Evancy La Marina Boulogne-sur-Mer

Lovely apartment, no wifi due to building works. Location was very convenient to the town and aquarium. Lovely fish market nearby and other farmer markets too.

The apartments are well equipped, clean and in a great location. Staff were friendly and eager to help - and the parking was effortless and secure! The hotels location allowed easy visits to all local amenities and gave a lovely spot to relax in, with great views from the balcony.

Prachtige locatie van ons appartement (404), met zicht op de jachthaven. De omgeving is nog in aanbouw, maar beloofd erg mooi te worden. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Mooi appartement met leuk terras. Wel héél erg spijtig dat er bij dergelijke nieuwbouw geen airco voorzien is?! We kwamen tijdens een hittegolf op bezoek en hadden gelukkig niet te veel zon en frisse wind langs onze zijde van het gebouw. Centrale locatie is ideaal

Helpful staff, clean, modern room, lovely view of the marina, great location - short walk to old town and short drive to aquarium. Love the family rooms with kitchenette. Have been there twice and would recommend.

Ideale uitvalsbasis voor een weekje Boulogne sur mer. Handig dat je de wagen in de ondergrondse garage kan plaatsen. Spijtig genoeg rekenen ze hier wel een meerprijs voor aan per nacht.

Clean and comfortable with all kitchen amenities. Over large round table and six chairs. A ceiling light hangs at head height in the middle the lounge. We tied it up. Nice balcony and view. Unable to open bedroom windows, so when it is warm the rooms are very hot. Would advise taking fan, as no aircon in apartment. Very limited clothes storage & hanging wardrobe is either side of the bedhead!!!!! Accommodation comfortable for 2 people.

The accommodation was in an excellent location for visiting the town, old town and countryside/seaside areas around Boulogne. It was brand new and the kitchen was very well equipped so ideal for preparing meals in spite of not having an oven. We had an apartment overlooking the marina and town with a balcony which, had the weather been better, would have made the stay even more enjoyable!

Struttura apparentemente nuova , ma di bassa qualità , camere senza finestre apribili e senza aria condizionata !!!

Mooi appartement en in goede staat. Goede ligging. Is wel rondom een bouwwerf. Dit laten ze niet op de foto's zien. Enkel aan 1 kant mooi uitzicht, 3 andere kanten kijken uit op bouwwerven. Ondergrondse parking mocht niet gebruikt worden.

Brilliant use of space, clean and current. Had everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Séjour de deux jours. Le sol était collant à notre arrivé. Nous l’avons signalé. Mais cela n’a pas été pris en compte car il l’était toujours le deuxième jours. C’est très décevant. Le nettoyage semble être réalisé rapidement et sans contrôle.

Appartement très bien équipé, moderne et propre. Jolie vue sur le port. Bien insonorisé. Literie très confortable. On regrettera l'absence de climatisation

Property was in a good location, within walking distance to a few attractions and amenities. Actual apartment was very run down, dirty, not anything like the photos.

Problème avec le chauffage, il fait trop chaud. Pas de porte savon pour le savon donc pas hygiénique. Il y avait des cheveux qui ne nous appartenaient pas sur la couverture. Des traces noires sur les murs. La serrure des WC manquante et la porte qui grince comme dans les films d’horreur. Le cadre est magnifique malgré les travaux en face de la chambre. Malgré tout ça, c’est un très beau bâtiment et je pense que nous reviendrons.

Cet établissement est très beau et super bien situé à Boulogne-sur-Mer. Tous les lieux d'intérêt principaux sont accessibles à pied, et il y a des restaurants et même le Méga Cinéma juste en face. Notre studio était propre, confortable, chaud, lumineux, magnifique !! Nous avons eu la chance d'être au 8e et dernier étage, avec une vue splendide. Le parking est sécurisé et possède un accès direct à l'immeuble. Je recommande vivement cet Evancy !

We were very pleased with our stay. Cleanliness was exceptional and the communication with the staff was outstanding.

