오래된 현지식 리조트라 방에 있는 가구, 인테리어 등이 낡은건 맞음. 그러나 리조트가 일단 넓고, 가든쪽 룸들은 숲속에 독립적으로 있어서 숲에서 힐링하는 느낌 남. 크림존 옆이여서 인피니티풀이랑 해변과는 가장 먼 위치였음에도 도보 3분(3세 남아와 걸어갈 시 5-6분;;)이면 갈 수 있는 길이 있음. 인피니티풀이 생각보다 작긴 하나, 세부는 리조트 보다는 나가서 호핑 투어 등을 많이 하니 사람이 많지 않아 즐기기 좋음. 크림존쪽 큰 풀도 깊이가 120이라 여기서 놀아도 됨. 해변 작지만 역시 사람 별로 없고 깊지 않고 물고기 잘 보도록 빵을(엄청 큰 빵)을 줘서 호핑의 증거움이 충분함 음식 전반적으로 괜찮고 조식도 나름 매일 조금씩 바끼고 김치 볶음밥이나 김치도 계속 나옴. 한국인 많아서 그런가 싶지만 세부에 어딜 간들 한국인이 없을까.... 오히려 러시아쪽으로 보이는 백인이나 영어쓰는 서양인들 매우 많아 놀랐음 풀사이드 바 괜찮음. 어어어어엄청 맛있다 까진 아니지만 수영하고 허기진 상태에서 피자 햄버거 파스타 이틀 먹음. 단, 주문 후 15분 이상 걸릴 수 있으니 빨리 시켜야 함 가장 감동적인건 직원들이 진짜진짜진짜 친절함. 특히 애기들한테 엄청 친절하고 인사하고 말걸고 웃어주는게 어나더레벨임. 한국말도 겨우 하는 3세 남아가 굳모닝, 헬로, 땡큐를 자연스레 익히고 옴ㅎㅎ 특히 크림존에 있는 직원들 매우매우매우 훌륭함. 정말 다양한 액티비티 있어서 애기 데리고 참가하기 좋았고, 애들한테 먼저 말걸고 같이 놀아주려고 노력함(영어 안되는 3세 남아는 약간 무서워했지만 땡큐는 잘함ㅎㅎㅎ)뙤약볕 아래에서 참가하기 좀 덥긴 했지만 크리스마스날 Mr. 산타 & Mrs. 산타 이벤트 어메이징 했음(ㅎㅎㅎ) 아침마다 꽃과 함께 전달해주는 오늘의 날씨와 오늘의 이벤트 목록 귀엽고 재밌었음 딱 한가지 단점은 밖에 걸어나갈 수 없다는건데, 우린 리조트 내에서만 놀았지만, 리조트에서 제공하는 무료 셔틀도 있고 그랩도 잘 오니 엥간한 곳들은 갈 수 있을듯

Loved our stay at Crimson. Rooms are spacious and facilities are great. Really great resort for kids with the kids pool and amazing kids club. Breakfast buffet was also good with many options. Staff were helpful and friendly.

ホテルの設備やスタッフのホスピタリティが素晴らしかったです。スタッフはすれ違うと必ず笑顔で挨拶をしてくれます。まず入ってすぐ見えるインフィニティプールは圧巻でした。子ども用のプールやプレイ施設も充実しています。周辺環境はプライベートビーチは景観が素晴らしいのですが、入り口を出ると観光客は歩けないローカルな雰囲気が怖かったです。ホテル敷地に入る時は、警備員が毎回セキュリティチェックをしてくれて、敷地内の安全性は確保されていて安心して過ごせました。徒歩圏内買い物できる場所がないのが不便で、毎回grabを利用しました。渋滞があり、セブシティまで1時間ほどかかることが欠点でした。計画的に移動しないと、素晴らしいホテルで過ごす時間が少なくなってしまいます。ホテルからアヤラとSMシティセブまでシャトルバスが出ているのですが、時間的に微妙で利用しませんでした。ホテルの設備と景観を重視するならおすすめですが、利便性を重視するなら便利なマクタンニュータウンのホテルの方がいいと思います。徒歩圏内に食事を買いに行ける場所がないので、主にホテル内のレストランを利用しました。朝食ビュッフェ、スペイン料理、クリムゾンのカフェ、全部美味しかったです！洗濯機や電子レンジといった設備はありません。ランドリーサービスがあり、5キロまで1700ペソくらいでした。ホテルでゆっくりしたい人向けです。

