Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was far from what we expected. The cleanliness was poor from the start – we had to ask multiple times to have the room properly cleaned, get fresh towels, and new toilet paper. After three days without any change of towels, we asked at reception if we should leave them on the floor to have them replaced. The receptionist said “yes”, but when we returned to our room at 19:15, it had not been cleaned, and our wet, dirty towels were still lying on the floor. Staff had already left for the day, and when we messaged about the issue, the reply was simply that nothing could be done. There was also a clear language barrier, and staff often failed to take responsibility when problems were raised. The photos of the hotel, especially the pool area, are not at all accurate. The pool is very small, and there are only four sun loungers and a few chairs under a covered rooftop area. The so-called “sky bar” was neither staffed nor properly introduced to guests, which added to the sense of poor service and lack of attention. Overall, we were extremely disappointed and will not be returning.

Leuk en net kleinschalige accommodatie. Ontbijt niet al te uitgebreid maar prima om je dag mee te beginnen. Bar op de rooftop is zelfbediening. Vanuit vertrouwen kan daar van alles gedronken worden. Erg schoon en verzorgd accommodatie. Bar en restaurants om de hoek!

Unique modern hotel that was an old church. Great rooftop pool open 24 hours. Breakfast was good (they had smoked salmon and cream cheese and this is not common for hotel breakfasts in Italy so I really liked that.) The lady that makes the cappucinos in the breakfast area was so nice. Front staff extremely friendly and very willing to help. I forgot their names but they were 2 different ladies and they were both great! Location was perfect, very walkable and felt safe. Very cool hotel. I would stay here again.

Terrible, terrible place, you can't go near the pool because it is so dirty. There are no windows in the rooms, you live like in a hole with no air and only the air from the air conditioning, which makes you sick because you only have a sheet to cover you. The walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors talking. Every day you wake up at 7 am because the bar is preparing breakfast and there is noise all day long. The owner does not respond to Hotels.com emails, which makes it impossible to cancel the stay. The worst hotel in Sicily, people have no idea how to run a hotel. Stay away, there are plenty of great hotels nearby with windows.

Sturttura molto bella, camera pulita. Unica criticità lo spazio sulla terrazza seppur con bel panorama è poco curato e la piscina non coperta è esposta ad animali quali piccioni e gabbiani con relativi escrementi!

We only stood for one night and felt at home 🤗 the place was really clean, the sky pool was great and the communication really good (check-in etc.). We really liked the Italian breakfast. Only thing we didn’t like was the water temperature in the shower, which was lukewarm at best. However, we would stay again 😊

An absolutely beautiful Aparthotel finished to the highest standards with beautiful rooms, great decor, amazing space and the roof terrace (with pool, sun deck and bar) was fantastic! A luxurious experience!

This is a beautiful modern hotel. Close to the longomare and the city center area with lots of shops and restaurants. The staff were excellent very friendly and helpful. Breakfast on the rooftop was very good Parking is tricky. Park at the corner of the bldg to get your luggage out and get checked in. They will give you the address to the parking lot about six miles away and then shuttle ride back to the hotel. It's seven euros a day. If you need your car they will shuttle you to the parking lot

Great location, the staff were FANTASTIC, breakfast good…. Only issue is the room needs renovation. Mould around shower and damp areas on walls. However really good hotel and the position is fantastic.

Hotellet var fantastisk flott og sentralt plassert i gamlebyen i Trapani. Betjeningen var hjelpsom og kommunikasjonen før, under og etter oppholdet var helt topp. Frokosten på takterrassen med utsikt over byen var bedre enn forventet. Rommet var praktisk, velutstyrt og stort. Grunnen til at vi ikke gir full score var litt lukt på badet, og menglende etterfylling av shampo/skifte av sengetøy. Bortsett fra dette var rommene flotte. Parkering på Piazza Vittorio Emanuele 700m fra hotellet var billig og praktisk via appen Easypark.