De belangrijkste troef is de ligging, gemakkelijk te voet naar centrum, naussicaa. Makkelijk met de auto naar de caps. Ontbijt niet genomen, dus geen oordeel. Personeel was vriendelijk. Modern ingericht appartement, maar zit er al wat slijtage op. Netheid kon ook beter.

Poussière sur le sol de la salle de bain, sur les meubles et lampes. Les rideaux et les murs sont tachés. La douche a plusieurs cernes orangés. Les oreillers et le lit ont seulement une simple taie ouverte et un drap plat, on touche donc directement la mousse dans l'oreiller.Il n'y a pas de filtres pour la cafetière.

Op zich een mooie locatie met mooi uitzicht en groot balkon. Keuken prima. Bed te smal (140 cm) en voor ons te kort (190 cm). Met raam open slapen is geen succes i.v.m. geluidsoverlast van de omgeving. Slaapkamer warm…zelfs zonder dekbed. Badkamer was middelmatig. Onhandige indeling wastafel en douchedeuren. Slechte ventilatie van badkamer. Minpunt van het appartement is tevens dat je geen van de ramen of balkondeuren vast kunt zetten of op kiepstand kan zetten. Personeel van Evancy was vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

This property does not offer the usual daily hotel cleaning services - the bed is not made daily, room trash is not removed daily, towels are not replaced daily, soaps/ shampoos are not replenished daily. However it is well situated with easy access to the city. Towels: For a room with 2 guests we were provided 2 large towels, 1 hand towel, and a bath mat. We were told fresh towels cost extra. Toiletries: one very small container of soap, and one small container of shampoo were provided. Additional soap/ shampoo can be purchased. Wifi: the TV was unable to connect to the hotel wifi. Our personal electronics had no issue connecting the wifi. View: most rooms seem to have a balcony. Ask for a room with a view over the marina, you'll have a great view of the sunrise. Deposit: there is a deposit to be paid upon check-in. It was refunded back within 12 hours of checkout. Bed: the bed in our 2-person room was the bed from a pullout couch. Location: it is well situated and you can easily walk to the various restaurants/ shops/ cafes/ old town etc. Breakfast/ lunch/ dinner: available for purchase but the menu is not worth the cost. It is cheaper to eat in the city. ATM: there is an ATM within walking distance of the hotel that does not charge a fee for withdrawals with a foreign card. Reception/ staff: the staff are polite, helpful, and speak english. Overall if you can manage your expectations it is a reasonable stay for the price.

Good property the room was listed as a studio, this means a bed-sit with a sofa bed. I hasten to add that this was made and ready to sleep in. The man on reception was very helpful when we arrived and explained everything that was required.

Studio confort au huitième étage avec vue sur la marina et la vieille ville de Boulogne sur les hauteurs vraiment sympa. On se sent bien dans l’appartement. En revanche pour une construction récente je trouve ça pas parfaitement insonorisé. La partie couchage se trouve dans le couloir. Remarque pour les familles avec enfants : Le lit superposé se trouve côté porte d’entrée, je trouve ça peu Sécur pour des enfants. Pas de fenêtre au chambre puisque dans le couloir donc j’éviterai ce type de logement en plein été avec les grosses chaleurs (pas de Clim). Pour le reste rien à redire cosy c’était propre, il y a tout ce qu’il faut, sauf peut-être un torchon qui serait la bienvenue. La literie est confortable.

Perfect location for parents with kids. Easy walking to city center. Plenty of parking near universitiy. Clean. Decent room size. Quiet Toilet is small and no air circulation. We stayed in August and we brought our own fan as it was hot in August. I would definitely come back if i have to visit again

Great location, with underground parking available, quite new building, friendly staff. Nice big apartments, great for families. BUT the mattress quality is poor - which makes for an uncomfortable sleep.

The booking confirmation said there wasnt a front desk and access codes would be emailed. There was a desk and no codes received. The apartment was great. We were very pleased with it and our whole stay was good. Would definitely book again.

