The good would be the staff was amazing very friendly very helpful. The beds were actually comfortable. But for no smoking property the potent smell of weed and cigarettes was overwhelming not to mention the cigarette holes in the sheets on the bed. The main door didn’t shut properly. The locks didn’t work and it sounded like we were right in the middle of the freeway there was no plug for the bathtub not that you would want to have a bath in it.

My mother stayed and she said it was dark when she arrived and her side of the building had no lighting, also her door wouldn’t lock and only the chain worked. She wrote this: I'll just hang out in the lobby. I'm sorry I couldn't last another minute in that room. Came down here for coffee and the pot was empty and the lady was pissed to have to make another pot for me. Literally said "what a waste to make a pot for one person". I'm going to send you a video. You have to reserve shuttle service in advance!!! She said neither the room nor the lobby looked as advertised. The bathroom counters had cracks and the bedding had hair on it. She slept in her clothes because she couldn’t trust the bedding. Also from my mother: I know that you think from the advertisement that you're getting a gem. But sometimes the reality is opposite. The place is old, but it doesn't have to be so filthy.

The shuttle drivers were good, friendly and safe. That is the only good comment I have. You get what you pay for. Pay a little extra. I promise it will be better than this place.

Room was damp. Air conditioner was hanging off the wall, held together by a hope and a prayer the bathtub leaked the entire night. I slept okay but it was just a place to lay down. I wouldn't want to hang out there for any length of time
