It feels like the hotel lost their spark a few years ago. They seem under staffed and it feels like they have a manager issue. Before arrival I called in a few times to ask questions, half of the times I was put on hold until the line broke after I asked ”hello do you speak english?”, and the other half of the times I was rudely spoken to. The wellness center is a joke, it’s 1 dry sauna, 1 warm room(?) and one steam sauna that was broken, the rest of the space was just seats and showers without really understanding what to use of the space. The breakfast is absolutely overpriced and not worth adding to your booking, it was either super-high-sugar or some random german breakfast thing…the germans happily ate the blood pudding, but really girl, what can I say hahah

Wir haben in diesem Hotel 2 Suiten gebucht. Wir wollten mit unseren Freunden einen schönen Silvesterabend an der Bar genießen. Mit "atemberaubenden Blick auf die Spree". So wird es auf der Internetseite beworben und wir haben es tatsächlich auch schon so erlebt. Weder auf der Internetseite noch per Mail gab es eine Information darüber, dass das Hotel eigentlich eine große Baustelle ist, welche abgedeckt ist und man überhaupt nicht auf die Terrasse kommt und schon gar nicht den atemberaubenden Blick auf die Spree hat in der Nacht. Es wurde provisorisch 1 Bar im Keller eingerichtet. Diese war absolut ohne Stil,, die Musik war dem Anlass nicht entsprechend, der Service war mittelprächtig, die Luft unangenehm - insgesamt ein nicht ansprechendes Ambiente. Auch der Service an der Rezeption, und dies haben wir schon mehrfach erlebt in diesem Hotel, lässt zu wünschen übrig. Man muss schon sehr geduldig sein, um einzustecken. Mit ein bisschen Glück kommt man auch beim 1. Versuch in das Zimmer. Wiederholt erlebt, muss man ein 2. Mal zu Rezeption, um die Karte frei schalten zu lassen. Der Kühlschrank in der Suite war eingeschaltet, nur leider defekt und kühlte nicht. Auch die sonst schön angerichtete Empfangs-Schokolade wurde eingespart. Wir haben für den Aufenthalt 650€/Nacht bezahlt für eine nicht wie beschriebene Location und mittelmäßigen Service. Wir hätten unter diesen Bedingungen, wären sie uns bekannt gewesen, nie gebucht. Hätten Info auf der Homepage / per Mail gewünscht.

It was our second visit here, we love the hotel design and the comfortable saunas.

The hotel itself had a number of nice elements like the convenience store albeit overpriced was quite convenient. The gym was nice and the free water there was a lovely touch. It wasn't obvious; however, where the saunas were located. The location is lovely for a run or stroll and it's close to the East Side Gallery. The bartender downstairs; however, tinged the whole stay negatively by lacking basic customer service cordiality and rolling his eyes in an obvious way and mocking us as we tried to get the sliding doors to open which were slow. We hadn't addressed him and his obviously negative attitude and bravado felt egotistical. Made me not want to frequent the downstairs/bar area.

Fast and easy check in by friendly staff. Mentioned to them that I needed parking for my motorcycle during my second night of the stay. Got no information that it could be an issue with availability. So on the second day, I had no parking for my bike. Had to park in a parking garage a kilometre away. Quite annoying. Parking was supposed to be free/included in the payment for my room. Apart from this it was a great hotel.

lange Schlangen beim Check in (Samstag um 15 Uhr), Frühstück viel zu teuer, Personal sehr freundlich, sehr schöne und komfortable Zimmer, Tiefgarage mit direktem Zugang zum Hotel

Sauberes Zimmer im Art Deco Stil mit bequemen Betten - gerne jederzeit wieder!!

Die Einrichtung ist wirklich außerordentlich schön, die Zimmer sind sehr schön und sauber. Das Bett war super gemütlich.

Hallöchen, das Zimmer war ganz in Ordnung. Ein klein wenig hätte man besser sauber machen können. Geschlafen haben wir sehr gut, wenn ich das Störende Geräusch vom Aufzugschacht gewesen wäre, wo man die Fahrstühle gehört hat. Frühstücksbuffet top alles vom Besten alles sehr gut. Check in Check out unproblematisch 20 € für die Garage finde ich etwas zu teuer. Der Sonnenuntergang hinter dem Haus war unbeschreiblich. Viele Grüße

Leider war das Bett schmutzig und mit Blutflecken. Nicht toll für den Preis einer Junoirsuite. Generell muss renoviert werden. Ist einfach vieles abgenutzt

Nice, clean and funky stay. Staff were lovely.