L’hôtel est particulier. Aucune fenêtre, donc très sombre. La salle de bain est très, très petite. La douche n’est vraiment pas pratique. La pomme de douche est au plafond cependant le plafond doit avoir 12 pieds. Pas d’option de douche téléphone. Pour se rincer ce n’est pas l’idéal et ça met de l’eau partout pcq entre le plafond et la vitre de douche c’est ouvert. Le déjeuner n’a pas de variété, pas d’œufs. Nous avons 6 hôtels durant notre séjour et ce fut le pire. La piscine sur le toit. Concept intéressant mais ce n’est pas propre et invitant. Beaucoup de gros oiseaux. Un oiseaux était mort sur le bord de la piscine et un autre le mangeait. Plein de morceaux et de sang tombait dans la piscine. Nous n’avons donc été se baigner. L’emplacement est très bien. Proche de restaurants et du port pour prendre un ferry.

Prachtig, modern hotel. Binnen de oude buitenmuren is mbv. stalen balken en veel glas en bijzondere sfeer gecreëerd. De kamers zijn netjes, de badkamer is schoon, de bedden zijn voorzien van een dekbed ipv. slechts een laken zoals bij de meeste Italiaanse hotels. Het enige minpuntje blijft zoals bij vele hotels de gehorigheid. Vooral als je zoals wij naast de trap slaapt. Verder vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Wij vonden het al met al een verademing na alle oude smoezelige hotelletjes.

Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter,leider ließ die Sauberkeit der Räume etwas zu wünschen übrig. Sehr hellhörig Räume. Der skypool wurde von uns nicht benutzt, da er oft von Tauben und Möwen als Tränke benutzt wurde. Frühstück sehr spartanisch.

L'hotel è nuovo e la camera era molto accogliente e pulita. La posizione è ottima per gironzolare in centro storico. La colazione è inadeguata al livello della struttura. Un problema avuto con la receptionist ha inevitabilmente guastato il nostro umore durante tutto il permanere in struttura (ovviamente non è stato celato!).
L'hotel è nuovo e la camera era molto accogliente e pulita. La posizione è ottima per gironzolare in centro storico. La colazione è inadeguata al livello della struttura. Un problema avuto con la receptionist ha inevitabilmente guastato il nostro umore durante tutto il permanere in struttura (ovviamente non è stato celato!).

Location is very good. Room was nice and clean but very dark, no windows - no fresh air, no natural light, no view. We had a ‘premium suite’ it was a smallish bedroom with dining table for 2 and kitchenette in the bedroom. I wouldn’t have cooked or eaten there. Breakfast was very disappointing - cereal, tiny selection of pastries, dried packaged bread, no fruit or fresh food - very poor compared with any other hotel I’ve stayed in in Sicily. It’s overpriced compared with my other hotel stays in Sicily.

Bad hotel with unprofessional staff. Wi-Fi didn’t work the entire time we were there, and there was no cell signal in the room. Shower was in the bedroom not the bathroom. You had to call for check in, but they never answered and I was left outside the hotel for 30 minutes because the front desk person wasn’t there or answering. I was told I’d get a full refund and asked to email, but no one replied. Do not stay here.
Bad hotel with unprofessional staff. Wi-Fi didn’t work the entire time we were there, and there was no cell signal in the room. Shower was in the bedroom not the bathroom. You had to call for check in, but they never answered and I was left outside the hotel for 30 minutes because the front desk person wasn’t there or answering. I was told I’d get a full refund and asked to email, but no one replied. Do not stay here.

Small boutique hotel in the old town. Quite new hotel with an extraordinary design. The room was comfortable and clean and included a small kitchen. Most rooms have their windows towards the inner courtyard, which allows for enough light and curtains for privacy. Italian breakfasts on the rooftop with a nice view. Friendly barista, and a good selection of croissants, danish, ham, cheese, eggs, salmon, yoghurt, cereals, etc… rooftop pool looks quite nice friendly and helpful staf location is in the old town and within walking distance of many restaurants. Accessible by car for unloading luggage and passengers, streetside parking is a few hundred meters away.

Het enige minpuntje blijft zoals bij vele hotels de gehorigheid. Vooral als je zoals wij naast de trap slaapt. Verder vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Wij vonden het al met al een verademing na alle oude smoezelige hotelletjes.