インフィニティプールも部屋のプールも最高でした。建物もヴィラなので落ち着いて過ごすことができました。スタッフも丁寧、フレンドリーで親しみが持てます。 一点、一部屋に3人だったのに2人分のタオルやアメニティしかなかったことが残念です。 ホテルの外はやはり治安がもう一つとの印象です。

Excellent stay & wish we could have stayed longer. The resort is so luxurious that it is quite breathtaking to explore. The staff were friendly & caring, & did a surprise honeymoon set up in our room for our first night. This was a very relaxing, private & quiet place to stay. Direct private beach access, with 2 spacious swimming pools (each with adult & child sections with different depths). Lovely tropical landscaping that the staff were thoroughly looking after. Extensive & delicious breakfast buffet. Awesome on-site Japanese restaurant. Perfect for relaxation, families & picture perfect photography. 45 minutes trip to the city with limited complimentary shuttle trips. Prices for food, beverages, activities & spa treatments quite high.

We had a lovely time at Crimson! Everything from the food to the staff to the amenities was top notch! We felt very welcomed and the staff was fabulous. The rooms were perfect and we loved hanging by the pool and using the gym. There is a couple of dining options with large menus which we enjoyed as well. The food and service was beyond 5 star! Can definitely recommend!

Everything was perfect-the infinity pool, the oceanfront atmosphere of the Azure Beach Club, the food, and even the small but enjoyable private beach for snorkeling. We stayed in a Deluxe Garden Room, but the only downside was that the staircase for the two-story building was right in front of our room, so there was a lot of foot traffic from other guests and hotel staff, which made it a bit less relaxing. That was the only negative point.

部屋は広々としていて過ごしやすかった。隣の部屋からの水漏れがあったことと電気が時々消えたり点いたりしたこと残念だったが、すぐに対応してくれてスタッフの対応は最高だった。綺麗なビーチやプールもあり、リゾート気分を存分に味わえた。

부모님, 누나네, 저희가족 어른 6명에 아이 2명이 객실 3개에서 머물렀습니다. 디럭스룸 2개, 디럭스룸 정원전망 1개에서 머물렀습니다. 정원정망 방은 전체 크기는 조금 더 크지만 화장실이 많이 커지고 침실은 작아지기 때문에 굳이? 라는 생각이 많이 들었습니다. 그리고 디럭스룸 중 1개는 개미와 바퀴벌레, 알 수 없는 벌레가 발견됐었고 나머지 1개는 비교적 벌레가 없었습니다(홈매트를 사용해서 그럴 수도). 아 테라스에 죽은 바퀴벌레와 개미는 있었음. 그럼에도 불구하고 객실 컨디션이나 직원분들의 친절함도 너무 좋았고, 프라이빗비치는 기대이하였지만 수영장에서 보낸 시간들은 너무 재밌었습니다. 저희는 배달음식을 시켜먹진 않았고 크림존 수영장으로 룸서비스를 시켜먹었고, 수영 후 햄버거와 간식거리를 조금 사서 방에서 먹었습니다. 룸서비스와 수영장에서 시켜먹은 음식들은 전체적으로 가격을 생각하지 않더라도 별로였습니다. 특히 햄버거. 그리고 너무 오래걸리고 직원들끼리 소통이 안되는건지.. 뭔가 반복되는 일들이 생겼습니다. 다른건 해보지 않았고 선셋세일링을 했는데 배컨디션이나 나오는 음식등은 사설업체와 비교했을 때 좀 떨어질 수 있다고 생각하지만 숙소에서 바로 배를 타는 편리함, 스텝의 친절함에서 돈이 아깝지 않았습니다. 아이들이 있는 분들은 크림존에서 하는 행사? 같은것도 좋을거 같습니다. 저희 조카는 보물찾기에서 2등을 하고 인형을 받았는데 너무너무 좋아했습니다. 보라카이에 이어 두번째 크림슨 방문, 저희 가족은 만족스러웠습니다.