The entrance is not very obvious and when we tried to check in reception was closed. The main door was locked and you needed a code to get in through it which we were not provided. Luckily we had friends staying as well who opened the main door so we were able to get to the reception but when calling the number to request for staff to come down noone picked up. We contacted expedia who found the same. Eventually someone turned up to check us in and after then it was fine but check in was a mess. The hotel should provide everyone with the code to enter the building the week before check in incase noone is at revption so at least you can get into the building and are not stuck outside in the cold! Room was small but the hotel id a convenient location.

4 night stay in late February. We booked a 2 bed apartment( 1 double and small room with bunk beds). Had corner balcony overlooking the Liane river towards town. Heating worked a treat intact had to open windows to cool down. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful, resolved an issue with broken hair dryer swiftly. Booked parking for our stay in the underground car park belonging to Evancy. Checkout is usually 10.00 but we paid the extra to extend until 14.00. deposit taken on arrival was back in my account by the evening of our return home. Apartment is a15 min stroll into main shopping/ restaurant area. A longer steep uphill trek to the walled town ( approximately steady 30 mins.

L’un des meilleurs hôtel 3 étoiles de tout ceux que j’ai pu découvrir lors de mes déplacements professionnels. Le personnel est dévoué, à l’écoute et fait tout pour rendre votre séjour fantastique. L’hôtel est très bien situé, à quelques minutes à pied du centre-ville. Je recommande sans hésitation l’Evancy. C’est certain, j’y reséjournerai lors de ma prochaine venue à Boulogne-sur-Mer.

Checked out in a hurry without a shower and without breakfast for my kids, as there was flooding in the building and had to carry our luggage and walk down the stairs for 6 floors! Staff didn’t even offer take away breakfast as it was available!!

Heel aangenaam verblijf (met gratis parking) en op wandelafstand van het aquarium en de hoger gelegen stad. Perfect om op verkenning te gaan. In de buurt een heerlijke en grote Boulangerie Sophie waar men ook ter plaatse kan eten (ontbijt, broodjes, pizza, ...). Wij hadden de eenvoudige studio met zetelbed (kraakt een beetje maar toch goed geslapen). Wat beter kan gecommuniceerd worden is het keukenmateriaal. Als je koffie of thee wilt moet men zelf alles meebrengen, dus koffie en filters, theezakjes, enz. Prijs-kwaliteit zeer goed.

Helpful details sent before the trip. Plenty of free parking opposite. Great position for beach, old town and restaurants. Really pleasant check-in staff. Property very clean.

Nette locatie, licht en schoon appartement, kleiner als verwacht met name de slaapkamer met stapelbed. Alles is op loopafstand te bereiken.

The property is nice and very clean, the staff are friendly and very helpful. The location is great overlooking the marina and within a walking distance to the beach, the towns shops and the supermarket. We parked for free nearby opposite a nice bakery only 2 minutes walk to the hotel, we could see our car from the balcony. The bakery is a plus as it opens very early in the morning and sells bread, pastries, sandwiches and pizza so great for buying meals.

In de omgeving wordt nog veel gebouwd. Geen ideale ligging. Wel mooi aan het water en kort bij een bakker.

Fantastic place to stay. Our room wasn’t ready at check in time but they got us a coffee each. We got into our room. Lovely view and everything was fab. Little kitchen to make your own food. Kettle, fridge and dishwasher. Just needed to go shopping to get the essentials. Short walk to everything.

Eine tolle Unterkunft: Freundliches Personal, eine schöne Stadt, nette Ausflugsziele. Gute Restaurants in Laufweite. Hotel direkt am Yachthafen.

Appart hôtel, tout neuf. Accueil agréable. Juste dommage de devoir descendre pour venir chercher le sachet du petit déjeuner, les 2 dames assises dans le canapé face à l’accueil, pourraient les monter en chambre.

Cuisine très bien équipée et balcon très agréable.