Toilettendeckel gebrochen, Tapete löst sich von der Wand, Sauberkeit nicht überall gegeben. Wo dieses noch am Abend der Anreise bemängelt wurde, wurde nur gesagt man soll es morgens bei der Abreise klären. Dieses wurde gemacht das Personal hat sich leider auch nicht dafür interessiert. „Man würde im Hotel renovieren, es gibt ja auch Zimmer die schlimmer aus sehen.“ Es wurde nach einer Lösung gefragt aber gleich gesagt wenn es ein stört kann man eine E-Mail schreiben. Keine Wertschätzung, Gutschein oder eine Entschuldigung.

Der manglede kaffekapsler på og køleskabet virkede ikke på det ene værelse. Vi bad om ikke at få gjort rent på det ene værelse og det gjorde at vores værelse 207 ikke blev gjort rent fra fredag til lørdag - det var lidt træls - jeg gik selv ud og bad om nye håndklæder kl. 16. Men ellers elske

Großes Zimmer, aber die Glasabtrennung zum Badezimmer fanden wir unvorteilhaft. Man hört jedes einzelne Geräusch aus dem Badezimmer und Klo und es ist nachts gleich sehr hell im Raum, wenn man mal aufs Klo muss. Außerdem ist es im Frühstücksraum recht zugig und es gibt für die Größe des Hotels zu wenig Tische beim Frühstück

Conveniently located, close to the Uber Arena, and just across the river from Kreuzberg. The service was excellent, and the room was large, with a nice view over the river and mostly comfortable. The mattress was hard enough to give me shoulder pain (I'm a side sleeper), but might be more comfortable for larger people (I'm pint sized). The AC held up, even under a heatwave, and the shower pressure was good (although it fluctuated wildly, even in the tap).

Great hotel if you are going to a concert at Uber. Lots of drunken people and homeless people around. I contacted the hotel three times to ask and get acknowledgment of the room of choice as we wanted two single beda instead of queen size. They confirmed all three times. In the end got queen size for one room. Asked for single sheets, got two double sheets. Light switches in room not working, shower not working.

It´s a oneofakind-hotel, in a chain of hotels. Unic design and colour-choices. We had a very spacious room, and a great bathroom with a tub. Comfortable bed, the breakfast looked great (no, we didn´t try it, €19). Location, by the river, public transportation within 10 min walk, nice little restaurants also. Allinall, a great place to stay, with great staff.

Amazing room - stayed in 1005 and can not recommend enough! The view, the room, the bed - everything- would stay again in a heartbeat

Tolle ruhige Lage direkt am Wasser. Große Zimmer mit schönem großem Badezimmer mit viel Ablagefläche. Super bequeme Betten und Kopfkissen bei Bedarf kann alles über die App nachgeordert werden z.b. Mehr Kaffeekapseln oder Handtücher

Helt ok hotell. Mye rosa plast. Veggen mellom bad og rom er av glass. Ikke et hotell jeg vil anbefale for nyforelskede. Praktisk beliggenhet.

Insgesamt tolles Hotel, aber das Personal ist sehr unterschiedlich. Bei der Ankunft gab es bei der Anfahrt mit dem Auto nur die Info, falls die Tiefgarage voll ist, müssen sie irgendwie versuchen, in der Umgebung einen Parkplatz zu finden.....(Null Service.....)! Der Hauptkellner an der Bar behandelt Anzugsträger und wichtig erscheinende Gäste anders und lässt einem einfach stehen. Noch dazu geht er sehr schlecht mit seiner neuen lernwilligen Kollegin um....., Jörg

Ich hatte keine Handtücher auf dem Zimmer und musste runter zur Rezeption laufen, um mir welche zu holen. Kann ja mal passieren, aber zumindest ein kleines "Entschuldigung" hätte ich dann schon erwartet.

Die Kellnerin am Abend war arrogant, sorry. Sonst war alles wie immer okay.

Einwandfrei, einzig die Wartezeiten an der Rezeption waren zu lang und die Zimmerkarten haben mehrfach nicht mehr funktioniert.

Eigentlich alles TOP mit dem NHOW - stylish, super Lage... Aber : Das mit dem Einchecken kriegen sie nicht auf die Rille!! Auch wenn man stundenlang alles ausfüllt im Online Check In bekommt man zwar eine Bestätigung aber muss sich trotzdem 20 Min anstellen - unmöglich!!! Einfach einen Barcode (Karte aus dem Automaten) oder zumindest extra Schalter für Eingecheckte...

