Loved the stay at Fierro. It was conveniently located on Palermo side. Walkable to all popular areas in Palermo. Lot of bars, cafe and restaurants around. Affordable price and felt very safe. Front desk was very friendly and professional. Breakfast and restaurant inside Fierro was excellent. They even introduced us to the Mate tea ceremony, which made it very memorable for us. Hotel pool was small, so we didn't try it. No gym, but they gave us free pass to the gym close by. Also helped us with travel guidance and currency exchange. Overall an excellent travel experience. Would recommend everyone to experience Buenos Aires with Fierro.

Beautiful boutique hotel in quiet Palermo district in Buenos Aires. The rooms are quite large, clean and well equipped. The bed was so comfy and the room was very quiet for a good nights sleep. We enjoyed the garden terrace and the roof top pool to relax after a busy day of touring. The staff were very helpful in providing advise and any request was met with a smile. A must stay when visiting Buenos Aires.

Fantastic hotel! We had a huge terrace with a hot tub. Staff was wonderful. Provided a welcome bottle of wine and lots to offer in the honor bar. We arrived early and they stored our bags. offered snacks and allows us to float in the pool. Highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely stay here again if we return to BA.

We absolutely loved our stay here. We booked last minute for a one night stay and definitely wished we had more time here. The room had every detail to make it comfortable and luxurious and the rooftop pool area was amazing. We didn’t have a chance to experience the restaurant, however appreciated the option to share dietary restrictions and allergies with the chef in advance and their willingness to provide appropriate options. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the surrounding neighborhood is walkable and charming.

The hotel itself was very cute, and the room was spacious. The breakfasts were amazing, and I especially loved their outside courtyard area. We were offered a complimentary wine tasting, and the sommelier was amazing. He sat with us for almost 1.5 hours and gave us 3 delicious Malbecs to try. Staff were also great and organised us taxis when we needed them. Rooftop pool was great too. It's in a great location, walkable to lovely neighborhoods with many drink and food options. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely leafy area in Palermo Hollywood, very safe, walkable. Staff spoke English well and were VERY responsive and helpful. Hotel breakfast was awesome as was happy hour. Large comfortable room with well-stocked wine cooler and mini bars. Some renos were going on which caused some odors, but those were temporary. Would definitely stay here again!

This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at during both domestic and foreign travels. I stayed for thirteen days, and enjoyed the entire stay. The room was large, comfortable, and well appointed. The cleanliness was excellent. I loved the long breakfast hours. They allowed me to get a relaxed start to my day. The front desk staff was super, particularly Coral, who happened to be the one I most often asked for help. They always seemed to go the extra mile to serve their guests. For example, when the room wasn't available for cleaning because of my activities, they would put a card under the door saying that I could request a cleaning at the front desk up to 6 p.m. One tiny thing I didn't like is that the flip-flops provided when I asked for sandals were uncomfortable. The restaurant dinner was overpriced compared to other nearby restaurants like La Cañita, particularly wine prices. However, the restaurant probably needs to charge more because it is small. The restaurant manager's wine knowledge was terrific, and I enjoyed chatting with him. The only drawback for me was the distance to many of the major attractions that interested me. Most were 25 to 40 minutes away by Uber. My bottom line is that I'd stay here again and recommend it to my friends. Thank you very much, Fierro Hotel, for making my stay in Buenos Aires very comfortable.

We enjoyed several meals at the on-site restaurant and quickly became acquainted with the warmly attentive and helpful restaurant staff. After we checked out following our first two nights, the hotel was able to store our luggage for a couple of nights until we returned from a 2 night out of town excursion. Not only that, because our pick up was so early in the morning, they arranged for us to have breakfast delivered to our room at 4:30 AM. Upon our return, hotel reception was prepared for us and quickly found us an available room. We highly recommend Hotel Fierro for your stay in Buenos Aires.

Staff muito simpático e atenciosos. Tamanho do quarto, limpeza, produtos de higiene no banheiro, tudo de excelente qualidade . Uma cafeteira nespresso no quarto e uma pequena adega. Agua potável de cortesia colocada diariamente junto com um chocolate de mimo depois da limpeza do quarto. Café da manhã a la carte , serviço rápido e tudo muito fresco e gostoso. É realmente um hotel boutique . Voltarei !!!!

