This location was convenient for a conference however there seems to be a massive leak problem at the hotel and the whole place was musty and moldy once you got out of the lobby. They had dehumidifiers and fans in some of the hallways when we first arrived. The signage was also confusing and the fitness center was difficult to find. The price was reasonable, and the room was clean.

We really liked that our room had additional space as if it were asuite. It came with two beds and a sofa bed. We also really liked that the hotel was off of a little stream and had outdoor seating where my wife and I played cards. Unfortunately, we picked the place for the pool and breakfast, but the pool was out of service, for what seems like, a long time, and the breakfast was an additional charge of $12 plus tax. False advertisement. Other than that, the property was clean and had a nice place to read books. There was an option to shoot pool, but we didn't make it for that. We did try the gym, which was clean, but hard to find.

First the hotel told us that the pool was working. Then when we checked in there was NO POOL. We paid extra for a breakfast. It was not on par with any breakfast anywhere. Please see pictures. Also, the person in charge of the breakfast looked like he was in a bad mood. His face literally said he didnt want to be there, like we were intruding on what could have been a pleasant day for him. The only good thing was the friendly bartender.

The AC was a bit noisy but effective. The room had noticeable wear and tear but was comfortable. Hotel sits on a divided highway; going North was easy, going South less so. No pool. I visited during a rainy cold weekend and did not use the patio. Fire alarm went off 3:39am on first night. Bar was reasonably well stocked but pricey.

The room smelled like mold, the TV didn’t have all of the channels advertised (no kids channels) and also didn’t work for streaming. We were traveling with two small children, so the TV not working was very inconvenient. Dining and bar was closed the whole time we were there (Friday to Saturday). Definitely not worth what we were charged for the room.

The hotel was at a convenient location for what i needed. You had to request maid servie which they did not tell me when i checked in. I noticed some cracks in the tile in the bathroom. Staff was very nice. Fitness room was adequate.

The hotel was easy enough to get to and down the road from large shopping malls, but the area itself seemed secluded. The hotel was clean, but the staff wasn't too helpful and didn't give any information about the property including the times for breakfast or where the pool & gym were located. Also, the pool was in the basement and the only staircase going to it was very dark. My wife and I love going to pools when we travel (always a prerequisite for our hotel choice) but didn't use the pool this time since it wasn't appealing. Finally, they had a very small parking lot which might have had more spaces available if some of the locals didn't hang out there. Overall, it was a decent hotel for a one night stay, but I've stayed in better places.

The pool was out of order. It should be advertised that it is not in order. I picked the hotel for that specifically. We were in a wedding and the pool was supposed to be for my kids to relax after such a formal event

The Hotel had a mold issue my wife is asthmatic we had to change rooms twice second time we were switched to a Queen size bed when we had been reserved to a King size bed people screaming through Hallways late at night we had tough time sleeping me and my family will not be staying at that hotel again.

DISGUSTING. BED BUGS or fleas jumping all over the bed area, GROSS stains on EVERY wall. Basically- overpriced motel. Outside- only taped off abandoned construction. No patio. No cleaning staff anywhere in sight, anytime throughout the day, probably because no one really cleans the rooms or property there. Water dripping from ceilings in the rain. Moldy. You’d think this place should be shut down by now. Worst place to stay at- definitely don’t bring children here- not safe. No breakfast on holidays. HORRIBLE PLACE. There are many way better options.

When we got there, I was impressed by the lobby and bar area. It was clean, updated and appealing. Upon entering the room, right away I was unhappy. There were brown stains all over the walls and the carpet was ripping in spots. The ceiling in the bathroom were peeling. The toilet kept running when no one was using it, and toilet paper would sporadically come back up. When I went to the front desk, she sent a "maintenance" man who showed up with no tools. He flushed the toilet and said, it's fine. When I explained to him that it kept running and paper was coming back up, he said, "hold down the flusher." We were near a staircase, and every time someone used the stairs, the door slammed extremely loudly. When people were going up and down late at night and early in the morning, we couldn't sleep. The beds were comfortable and clean but this hotel needs to invest in the rooms overall.

