Fantastic, authentic property. Pat made us feel welcome from the first minute. Cookies and wine, fantastic gourmet breakfast and lovely pool. Spacious room in a gorgeous period property. Comfortable walking distance to local sites. Really couldn’t ask for more. We’ll certainly remember this stay for a long time!

The staff is friendly and accommodating; the breakfasts are 3 - course gourmet offerings. The garden has a coy pond and salt water pool. There are only two bikes for guests to use, but most of the city is within walking distance. I would gladly return.

We had a wonderful time at the Kenwood Inn! Pat and the team here provide excellent service. Breakfast was delicious every morning and truly gourmet. We loved that they had a pool, it was wonderful with the warmer weather and a great place to relax. The outdoor seating area is beautiful and the perfect place to sit and relax. Thank you for a great long weekend!

Nicely decorated room with good space and comfortable mattress.Quite air conditioner and fan.3 course breakfast on the cute covered patio .Swimming pool and available bicycles.5 o clock happy hour with 3 kinds of wine and cookies.Walking distance to everything.

Love Kenwood Inn. Pat & the staff were all friendly & amazing! Room was comfortable & spacious. So many special touches. Examples: 3 course breakfast with mimosas, wine happy hour, crystal glasses & serving pieces throughout, Lenox dishes. Outstanding location...was able to walk everywhere. Very comfortable, cozy & great crowd of guests. Can't wait to go back!

Website was misleading. The room was smaller than described. It was renovated at some time but the door was an old wooden one with an old doorknob and no safety latch. Most rooms are up an incredibly long, steep staircase and hard to navigate. Off property parking over 2 blocks away. Not conducive for seniors.

It is a very nice place to stay. The breakfast was awesome and the evening they had wines and cookies. Very clean and the hosts were very friendly and helpful. Very relaxing and awesome place to stay.

This was a lovely b&b and the staff friendly. The breakfast was amazing!! Unfortunately, it fell short in the cleanliness department. I know it’s difficult to keep a historic building up to today’s standards. But, it was dirty and dingy. :( The TV’s didn’t work, cable was missing and random cords unplugged that we couldn’t figure out. Although, it was in a good and quiet location. The bathroom was updated.

We loved our stay at Kenwood Inn! We stayed in Caitlin’s Suite, which has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It was perfect for our family of 4. The hosts and staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The 3-course breakfasts are different every day, so tasty, and just enough. The location is very close to everything we wanted to see in the historic area. I can’t recommend this B&B enough.

We enjoyed the Kenwood Inn very much. The old english room we stayed had a nice patio area which we used frequently..breakfast was a new experience of flavors, created by their chef..The only thing i can recommend is better pillows and mattress for this room. Otherwise we loved it and will return.

This property is so beautiful and close to the city. We could walk everywhere we wanted. The staff was so welcoming and accommodating for me and my 8 year old. I really appreciated their help especially at breakfast finding options for my picky eater to enjoy! Our balcony was awesome and we really enjoyed the pool!

From the friendly greeting at checkin and throughout our entire stay, Pat treated us like returning friends and we received a hello and smile from all the staff. Charming, comfortable room. Recommendations for getting around the town and for restaurants. Location was perfect. We parked the car and we’re able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The breakfast was the best I have ever had at a bed and breakfast. We will make a return trip to this BNB.

Place was a little south from Main Street where all shops are but still within walking distance. Beautiful building in great condition. Large parking 2 blocks away. Highly recommend you go for it if you have not been to experience this place for yourself. Fantastic breakfast that blew away other bed n breakfast, great atmosphere.

The Kenwood Inn lived up to every expectation I had as an 1800's style property. The balcony off the suite was my very favorite aspect. We could sit and listen to the horse drawn carriage tours talk of the Inn and its supposed ghost. The morning sunrise was glorious over the bay. Our hosts were as helpful as they could be. But, the 3 course breakfasts were beyond belief. Applause to Exec. Chef Adam. Will stay again of that there is no doubt.

The staff extremely helpful and friendly. The location was close to all area attractions. The food served was above and beyond. The only little complaint as we have received these items at other bed and breakfasts was when they serve the wine they gave some cheese, crackers, cold meats and fruit. Something to drink with. The cookies served were nice but not with the wine that is good for a good night snack. Thanks again!