벌레도 있고 화장실 물때도 있고 아주 청결하진 않음 룸서비스도 음식이 좀.. 그리고 수영장 옆 까페 아이스크림 하나 주문해도 손님도 없는데 두스쿱 푸는데 십분이상 걸림ㅋㅋㅋ 대신 직원들이 매우 친절하고 프라이빗 비치가 발바닥은 아프지만 물고기용 빵도 줘서 물고기 잠수안해도 보이고 보트도 공짜

コロナの名残か今年夏の台風の影響なのか、宿泊棟の半分と一部レストランがクローズしていた。おかげで混んでるはずのインフィニティプールは空いてて快適ではあった。 スタッフのホスピタリティーや挨拶の徹底は今まで他国含め泊まったホテルの中でもトップクラスに良かった。またハーフブュッフェスタイルの朝食も非常に良かった。 敷地が広くタクシーでないと移動が厳しいことは事前に調べてあったが、タクシーは常駐しておらず呼ぶのに15分前後かかること、呼ぶ度に 100ペソかかることは想定外で残念だった。一方でホテルのレストランは高すぎて(円安の影響もあるが軽食で3000円程する)ホテル内だけで過ごすのは厳しいので外に出ざるを得ず実際レストランはガラガラでみんな外に出ていた。 部屋は清潔で快適だったが水回りの不具合(シャワーや浴槽の栓)は5つ星ホテルとしては残念

スタッフは皆笑顔で温かく接してくれました。 朝食も充実しており、早朝に出発する私たちのために、時間を早めてくれるなど、とても親切な対応でした。 お部屋は広いにも関わらず、シッティングエリアが外のみでくつろぐスペースがありませんでした。ソファなどを設置して欲しいです。 バスルームも広く、気持ちが良いのですが、一面の大きな窓にかかったブラインドにホコリが溜まっており、残念でした。 アジアのホテルに色々と訪れましたが、金額の割にお部屋の充実度が足りないと感じました。

とてもきれいで清潔でイメージ通りの施設でした。スタッフもすれ違う度挨拶してくれたり、ホスピタリティも素晴らしかったです。日本語はあまり通じないので、英語が苦手な方は翻訳アプリを準備していった方が良いです。最終日、友人が体調を崩してしまい、海外で不安でしたが、24時間レセプションサービスが対応しており、病院へもスムーズに連れていってくれました。大変心強かったです。ロケーション、サービス、共に期待以上のホテルでした。海外でのリゾートホテルを満喫したい方、おすすめします。

리조트의 분위기나 친절성은 최고이나 아쉬운점이있네요. 몇가지 아쉬운점은 샤워부스에 물이방수가 안되서 물이세고 에어컨에 물방울이 떨어지고, 이건 호텔의잘못은아니지만 옆방에 숙박하신분들이 너무 시끄러워 방음이 아쉬웠다는 점을 이야기하네요. 그럼에도 불구하고 멋진 여행이였습니다

What a wonderful experience. From the check-in through out our stay we were treated with gold gloves. We were originally booked for a short 2 night stay but decided to stay another night. The property and room is pristine with modern amenities and bathroom fixtures. Overall our experience was great and we would definitely return. A 5 star rating all around.

