Great location and really friendly helpful staff. The room had a Jacuzzi style bath which was really nice after a long day! Only negative was the broken bathroom floor under the laminate which seemed like it was long overdue a repair.

The staff were very kind, friendly, and helpful, which was definitely the highlight of my stay. Unfortunately, the hotel did not meet my expectations in several ways. The parking options are limited, and the hotel is difficult to find. I actually drove past it the first time because the sign is very small, and the building looks more like an apartment complex than a hotel. Upon arrival, the property feels more like an older apartment building than a hotel. The room was disappointing, with low ceilings, small windows, and a view of an inner courtyard. The shower was installed underneath a beam, making it difficult to stand comfortably. In addition, the showerhead was heavily covered in limescale, and the water pressure was almost nonexistent. The rooms are also poorly soundproofed, and it is easy to hear conversations from the neighboring rooms. One positive aspect was the portable air conditioner, which helped keep the room comfortable during the warm weather. Overall, I would probably not choose to stay here again. I also feel that the hotel's name gives a misleading impression compared to the actual experience.

Great location sandwiched between both the old and new parts of the town. Nice sized quiet rooms. Comfy bed! Good breakfast and staff very helpful.

Great little find within the old part of the city, walk easily shops and plazas for restaurants etc. Quirky old unique boutique hotel, young lady at checkin spoke English. Managed to find Free parking outside the door. Castle and parks all within walking. Breakfast could be little more choice and especially some fruit offerings. Lots of stairs but we were fine with that. Great value for the money