Worst hotel experience ever. Very strong mildew smell triggered my allergies severely, and I needed a new room. Found random hair in my room, bathmats and towels were damp, shower had no hot water, loud people in halls until 3am kept me awake. I would not recommend anyone stay here, in fact, the health department should be notified regarding the mold/mildew odor in the basement, which is a floor with hotel rooms on it.

Unfortunately my stay was not as i expected. The room was very dirty. There was food on the kitchen floor and all over the couch and chairs. The bed had hair under the sheets etc. I went to customer service and showed them pictures. They said they would swnd housekeeping and were very apologetic. House keeping came an made the bed and left everything else dirty as it was. I still have pictures

This hotel is 2 star. I am disabled and they tried to put me in a damp musty room in the basement. It was obvious that there had been a flood. When I went back upstairs the desk man wouldn’t even come out his office. I HG offered me points for a free night. I asked for a call from a supervisor. No call back.

Lobby smelled like cat urine. Was charged more for one night of stay than the other and not informed. Placed in the basement floor because we wanted side by side rooms, no other rooms available. I paid more for these rooms than I have in NY City so expected better. The rooms were OK although there was mildew present in Room 129, as part of the group we were with. There was no outlet in the bathroom to plug in the hair dryer, and no other near a mirror in the room that worked. Obvious that all rooms need a cosmetic facelift. Awakened by a fire alarm and other guests. Received a letter under the door the first night not to open bathroom door during a shower, it would set off a fire alarm. On a positive note, when complained about children running up and down the hall and screaming, the staff took care of it right away. Would be wonderful if there was more than a one night stay the coffee would be replenished. Some of the outlets did not work for charging devices. No other interaction with staff.

We booked this room for the NY Sheep & Wool Festival and it was perfect! The staff went out of their way to make sure we had absolutely everything we needed to make it an absolutely perfect weekend! Our room was clean, super comfortable, and so convient to everything!

The interior was nice and clean, rooms were average. Our bathroom was small, toilet paper holder was broken and toilet paper roll kept falling on the floor. The second morning there, I was in the shower for less than 5 minutes and the water turned cold.

2nd night came back to the hall reeking of pot and our room even worse. Tried calling the front desk 4-5 times with room phone and 2 times with my cell. No answer and no one at the desk! Called IHG and THEY could not get the desk to answer! IHG said they would escalate to owner and general manager who would call me the next day. Came home and called IHG 2 days after trip (3 days after incident) and THEY again could not get the hotel to answer and said I’d have a call from the owner/GM. A week after our trip, I’m still waiting.

The staff were great. However, I got in late and had to take a shower and the water was extremely hot. The towels are very rough. Housekeeping walked into our room because his paper stated that we were checked out. The hotel had a damp smell. Overall the beds and pillows were very comfortable.

We woke up in the middle of the night with a fake alarm. we panicked and had to pack out everything and ran outside,waited until the fire Department arrive and finally found out that there was somebody took a very hot shower and it made the alarm activated.And that whole thing ruined my night,i couldn’t sleep after all and i had to drive long hours. They didn’t even apologize and made no discount and nothing.

There is an attractive refuge with a pond and a small creek in the backyard with ducks and many sounds of birds and ducks. It is in quiet and secluded area. Safe place. Clean and attractive hotel with good amenities.

We paid a decent price and it came with breakfast. The room was clean and neat. Breakfast was good. They have coffee and tea all day but you have to pay for cold water. The bar and restaurant was pricy so we went across the street to the Indian restaurant for dinner. Since we were on a bicycle trip, we walked to the restaurant across the street which was extremely dangerous.

I picked this hotel because of the breakfast next day 7am to 10am. When we came out for breakfast around 840am there was nothing. The associate at front desk said the person thaat runs breakfast never showed up. Upon checking out i inquired about getting my breakfast fee reimbursed and the same front desk employee responds"oh you didnt get breakfast? " i said no you told me he never showed up. Well, apparently the person showed up at 9am and i was not made aware of. In addition, the bar/restaurant closed early the night before so we couldnt order food.

Very clean. beds are fresh and comfortable. Also love the Dove products. The complimentary coffee was the only issue for me. It was weak and tasteless. When it comes to coffee, if you cant make a good pot just don't offer it at all.