インフィニティプールも部屋のプールも最高でした。建物もヴィラなので落ち着いて過ごすことができました。スタッフも丁寧、フレンドリーで親しみが持てます。 一点、一部屋に3人だったのに2人分のタオルやアメニティしかなかったことが残念です。 ホテルの外はやはり治安がもう一つとの印象です。

The room and barhroom are spacious. Sink is lower for adults but excellent in height for kids. Twin beds are not really comfortable but the king bed is excellent. Breakfast buffet is 7/10. Best thing about this resort is they have complimentary drinks on the minifridge: 2 canned juices, 2 canned beers and 1 dried mango.

Everything was perfect-the infinity pool, the oceanfront atmosphere of the Azure Beach Club, the food, and even the small but enjoyable private beach for snorkeling. We stayed in a Deluxe Garden Room, but the only downside was that the staircase for the two-story building was right in front of our room, so there was a lot of foot traffic from other guests and hotel staff, which made it a bit less relaxing. That was the only negative point.

It was a wonderful experience! All the staff were friendly, helpful, and had excellent communication. Jane at the front desk gave us a warm welcome, Ivan was very accommodating in assisting us to our room, and Nels the pool attendant was a pleasure to talk to. Housekeeping’s Ceejay was always quick to assist, while Jerome promptly resolved a hot water issue and later handled our check-out smoothly, even addressing our concerns with the manager. Special thanks to the whole team for making our stay truly memorable!

Poor service! Cart is their means of transportation to go to rooms yet hotel staff incharged were discriminating or letting guests who can ride first according to their choice. I requested and waited and I’m local yet a foreign nationals who just arrived got the ride first. Worst, the staff when asked why, did not say anything and not even sorry for it! This happened at around 8:45 in the evening where it’s scary to walk to their maze kind of path going to rooms! VIP 20% discount as promised upon checked in were not deducted; I emailed the property but did not reply. I have to contact the expedia staf for platinum member service. This is my second review of my entire hundred + of hotel stays through expedia… This much speaks my frustration!

we will come back again ..my father wasnt feeling good and the staff was so accommodating their was a nurse that checked my dad at the room and on call doctor we were told that a hospital was nearby and the hotel staff could transport him -place is so beautiful ,food is good ,staff is superb

I’m not big on writing reviews, but thought I should for this. The hotel is dated, the staff is fake friendly, which is exhausting and sad because they looked terrified of guests, we waited over 30 min in line to check in, emailed them over 4 times to try to get reservations for the property to certain things with no response, the property has a horrible ammonia smell from the pesticides they use to control bugs, especially in the spa and our room, it was hard to breathe at times. We checked out, signed the bill, then they hounded us with endless texts and calls to pay them via PayPal. Such a disorganized stressful experience. Food was excellent, service was uncomfortably forced and bad. Not worth it at any price.

スタッフがとても温かく気持ちよかったです。朝早くチェックアウトをしないかといけなかったのですが、それにも快く対応していただき、朝食ブュッフェ分の朝ごはんも用意してくれました。ホテル内にはレストランもカフェもあり、雰囲気もとても良いです！また利用したいです！

I had a couple if issues with this hotel. First, the hotel phone number is hard to find online. No one was answering the phone and so I sent a message thru Expedia app and it was answered after we arrived. Second, the next day we ran out of toilet paper and I called to request for it but again no one answered the phone. I have to walk for 5 minutes to go to the lobby and request for toilet paper. The staff were all nice and very polite and all hardworking. I just hope that people from the front desk or whoever is in charge of answering calls should pay attention more.

Crimson Resort might be the best resort we've ever stayed at. If I could give Crimson 10 stars, I would. Being a VIP expedia, every single staff made sure that we were looked after. We got a free room upgrade, free late check out and so much more. The staff are courteous and very accommodating. Crimson is located quite far from malls. You'd need a car to get around. We tried all 3 restaurants and all of them are very good. Breakfast is like fine dining. Restaurants and room service are on the expensive side which we already expect. However, the servings are pretty good. If we're ever back in Cebu, there's nowhere else we'd rather be. I will be recommending Crimson to family and friends. Good job to all the team

To begin with, what is the point of adding the “spa” at the end if there is no spa available. Paying a premium for this is not worth it. Unable to use the spa for treatments/jacuzzy was such a disappointment. Furthermore, not all the restaurants advertised were open… Phone lines were down the whole stay. We had to literally walk to reception each time we wanted to request anything to eat or drink.

