Absence de parking alors que parking mentionné dans le descriptif, parking gratuit dans la rue selon indication de l'accueil mais 30 min pour trouver une place dans la rue. Chambre accessible par escalier étroit donc pas pratique avec les bagages bref entre le parking et l'escalier, l'arrivée gâche un peu l'hôtel pourtant bien situé. Petit déjeuner moyen, le moins bien de tous les hôtels faits en sicile ( environ 7) Rapport qualité/prix moyen par rapport au reste de la sicile.

La struttura si presenta davvero bene. A due passi dal centro e con parcheggi sia a pagamento che gratutiti sulla strada (nessun parcheggio privato interno disponibile). Non è il classico hotel ma si è presentato comunque bene. Camera ampia, luminosa e pulita ma con arredamento minimo ma di recente fattura. Purtroppo l'ala dove ho soggiornato era priva di ascensore ma raggiungere il secondo piano non è stato pesante. La colazione, servita in una zona mansardata del cortile, non è la "classica" internazionale che si trova in altri hotel ma si è rivelata varia e abbondante, soprattutto la sezione dedicata ai dolci tipici locali, davvero deliziosi. Il personale è estremamente gentile e disponibile.

El check in fue muy bueno. Bien ubicado para hacer todo caminando. El estacionamiento es gratis EN LA CALLE NO EN EL ESTABLECIMIENTO como figura en Hoteles.com. El desayuno bueno. El tema es que despues de la 21.00 no queda nadie y se cortó el suministro eléctrico y de agua y no habia nadie que resolviera nada. El telefono para emergencias que te dan no lo contestam nunca. Recién lo resolvieron a las 9.00 de la mañana. SIN AGUA EN LOS BAÑOS. El wifi no funcionaba.

Bel établissement dans un vieux palais privé. Tout a été optimisé pour loger un maximum de gens. Ainsi, la chambre que nous occupions étais très correcte, mais n'avais pas le style que pourrait laisser penser l'accueil et le bel escalier de l'hotel. Du reste, elle était en haut d'un minuscule escalier. Les fenêtres donnaient sur la rue qui s'est avérée assez bruyante. Le petit déjeuner est servi dans une petite pièces attenante au joli patio. Le choix s'étiole très vite au fur et à mesure que les gens se présente. Peu de salé et peu de renouvellement de l'assortiment. C'est vraiment dommage. L'hotel est pas trop mal situé dans Trapani. Cependant, comme cela est souvent noté dans les commentaires, se fait dans une rue en face de l'établissement. Il vous faudra avoir la chance de trouver une place, sinon tout le reste est payant.

Abbiamo sporcato il pavimento perché siamo stati alle saline e aveva piovuto, ma l’indomani abbiamo trovato tutto perfettamente pulito. Colazione all’italiana sia dolce che salata abbondante. Parcheggio in strada davanti all’hotel e hotel a due passi da tutto. Ci ritornerei

The hotel is in a great part of town -- walkable to the historic district as well as to the new section. The building is in great shape, with a roomy and inviting entrance and small bright courtyard inside (attached to the breakfast room). Excellent coffee in the morning with a huge variety of pastries and sandwiches. The room was very clean and basic and came with toiletries, a large bottle of water, and a fridge. Parking is plentiful and easy to pay for using an app. Not expensive, either. We would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is close enough to be able to walk through the old town but far enough out that you don’t have the headache of driving through the old town. It was clean, quiet, the beds were comfortable, the rooms were large, the breakfast had a bit of everything and baristas to make your morning cappuccino. Next door is a street for free parking which is a bit difficult to get around noon but easier later in the day. It’s a quick drive to the salt flats and Erici. There is an elevator if needed. I would definitely stay here again!

Das Hotel liegt kurz vor der Altstadt, öffentliche Parkplätze an der Straße. Das Zimmer und das Bad waren sehr großzügig, die Einrichtung eher einfach gehalten, Matratze recht hart. Frühstück hatte eher weniger Auswahl. Um 08:30 Uhr gab es bereits keinen Aufschnitt und Käse mehr, nur noch Süßgebäck und fertig belegte Brötchen. Obstkorb wurde auf Nachfrage aufgefüllt. Alles in allem für den Preis in Ordnung.

Hotel et chambre propres et très bien situé mais matelas très dur et oreillers inconfortables. Réveillés à 3h30 du matin par les voisins du dessus qui font la fête sans être ennuyés car pas de reception/gardiennage la nuit. Nous ne sommes restés qu’une nuit mais ca aura été suffisant à nous décevoir car l’objectif primaire d’un Hôtel est de bien dormir. Dommage pour nous…

We had a good stay here during our time in Italy! The space was clean, well-kept, and as described in the listing. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out, and we felt very welcome throughout our stay. Just a heads-up: the bed was quite firm, which may not be ideal for everyone. Our shower also seemed to be misfunctioning and the water pressure was going through one part of the rain shower but I am sure that was just our room. AC was great. Breakfast included pastries/sandwitches, oranges, and yogurt upon request. It is about a 15 minute walk from the city center but 5-10 mins to the beach/ start of the walk around the older city. We had a beach day and they gave us an umbrella and 2 beach towels which was wonderful! FYI outside our room was quite noisy in the early morning (5-8 am) for anyone who is not an early riser.