Our one week stay at Fierro was wonderful. The room service was excellent, including a night service with little chocolates. The rooms and beds were comfortable, with black out curtains and quiet for night sleeping. The restaurant, as mentioned in many reviews, offers great service, nice ambience and excellent food- the included breakfast which is a brunch really is available until 3pm- a perk many guests appreciate especially in the summer when days are long with late nights out. Location is ideal for walking around with many restaurants in the neighborhood; we used a very good lavandería 3 blocks away for laundry with a 2 days turnaround. The staff was very pleasant and efficient, always helpful with recommendations. I communicated with them via WhatsApp before arrival about a possible early check in, we were able to get the room in the morning of our very early flight.

Room was amazing super clean modern decor. Bed was the most comfortable bed we had stayed in the whole trip.. the staff were fantastic and very helpful. They pointed us into better restaurants than the ones we had booked and the breakfast staff were so happy and pleasant and made our experience even better. The breakfast itself was delicious as other reviewers have noted. I think this is a great value and highly recommend this hotel. The only con would be that it was a little bit noisy in the morning because we were facing the street, but it wasn’t a big deal.

Os quartos tem bom tamanho e são bem equipados. Contudo, como os nossos eram voltados para avenida é impossível dormir pelo barulho. Já que as janelas não possuem acústica adequada. Uma janela com vidro duplo ja resolveria. A acustica entre os quartos tambem é ruim, se escuta tudo entre eles e do corredor. O staff de.modo geral é bom, destaque para atendimento do restaurante. Café da manhã, apesar de bons produtos, deveria ser servido de forma diferente, já que limita a escolha dos clientes. Os pratos sao padronizados e limitados a um por pessoa. As porções são reduzidas. Os pães sao básicos. Em geral, o cafe da manhã não agrada.

A estadia no geral foi ótima. Logo no check-in, o staff foi super atencioso, com uma otima recepção. Conduta essa que nao mudou em momento nenhum durante a nossa estadia. Foram super prestativos e nos ajudaram demais em todas as nossas demandas. Desde serviço de quarto até indicações. O quarto era ótimo, grande, com uma sacada maravilhosa e amenidades boas e com água e capsulas de nespresso de cortesia que eram repostos diariamente. O banheiro era amplo e limpo, com um banho maravilhoso, quente e com ótima quantidade de água. O unico problema foi a cama, que nos deu dor nas costas a mim e à minha esposa, com buracos e calombos. Tivemos problemas com os travesseiros, mas que foram trocados após a 1a noite.
A estadia no geral foi ótima. Logo no check-in, o staff foi super atencioso, com uma otima recepção. Conduta essa que nao mudou em momento nenhum durante a nossa estadia. Foram super prestativos e nos ajudaram demais em todas as nossas demandas. Desde serviço de quarto até indicações. O quarto era ótimo, grande, com uma sacada maravilhosa e amenidades boas e com água e capsulas de nespresso de cortesia que eram repostos diariamente. O banheiro era amplo e limpo, com um banho maravilhoso, quente e com ótima quantidade de água. O unico problema foi a cama, que nos deu dor nas costas a mim e à minha esposa, com buracos e calombos. Tivemos problemas com os travesseiros, mas que foram trocados após a 1a noite.

Beautiful boutique hotel in quiet Palermo district in Buenos Aires. The rooms are quite large, clean and well equipped. The bed was so comfy and the room was very quiet for a good nights sleep. We enjoyed the garden terrace and the roof top pool to relax after a busy day of touring. The staff were very helpful in providing advise and any request was met with a smile. A must stay when visiting Buenos Aires.

Room was amazing super clean modern decor. Bed was the most comfortable bed we had stayed in the whole trip.. the staff were fantastic and very helpful. They pointed us into better restaurants than the ones we had booked and the breakfast staff were so happy and pleasant and made our experience even better. The breakfast itself was delicious as other reviewers have noted. I think this is a great value and highly recommend this hotel. The only con would be that it was a little bit noisy in the morning because we were facing the street, but it wasn’t a big deal.