6/13〜16の3泊4日で利用しました。雨季でしたが、一度も雨に降られず見事に晴れ、とても大満足でした！ホテル周辺は何もありませんが、ホテル内が充実しているため、満喫できます！クルーの皆さんがとても優しくて拙い英語でも笑顔で答えてくれます✨ また泊まりたいと思います！

ホテルの設備やスタッフのホスピタリティが素晴らしかったです。スタッフはすれ違うと必ず笑顔で挨拶をしてくれます。まず入ってすぐ見えるインフィニティプールは圧巻でした。子ども用のプールやプレイ施設も充実しています。周辺環境はプライベートビーチは景観が素晴らしいのですが、入り口を出ると観光客は歩けないローカルな雰囲気が怖かったです。ホテル敷地に入る時は、警備員が毎回セキュリティチェックをしてくれて、敷地内の安全性は確保されていて安心して過ごせました。徒歩圏内買い物できる場所がないのが不便で、毎回grabを利用しました。渋滞があり、セブシティまで1時間ほどかかることが欠点でした。計画的に移動しないと、素晴らしいホテルで過ごす時間が少なくなってしまいます。ホテルからアヤラとSMシティセブまでシャトルバスが出ているのですが、時間的に微妙で利用しませんでした。ホテルの設備と景観を重視するならおすすめですが、利便性を重視するなら便利なマクタンニュータウンのホテルの方がいいと思います。徒歩圏内に食事を買いに行ける場所がないので、主にホテル内のレストランを利用しました。朝食ビュッフェ、スペイン料理、クリムゾンのカフェ、全部美味しかったです！洗濯機や電子レンジといった設備はありません。ランドリーサービスがあり、5キロまで1700ペソくらいでした。ホテルでゆっくりしたい人向けです。

The amazing the staff on top of everything. The resort has 3 pools. My room was right by the main pool. They offer shuttle service. The only downside was not walking distance to anywhere.

家族5人で３泊しましたが、朝食ブュッフェが沢山あり食べきれない数でした。お部屋もリゾートな感じで清潔でした。ホテルの各花々の手入れがすごかったです。ベッドも快適でした。プールも泡泡のイベントがあり、孫も喜んでました。大人も楽しめました。プライベートビーチもあり、とても良い。ビーチを見ながらのレストランも美味しかったです。ホテルの方のすれ違いの時も必ずみんな挨拶をしてくれました。最高のホテルです。1つ難点なのは、ちょっとホテルを出て買い物とかは無理でした。タクシーをいちいち呼ばないとスーパーやマッサージには行けません。ホテルでのんびり過ごす方にオススメホテルだと思います。

Crimson is beautiful and tranquil. There isn’t a lot to do outside the resort because it is not walking distance to anything. Due to airlines technical difficulties, we missed a day at the resort and they are not flexible regarding the issue. We even stated we would stay additional nights if we could receive a credit for the night we missed. I definitely won’t not book this resort the first day you arrive in the Philippines in case you encounter travel delays as we did. Overall it was an okay stay but not our favorite in Lapu-Lapu.

It feels more like a boutique resort that seeks to personalise the experience for guests. My other half and I came away with a beautiful embossed stetson hat and embossed sluppers from staying in a beautifully decorated room with a spacious bathroom. Furthermore the food was superb and the wine selection great from the restaurants, recommended by the sommelier. They did run out of our favourite bottle but put this down to us ordering way to many bottles. Full stars for this resort.