Started badly, overnight before arrival, hotel took incorrect deposit from my account, leaving me short of money and causing embarrassment paying a bill at my prior stop. Invited to check in online, did so and promised priority desk treatment on arrival - no priority desk, so join the queue! Otherwise, service and food good, room a good size and comfortable. Towels and bedding worn - past their best. Not a fan of online concierge, prevents the chance for immediate service, while you wait for a response. I didn’t get one, so cancelled the request. Overall, I would return if in Berlin, but would hope for a better experience.

The hotel is wonderfully located but in a quiet area. The problem for me was the service from the moment I walked in I felt unwelcomed. Noone walked me through things and my room had many issues including an A/c that didn't work, lights that wouldn't turn off and then I lost all power in the room. And it was hard to get any service for this. Just a bad experience.

Nice hotel but far from amenities like local shopping and restaurants.

The nhow Berlin was everything we hoped for and a lot more. The hotel staff were warm friendly and very welcoming, the buffet breakfast had an excellent selection of food, and the room was comfortable with amazing view of surrounding area. The hotel was located in a great area, 10-15 minute walk to local U station for train into town, stop for the hop on hop off tour buses, the East side mall and Mercedes arena as well as a large section of the remaining Berlin wall. Can't fault the hotel, location or Berlin.

Tolles Hotel. In Laufnähe zur Uber Arena bzw. Uber Eats Music Hall. Gut mit ÖPNV erreichbar. Zimmer mit Flussblick sehr toll, sehr ruhig. Stylisches Einrichtungskonzept. Frühstück sehr empfehlenswert. Einziges Manko: das Zimmer wurde nicht so richtig warm. Gerade im Bad hätte ich es mir angenehmer gewünscht. Aber unterm Strich top.

This is a great location near Uber Arena. Hotel is very colorfull and riverfront. Restaurants nearby safe to walk.

We had a great stay, little touches and quirks were really cute. Well situated for lots of cool bars and places to eat in Fredricshain and Kreuzberg. Really close to east gallery. Lovely spot on the river too. Would definitely book here again in a heartbeat!

Super Location, direkt am Wasser, schönes Hotel

Es war ein sehr schöner Kurzaufenthalt in Berlin in diesem schönen Hotel. Sehr stylisch eingerichtet und überall freundliches Personal. Das Frühstück war hervorragend gut und vielseitig. Ich komme gerne wieder.

This hotel has a special color palette for their rooms. Everything is bright pink and it is a bit of a shock when you first enter the lobby and room. But they have done it really well, and makes a special atmosphere. I had a room with a view of the busy road at the front of the hotel, but never heard any road noise. Good size rooms and bathrooms. Great breakfast buffet with lots of options for everyone, but missing the most important thing on a hotel breakfast buffet - bacon. But if that is the only thing I can have a minor complaint over, there isn't really anything negative with the hotel and my stay.

Nhow levede som altid op til forventningerne. Bor altid på det hotel når jeg er i Berlin. Deres indretning er fantastisk og meget god service. Ligeledes er er deres morgenmad helt fantastisk. Kan klart anbefale stedet.

The idea of the concept is nice, but there are no actual music business people there, just rude tourists. I was sitting at the breakfast just enjoying my time, when some German guy came to tell me I should move so he can have the table for his crew. Waiter luckily defended me. The breakfast was nice on the first day, but got less and less nice each day, less items, no eggs when I arrived 11:30, seemed they had just put leftovers from dinners for the first breakfasts. The reception lady did not give me a late check out, but when I had to check out, someone else in front of me got a late check out. Maybe they don't like techno styled women that travel alone, but I have a LOT of business things in Berlin and surely for this hotel I will not return. Also In the first days cleaner gave me a fresh new bottle of water and more coffee pods, but then not at the end. For this kind of pricing, you would expect better service. 10 posts for the view tho.

Sehr stylisch. Das Farbkonzept wurde konsequent bis zum letzten Detail durchgezogen. Sehr freundliches Personal und ein hervorragendes Frühstücksbüffet ließen keine Wünsche offen.

Une valeur sure a chaque fois que je viens à Berlin. Des tarifs très fluctuants et parfois très chers (qui sont que je n y viens pas toujours) mais autrement l hôtel est top : design original, chambre confortable et spacieuse, espace lounge avec bar et souvent musique live proposée Très bon petit déjeuner buffet avec énormément de choix. Très cher en revanche donc à considérer au moment de la réservation
