Hotel Opal'Inn is just across the street from the beach, which allows for a beautiful view directly from your room if you book one with a Sea View. The balcony in our room allowed us to enjoy a quiet drink looking out onto the beach. The rooms are compact but functional, affordable & clean. All the members of staff I dealt with were very friendly. Although we didn't need it, the breakfast option was also available for a great price.

Direct aan zee liggend. geen overrompeling op het strand. Parkeermogelijkheden waren wat moeilijker ( op een zondag aangekomen). Er zijn parallelstraten in de hoogte waar men makkelijk kan parkeren en via trappen richting het hotel geraakt. Vriendelijk personeel, nette kamer. Muffe geur in de gangen , vermoedelijk door overal tapijt(?), Airco ideaal in warme dagen. Valkbij verschillende mogelijkheden om te spelen ( kids) en uit te gaan eten. Op een klein 20 min van cap gris nez. Prachtig om te bezoeken!

When we arrived I had to wait at reception for a while as there wasn’t anyone in attendance. There seemed to be only one person who did everything. The toilet in our room was badly stained in the bottom and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for a long time. I complained to the person on the desk and showed her a photo I had taken. She said she would go and clean it whilst we were out. When we returned it had been cleaned but was still dirty at the back which was visible. The following morning I took a shower, I closed the sliding door fully. When I looked down, the water had completely overflowed and saturated the bathroom floor and seeped out onto the bedroom carpet, so much so we had to use all of the towels to soak it up. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told to send an email.

Hotel bien situé à deux pas de Nausicaa et face à la plage. Chambre au premier étage à l'arière de l'hotel lumineuse comme une grotte au fond d'un canyon: la falaise est à 2 m de la fenêtre qui donne sur le fond d'une mini cour et il y a des balcons en fer aux étages supérieurs. Peut être que coté mer c'est mieux mais il y a une route passante juste devant.

Requested room with a sea view, which it had from a roof window. But you could only see the view if you stood right in front of the window. Not worth the supplement. Plus the noise of the rain on the roof window woke you up during the night. The bathroom was compact but refurbished and was very good. Room was old fashioned and tired. Would not stay again.

J'ai été contrainte d'annuler ma réservation car ma fille a été hospitalisée en urgence. L'Hôtel n'a pas appliqué sa politique d'annulation et m'a débité mon entier séjour alors que uniquement 50% devait être retenus par l'hotel conformément à la politique d'annulation.

Hôtel qui est exactement identique aux photos et à la description du site. Petit déjeuner excellent avec de bons produits ce qui justifie le prix. La chambre avec vue sur mer est vraiment agréable avec un petit balcon très appréciable. Pour couronner le tout, le personnel est réellement accueillant, disponible et aux petits soins. Bravo

Requested room with a sea view, which it had from a roof window. But you could only see the view if you stood right in front of the window. Not worth the supplement. Plus the noise of the rain on the roof window woke you up during the night. The bathroom was compact but refurbished and was very good. Room was old fashioned and tired. Would not stay again.

When we arrived I had to wait at reception for a while as there wasn’t anyone in attendance. There seemed to be only one person who did everything. The toilet in our room was badly stained in the bottom and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for a long time. I complained to the person on the desk and showed her a photo I had taken. She said she would go and clean it whilst we were out. When we returned it had been cleaned but was still dirty at the back which was visible. The following morning I took a shower, I closed the sliding door fully. When I looked down, the water had completely overflowed and saturated the bathroom floor and seeped out onto the bedroom carpet, so much so we had to use all of the towels to soak it up. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told to send an email.