Bra hotell men lyhört eftersom korridorerna saknar mattor som kraftfullt dämpar ljud av steg, väskor, städvagnar och samtal. Hotellrummens dörrar borde förses med en ljuddämpande släplist som också starkt dämpar ljud. Städpersonalen borde utbildas i att tala tyst fram till utcheckning. Det finns många affärsresenärer som uppskattar sovtiden

La stanza ampia e veramente comoda per 4 persone. Bagno ampio e tutto pulito. Abbiamo sporcato il pavimento perché siamo stati alle saline e aveva piovuto, ma l’indomani abbiamo trovato tutto perfettamente pulito. Colazione all’italiana sia dolce che salata abbondante. Parcheggio in strada davanti all’hotel e hotel a due passi da tutto. Ci ritornerei

I really enjoyed the location (walking distance to old town and easy to drive to other places) and how quiet the room was. So while it was quiet, I could not sleep well as the AC was not cooling and the bed/pillows were really problem. Street parking is very easy and the property is newly renovated and very very clean. If they address the AC and matrress/pillows, it would be great - oh, and I got a room with a view of the walls and ac unit, but that was a non-issue as a barely stayed in the room.

This hotel is close enough to be able to walk through the old town but far enough out that you don’t have the headache of driving through the old town. It was clean, quiet, the beds were comfortable, the rooms were large, the breakfast had a bit of everything and baristas to make your morning cappuccino. Next door is a street for free parking which is a bit difficult to get around noon but easier later in the day. It’s a quick drive to the salt flats and Erici. There is an elevator if needed. I would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay here. When we first arrived we found that our room was kind of small. I asked for a larger room and the front staff was very accommodating, allowing us to change to a larger room the following day. They even moved our luggage so that when we returned after a boat excursion, at 7:30 PM, everything was there! The breakfast is very nice and the cappuccino is excellent! In addition the cleaning staff is very thorough. The hotel is located within a 10 minute walk from the old city center and 5 minutes away from a pleasant public beach, and bus pick up locations for day trips.

Quarto ok. Travesseiros ruins. Banho ótimo. Limpeza ok. Café da manhã péssimo não só pelo que oferece, mas também porque a reposição é lenta e a bebida quente depende da funcionária servir, o que também demora a acontecer. Os recepcionistas homens também poderiam ser mais simpáticos.

El check in fue muy bueno. Bien ubicado para hacer todo caminando. El estacionamiento es gratis EN LA CALLE NO EN EL ESTABLECIMIENTO como figura en Hoteles.com. El desayuno bueno. El tema es que despues de la 21.00 no queda nadie y se cortó el suministro eléctrico y de agua y no habia nadie que resolviera nada. El telefono para emergencias que te dan no lo contestam nunca. Recién lo resolvieron a las 9.00 de la mañana. SIN AGUA EN LOS BAÑOS. El wifi no funcionaba.

L'hôtesse à l'accueil a essayé de me donner une chambre pourrie sous les toits la numéro 202. Nous avions réservé 2 chambres, nos amis ont eu la 218. Nous avons demandé d'être à côté mais ce n'était pas possible d'après elle. Une fois que nous avons découvert notre chambre, nous sommes descendus furieux surtout que nous sommes des clients GOLD EXPEDIA HOTEL.COM. Comme par enchantement, l'hôtesse nous propose la chambre 216 juste à côté de nos amis ! 15 minutes de perdu et de stress !! Voilà pourquoi nous sommes très mécontents de cette hôtesse à l'accueil !!

Beautiful, clean building. BB room was of modern decor and very spacious. We found a parking spot. Check in and check out were easy. Restaurants, beach and historical area all within walking distance.

The breakfast was just croissants and bacon sandwiches and orange juice ! Cappuccino by order only and it was same every day and made me bored and tired! I had after hour check in and room was very hard to find it was located on second floor and then a flight of stairs up from 2 floor ! Terrible access and stairs are very narrow! Won’t ever use it again ! One person at reception bothered to ask me once about my stay and opinion in 4 days ! It was a waste of time and location is near station but everything else is far off ! Trapani has worst bus system any where in world and about 6 bus companies and they all have different stops ! The funicular to errice is shut and I wasted hours getting there to find that as hotel misinformed me ! Double check everything in Trapani it’s tricky ! The centre Historico and one side of town are pretty ! Still doesn’t explain 2.50 euro city tax per day when lights are poor and pavements very uneven !

The building is in great shape, with a roomy and inviting entrance and small bright courtyard inside (attached to the breakfast room). Excellent coffee in the morning with a huge variety of pastries and sandwiches. The room was very clean and basic and came with toiletries, a large bottle of water, and a fridge. Parking is plentiful and easy to pay for using an app. Not expensive, either. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing stay comparing to other 3 we had while driving through Sicily. A very warm welcome with all the necessary information. The breakfast is incredible: super sweet and helpful Team, always ready to help. Great selection of sweet pastries (of a very good quality, freshly made) as well as salty options. Some days there was nothing vegetarian, however we were always served with some veggies and cheese - thank you! Comfortable room with everyday cleaning. Just could be more soundproof. I would definitely come back!

Room was nice, bathroom very spacious, breakfast was the best we had in our trip, and they make you whatever coffee you want too. They had cannoli, croissants, etc. location was very good, there were restaurants nearby and you can walk around Trapani without a car.

Bel établissement dans un vieux palais privé. Tout a été optimisé pour loger un maximum de gens. Ainsi, la chambre que nous occupions étais très correcte, mais n'avais pas le style que pourrait laisser penser l'accueil et le bel escalier de l'hotel. Du reste, elle était en haut d'un minuscule escalier. Les fenêtres donnaient sur la rue qui s'est avérée assez bruyante. Le petit déjeuner est servi dans une petite pièces attenante au joli patio. Le choix s'étiole très vite au fur et à mesure que les gens se présente. Peu de salé et peu de renouvellement de l'assortiment. C'est vraiment dommage. L'hotel est pas trop mal situé dans Trapani. Cependant, comme cela est souvent noté dans les commentaires, se fait dans une rue en face de l'établissement. Il vous faudra avoir la chance de trouver une place, sinon tout le reste est payant.
