately, we found a spot in the public parking lot right next to the hotel for three days using the DropTicket app (20 euros total) without any problems.

Hôtel très bien placé, près de jardins et d'une grande place entre la vielle ville et la ville nouvelle. Belle chambre, propre et bien décorée et très confortable. Très bon petit déjeuner avec viennoiseries et pâtisserie fraîche. Problèmes avec la climatisation qui s'éteignait après une heure de fonctionnement.

It was overall a very pleasant experience and we really enjoyed our stay. No complaints at all. Very helpful and friendly staff, and the room was clean and more spacious than I expected even though I booked their smallest.

Lovely traditional building and staff. Great location in Trapani for seeing the town and day trips to Erice and Egadi Islands. Clean and fresh. Rooftop pool and sun deck a bonus. Breakfast really nice and the dinner menu whilst short had some wry nice dishes. There’s a popular cafe attached to the hotel too.

This is a really great hotel, well located just on the limits of the historical part of the city. We had a fantastic corner room with views of the sea and parks. The hotel is surrounded by green parks and very convenient car parking. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good too.

A beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. Beautiful reception which always smelt beautiful. The room was modern, comfortable with a lovely modern bathroom with a large shower. Great beauty products in bathroom. Strong wi-fi. Nice breakfast with a good variety of hot and cold food. I was not sure about the toaster but got it to work. I think a fridge to keep the butter and milk cold at breakfast time would be helpful. First hotel with tea and coffee facilities in the room

The A/C did not work whatsoever. We tried to get some airflow by leaving the balcony door open one night but we ended up having to close it due to biting insects and very loud noise from the street.

After checking in following a day of site seeing, i was given a clean and well appointed room. The room however was hot and stuffy and the air conditioner did not operate. The window had a broken latch so whilst i could open the window, the noise from outside traffic meant sleep was impossible. The staff were of no assistance and promised to contact me with a solution however no contact was made by them and no solution offered. At check out, the manager was aware of the issue from the night staff and i was offered something from the mini bar as compensation!! No refund as "you paid for the room in advance". The world has gone mad- no service and no customer consideration. Stay elsewhere.

Lovely hotel in perfect location, close to old town, port, shops, train station, buses, restaurants. All within walking distance. Staff were super helpful with planning trips, Rooms were spacious and immaculately clean. Had a wonderful 5 night stay. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Great place! Very easy to park, and cheap. Lots of nearby dining options. Good breakfast, good wifi, comfortable bed, big tv (only Italian channels but easy to plug in Fire stick or Chromecast). Good for visiting Erice and San Vito Lo Capo and exploring Trapani's old town.

Really nice hotel close to the waterfront.Spacious clean rooms, a rooftop bar and free breakfast included. Convenient parking nearby. Very friendly staff. Short stroll to the old town of Trapani with restaurants on the way. Short drive to the Funivia station to go to Erice. Town is less touristy than most other towns. Good base for trips to Segesta and Erice.

Sehr schönes, renoviertes Hotel in einem alten Palazzo am Rande der Altstadt. Strand und Altstadt sind zu Fuß in weniger als 5 Minuten erreichbar. Um die Ecke gibt es einen großen, öffentlichen Parkplatz. Die Parkgebühren sind sehr moderat. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und modern eingerichtet mit allem Komfort. Der Pool auf dem Dach und die Bar waren nichts Besonderes ebenso wie das Frühstück, das sehr schlecht organisiert war. Alles in allem ist das Hotel gut zu empfehlen.

Dejligt hotel med central beliggenhed. Rigtig fin morgenmadsbuffet. Meget begrænset spisekort på topfloor restauranten som vi havde set frem til. Gode parkeringsmuligheder men med irriterende parkometerbetingelser. Det ville være fint hvis man kunne købe parkeringkort på hotellet til placering i bilen.

We loved the area this is located in and Old Town. Very convenient to get to the amenities and the buffet breakfast were outstanding. I would stay again and recommend this to others. The staff were very helpful and polite as well

A beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. Beautiful reception which always smelt beautiful. The room was modern, comfortable with a lovely modern bathroom with a large shower. Great beauty products in bathroom. Strong wi-fi. Nice breakfast with a good variety of hot and cold food. I was not sure about the toaster but got it to work. I think a fridge to keep the butter and milk cold at breakfast time would be helpful. First hotel with tea and coffee facilities in the room

Lovely traditional building and staff. Great location in Trapani for seeing the town and day trips to Erice and Egadi Islands. Clean and fresh. Rooftop pool and sun deck a bonus. Breakfast really nice and the dinner menu whilst short had some wry nice dishes. There’s a popular cafe attached to the hotel too.