Nice property with upscale communal areas. Rooms are well kitted out with the amenities you would expect in an apart-hotel. Nice glasses etc. the only issue being that there’s no coffee making facilities in the room unless you go to the bar on the top level. There’s no cups in the room either. So if you’re like me (skip breakfast and have a coffee while getting ready) this is an issue. Also, while there’s plates crockery etc, there’s a dishcloth to dry the items but no soap or cloth to clean them in the sink. The beds are really comfortable and the air con is good, but there’s no external windows. Bathroom is nice and the shower is good with mini toiletries supplied. The staff are really lovely and attentive. Breakfast wasn’t great… I’ve had many delicious Sicilian breakfasts but theirs wasn’t really up to scratch. The pool area is nice. The water is pretty cold though. Overall, good value for money, lovely place, great staff.

Location is very good. Room was nice and clean but very dark, no windows - no fresh air, no natural light, no view. We had a ‘premium suite’ it was a smallish bedroom with dining table for 2 and kitchenette in the bedroom. I wouldn’t have cooked or eaten there. Breakfast was very disappointing - cereal, tiny selection of pastries, dried packaged bread, no fruit or fresh food - very poor compared with any other hotel I’ve stayed in in Sicily. It’s overpriced compared with my other hotel stays in Sicily.

The cleanliness was poor from the start – we had to ask multiple times to have the room properly cleaned, get fresh towels, and new toilet paper. After three days without any change of towels, we asked at reception if we should leave them on the floor to have them replaced. The receptionist said “yes”, but when we returned to our room at 19:15, it had not been cleaned, and our wet, dirty towels were still lying on the floor. Staff had already left for the day, and when we messaged about the issue, the reply was simply that nothing could be done. There was also a clear language barrier, and staff often failed to take responsibility when problems were raised. The photos of the hotel, especially the pool area, are not at all accurate. The pool is very small, and there are only four sun loungers and a few chairs under a covered rooftop area. The so-called “sky bar” was neither staffed nor properly introduced to guests, which added to the sense of poor service and lack of attention. Overall, we were extremely disappointed and will not be returning.

Unique modern hotel that was an old church. Great rooftop pool open 24 hours. Breakfast was good (they had smoked salmon and cream cheese and this is not common for hotel breakfasts in Italy so I really liked that.) The lady that makes the cappucinos in the breakfast area was so nice. Front staff extremely friendly and very willing to help. I forgot their names but they were 2 different ladies and they were both great! Location was perfect, very walkable and felt safe. Very cool hotel. I would stay here again.

Everything was perfect. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed by a lovely lady, Ylenia, who was so kind and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms stunning. The area is just the perfect spot as it’s in the town centre. The breakfast was served in the terrace and it wasn’t just beautiful. The food was fresh and the staff was making coffees for us on the spot and the lady would have my coffee ready as she knew my preference. I definitely recommend this place

Pros for Azzoli Trapani Apartments: 1) Location is close to downtown 2) The apartments/hotel has a fun, modern design 3) The rooftop bar is fun for breakfast Cons for this hotel: 1) No parking! --Had to park far away 2) Noisy --people coming & going all night, very noisy under the breakfast area early in the morning 3) Not enough towels, toilet paper, bedding, or toiletries were provided (for example we were only given sheets, no bed coverlet/comforter, only 1 roll of toilet paper for several nights stay, no hair conditioner, and no hair dryer) 4) Each time we left the room, housekeeping would turn the AC on to frigid/freezing, making the room uncomfortably cold. There were no windows in the room to be able to open to warm up the room. 5) There was essentially no front desk service. The person did not greet us or try to help us when we arrived. We had to ask for assistance to check-in. The person was not helpful in assisting us with the lack of parking and where to store the car for a couple days. We had to figure this out on our own. Bottom line; the hotel is great for its location, but given the poor hospitality/poor room quality, night & early morning noise levels, and poor customer service I would not recommend this hotel.

fantastisk ophold. Ikke så meget plads ved poolen, eftersom folk er vilde med at plante deres ting der hele dagen - men ikke hotellets skyld. Helt fantastisk kommunikation - vi gik lov til at tjekke tidligt ind, og fik en masse gode anbefalinger til mad rundt i byen.

Loved the feel of Azzoli apartments, interesting design, comfortable rooms and particularly fond of the roof terrace for breakfast each day and a place to relax of an afternoon or evening as an escape from the heat at street level. It’s also in a terrific location - 5 mins to the port for island ferries, a nearby beach, great food options and shops. Really enjoyed our stay a happy to recommend it.