セブのメジャーなホテルはだいたい泊まりました。今年はコチラ。 設備はだいたい揃ってます。ジム、プール、ビーチと複数のレストラン。 レストランは日本食レストラン以外はセブでは美味しい方のホテルでした。 日本食レストランはなんちゃって和食で、素材の組み合わせや味付けが日本人にはキツイと思います。 一番美味しいのは、海辺のレストランで、バーベキューや洋食中心でしたが、美味しいです。 スペインレストランは、現地の味に近いのですが、それも現地の老舗の味に近いので、いわゆるかなり塩分が濃い味付けでした。 プールサイドのアイスクリームバーはハーゲンダッツやブルーシールより美味しい位でオススメです。 部屋は一応バスタブ等あり、シャワーブースも別で便利ですが、肝心のシャワーの水圧が低すぎました。コレは水栓の問題で、バスタブの水圧は高かったです。 バスタオルは一人1枚のはずが、部屋に1枚しかない日があり、トイレットペーパーも最初の3日間は備え付けの1つしかなく、切れそうになると、毎回呼ぶのですが、1つしか持ってこないという悪循環で、しつこく言って初めて予備1個くれるようになりました。 ウォシュレットはありません。 あと、部屋のバスタオルはフワフワではなく、手ぬぐいレベルです。 アメニティは歯ブラシありですが、補充はないので、歯磨き粉持参が必要です。 一番だめなのがエアコンの位置で、ベッドに直撃の位置で、思いっきり風邪を引いてしまいました。 部屋の冷蔵庫の飲み物は1回分のみ無料です。 お水も250ml位の小さなペットボトルですが、一人1日3本でした。 部屋から海は見れない部屋でした。 ちなみに目の前が通路で目隠しの植栽や塀がない部屋で、通路から部屋の中が丸見えで、1日中カーテンでした。 要はこのホテル、ハード整備は揃ってるのですが、運用、特に部屋の掃除のスタッフが気が利かなくて、使用する上で不便になっているホテルでした。 スリッパはなく、ビーチサンダルありです。 床はザラザラです。 ちなみに行きはglab帰りはタクシー。 glabはここまでなかなか来てくれません。 glabは大きめの車選んで380フィリピンドル タクシーは500ドル位で激安です。 所要時間30分位。 ビーチは安全ロープが3段に張られてて、手前から1段目は浅瀬で自由に、2段目はライフジャケット必要。（無料です) 3段目は遊泳不可。 マクタン島のこの近辺ホテルはどこも同じですが、海はすぐに深くなり、サンゴも手前には皆無。シュノーケルには向きません。 ちなみに2段目にイソギンチャクが少しあり、クマノミはいました。 深いので遠くから見る感じです。 足のつかない位置です。 以上です。

Crimson Resort might be the best resort we've ever stayed at. If I could give Crimson 10 stars, I would. Being a VIP expedia, every single staff made sure that we were looked after. We got a free room upgrade, free late check out and so much more. The staff are courteous and very accommodating. Crimson is located quite far from malls. You'd need a car to get around. We tried all 3 restaurants and all of them are very good. Breakfast is like fine dining. Restaurants and room service are on the expensive side which we already expect. However, the servings are pretty good. If we're ever back in Cebu, there's nowhere else we'd rather be. I will be recommending Crimson to family and friends. Good job to all the team

Breakfast was good, but not great. Oatmeal was as the worst I’ve ever seen. 1st time was literally water soup with some oats. Last time was almost inedible, even the worker was embarrassed at how thick it was and offered to add water. The staff however were exceptionally good and friendly.

when i travel i usually stay at 5 star resorts.. so I don;t have to worry about amenities and or food quality.... The first thing i ate at the so call 5 star resort after being there an hour gave me food poisoning and ruined the first 5 days of our vacation... would have been better off getting a burger from jollie bee

Staff were very attentive to our needs, welcoming and always smiling, rooms are clean, it was wonderfully quiet, the pool was wonderful and not crowded at all, and the food was delightful! I would definitely recommend this resort!

Infinity pool is amazing to bob around in and the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. The food throughout the 4 restaurants on site i cannot fault. Great weekend away and would definitely recommend staying here and infant two more days would be perfect.