Amazing staff. Front desk helped with everything from recommendations on restaurants, transportation options, and how to get to the sites we wanted to see. The restaurant was a real treat. Excellent food and the wine was amazing. Our dinner host was extremely knowledgeable about wine. Breakfast attendants were friendly and efficient, always smiling and good-natured about our so-so Spanish abilities. Location of the hotel is excellent-short walk to the subway. We were also loaned a subway card by the hotel which we used daily. We were sad to leave and will definitely stay here again when we visit Buenos Aires.

A very special kudos to Hotel Front Desk Staffer Dyor, who was so instrumental in getting us to our much-anticipated Dinner-Tango Show, which we almost missed because of a scheduled transportation issue. Dyor made several calls that resulted in the identification of the transportation issue and then got the issue resolved so that we could make it to the venue; he even followed up to ascertain that we got there safely! Dyor’s behavior/actions exemplified Customer Service at the highest level! He is definitely an asset to Fierro Hotel!

Excellent excellent hotel. They went out of their way to make us as comfortable as possible. The concierge offered to bring breakfast to our room at 4:30 in the morning since we had an early flight and would miss the free breakfast. Highly recommend.

Hotel, restaurant staff and the management were very friendly and helpful. We were there for three nights. After two weeks of travel in Argentina we came back for one more night before flying home. Our room was immaculately clean, well-appointed and spacious. I booked through Expedia (for the same night stay) mistakenly not seeing how the check-in is at 3 PM. I booked the hotel room at 1 AM. I arrived to the hotel 30 minutes later when they informed me how I can check in at 3 PM. The front office manager was very kind and he said how there are no vacancies for that night, but how he will cancel my reservation in their system, and how I should call Expedia and inform them about what happened. The front office manager also mentioned how I will get a full refund. After contacting Expedia, their agent said how they will reimburse me as long as my story is confirmed by the hotel. Fast forward to three days later I get an email from Expedia letting me know how the hotel didn\'t want to reimburse me because of the 3 PM check-in policy. I messaged the hotel over WhatsApp and they confirmed how they are not willing to reimburse me for that same reason. Now I completely understand if the hotel did not want to reimburse $150 because of their "strict" check-in policy. What upsets me is the fact that they offered to reimburse me while I was there in person just to change their mind when I left and when they were contacted by Expedia. This is shady business and I am really displeased with their service. Not cool.

We loved Fierro hotel. The bed and room were very comfy, and the service was wonderful. The location (Palermo Hollywood) was a little out of the way of the main tourist attractions, but was much nicer than the touristy areas and was still very walkable to plenty of bars and restaurants. Easy to get an Uber to tourist areas.

The location of this hotel in Palermo Hollywood was very convenient for walking. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was quite good. Restaurant staff are very customer-service focused and it was nice having a bar, restaurant and lovely patio available for guests. A couple of strange things regarding coffee - there is no decaffeinated coffee available in the restaurant and for a three night stay, you only get 2 “free” regular pods for the coffee machine on the room and have to pay Ar$4000 for any decaffeinated pods or additional regular pods. Is decaffeinated coffee rare and extraordinarily expensive in Argentina?

This is probably one of the best hotel experiences I've had. I travel quite much and really never take the time to write reviews. But this hotel really deserves it. Service is unbelievable, rooms are spacious with a level of amenities you won't find even in 5-star resort. Beds are one of the most comfortable I've slept in. Breakfast is superb. Do eat lunch or dinner there to. UCO has a dry age cabinet and service great steaks. Side note: one of the best cappuccinos I've had, so probably drank 15 in 3 days.