This is a beautiful modern hotel. Close to the longomare and the city center area with lots of shops and restaurants. The staff were excellent very friendly and helpful. Breakfast on the rooftop was very good Parking is tricky. Park at the corner of the bldg to get your luggage out and get checked in. They will give you the address to the parking lot about six miles away and then shuttle ride back to the hotel. It's seven euros a day. If you need your car they will shuttle you to the parking lot

Leuk en net kleinschalige accommodatie. Ontbijt niet al te uitgebreid maar prima om je dag mee te beginnen. Bar op de rooftop is zelfbediening. Vanuit vertrouwen kan daar van alles gedronken worden. Erg schoon en verzorgd accommodatie. Bar en restaurants om de hoek!

Unique modern hotel that was an old church. Great rooftop pool open 24 hours. Breakfast was good (they had smoked salmon and cream cheese and this is not common for hotel breakfasts in Italy so I really liked that.) The lady that makes the cappucinos in the breakfast area was so nice. Front staff extremely friendly and very willing to help. I forgot their names but they were 2 different ladies and they were both great! Location was perfect, very walkable and felt safe. Very cool hotel. I would stay here again.

Nice property with upscale communal areas. Rooms are well kitted out with the amenities you would expect in an apart-hotel. Nice glasses etc. the only issue being that there’s no coffee making facilities in the room unless you go to the bar on the top level. There’s no cups in the room either. So if you’re like me (skip breakfast and have a coffee while getting ready) this is an issue. Also, while there’s plates crockery etc, there’s a dishcloth to dry the items but no soap or cloth to clean them in the sink. The beds are really comfortable and the air con is good, but there’s no external windows. Bathroom is nice and the shower is good with mini toiletries supplied. The staff are really lovely and attentive. Breakfast wasn’t great… I’ve had many delicious Sicilian breakfasts but theirs wasn’t really up to scratch. The pool area is nice. The water is pretty cold though. Overall, good value for money, lovely place, great staff.

Everything was perfect. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed by a lovely lady, Ylenia, who was so kind and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms stunning. The area is just the perfect spot as it’s in the town centre. The breakfast was served in the terrace and it wasn’t just beautiful. The food was fresh and the staff was making coffees for us on the spot and the lady would have my coffee ready as she knew my preference. I definitely recommend this place

Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter,leider ließ die Sauberkeit der Räume etwas zu wünschen übrig. Sehr hellhörig Räume. Der skypool wurde von uns nicht benutzt, da er oft von Tauben und Möwen als Tränke benutzt wurde. Frühstück sehr spartanisch.

This is a beautiful modern hotel. Close to the longomare and the city center area with lots of shops and restaurants. The staff were excellent very friendly and helpful. Breakfast on the rooftop was very good Parking is tricky. Park at the corner of the bldg to get your luggage out and get checked in. Location is very good. Room was nice and clean but very dark, no windows - no fresh air, no natural light, no view. We had a ‘premium suite’ it was a smallish bedroom with dining table for 2 and kitchenette in the bedroom. I wouldn’t have cooked or eaten there. Breakfast was very disappointing - cereal, tiny selection of pastries, dried packaged bread, no fruit or fresh food - very poor compared with any other hotel I’ve stayed in in Sicily. It’s overpriced compared with my other hotel stays in Sicily.

Reception staff were both excellent. Really friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom and toiletries were very nice. The large fridge in the kitchenette was definitely a plus. The ‘kitchen’ wasn’t particularly well equipped but as we didn’t really use it that wasn’t a problem. Breakfast was okay but I would have expected more of a selection and more fresh fruit options for what we paid. Skypool is probably the size of two snooker tables side by side and there are only four sun loungers but as there was only one other couple there that wasn’t a problem. The town centre location is excellent but parking is a 10 minute drive away. I did get a lift back to the hotel from the car park but we got a taxi from the hotel to the car park in the morning as we didn’t want to be to-ing and fro-ing.

The apartment was perfect for location,,was clean and cool. Bed was comfy and roof top pool was lovely with a nice breeze from the sea. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Only negative was that the shower was not veryr powerful and up very high so water pressure was weak. Would use this hotel again. 👍