This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at during both domestic and foreign travels. I stayed for thirteen days, and enjoyed the entire stay. The room was large, comfortable, and well appointed. The cleanliness was excellent. I loved the long breakfast hours. They allowed me to get a relaxed start to my day. The front desk staff was super, particularly Coral, who happened to be the one I most often asked for help. They always seemed to go the extra mile to serve their guests. For example, when the room wasn't available for cleaning because of my activities, they would put a card under the door saying that I could request a cleaning at the front desk up to 6 p.m. One tiny thing I didn't like is that the flip-flops provided when I asked for sandals were uncomfortable. The restaurant dinner was overpriced compared to other nearby restaurants like La Cañita, particularly wine prices. However, the restaurant probably needs to charge more because it is small. The restaurant manager's wine knowledge was terrific, and I enjoyed chatting with him. The only drawback for me was the distance to many of the major attractions that interested me. Most were 25 to 40 minutes away by Uber. My bottom line is that I'd stay here again and recommend it to my friends. Thank you very much, Fierro Hotel, for making my stay in Buenos Aires very comfortable.

I like everything about this hotel. Rooms are very spacious and the beds super comfortable and rain shower is fantastic. The breakfast and coffee at breakfast is superb and everything is home made. The home made croissants are the best I have had. To top it off, you can get breakfast until 3pm! The staff goes out of their way to be helpful! I felt so well taken care of by each of the staff members, every person we dealt with was super nice and helpful. The location of the hotel is great as well with lots of restaurants around. One of the best hotels I have stayed at. Hope to be back one day!

The home made croissants are the best I have had. To top it off, you can get breakfast until 3pm! The staff goes out of their way to be helpful! I felt so well taken care of by each of the staff members, every person we dealt with was super nice and helpful. The location of the hotel is great as well with lots of restaurants around. One of the best hotels I have stayed at. Hope to be back one day!

We had such an amazing honeymoon at Fierro! They provided us prompt and individualized service. We also received a free bottle of wine, cheese tasting, and tapas with cocktail coupon. The pool was quaint but perfect for us Chicago travelers to escape our winter weather in paradise. We had the terrace suite and also enjoyed the hot tub with lounge chairs on our terrace. The daily breakfast was wonderful and our server remembered us every day and knew our drinks without us having to order. Honestly we are so sad to have left because we easily could’ve lived at Fierro if possible!

The location of this hotel in Palermo Hollywood was very convenient for walking. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was quite good. Restaurant staff are very customer-service focused and it was nice having a bar, restaurant and lovely patio available for guests. A couple of strange things regarding coffee - there is no decaffeinated coffee available in the restaurant and for a three night stay, you only get 2 “free” regular pods for the coffee machine on the room and have to pay Ar$4000 for any decaffeinated pods or additional regular pods. Is decaffeinated coffee rare and extraordinarily expensive in Argentina?

An amazing, clean, cozy boutique hotel right in the heart of it all in Palermo. The staff was wonderful and the breakfast delicious every day! The little chocolates on the bed for turn down service were the icing on the cake! Highly recommend.

Very welcoming staff. Great breakfast and servers. Great bed, even though I don't like double duvets. I appreciated the usb-c-outtakes. The TV took Samsung DeX, so we could broadcast via phone. It had a good variety in the mini-bar, and bottles of free water every day. The location was close to some good restaurants, and within (european) walking distance from everything, even though La Boca took a while 😅 Thank you so much for the stay.

This hotel is comfortable and friendly. Conveniently, there are all meals available with a lovely restaurant and a beautiful garden patio to sit outside. It's also located so you can walk in all directions to tourist sites, shopping, and eateries. I didn't have the right electrical converter and asked the front desk if they had one. They tried but could not find one. They did suggest a nearby shop where I could buy one. The shop would be closed at that time, so I sat down for a glass of wine at the bar. Talking to the bartender, I said I needed a converter. Well, he had one at the bar he would lend to me. Wonderful! And then, the next day, housekeeping also dropped one off. The front desk did not let go of my want; each and every person I talked to worked on my issue. That was so nice!

Fantastic stay at Fierro Hotel in Palermo Soho. The rooftop terrace suite with private jacuzzi was a real highlight, and the facilities throughout are excellent. The staff truly stand out — especially Antonella and Victoria — who were warm and attentive throughout. Breakfast is one of the best we’ve had, served all the way until 3pm, which is perfect for Buenos Aires nightlife. Also worth finding the hidden New York subway–style bar just around the corner. Highly recommend.
