The rooms are newly decorated and are beautifully done. Our king room was very spacious. The lobby and breakfast room were still being renovated when we arrived so it was a little off putting at first but when we got to our room we were delighted.

We stayed for a single night and really the only good things about this property were the size of the room and the breakfast was at least average. However that’s where the positives end. The pool was freezing cold. The shower didn’t have a shower curtain and the water control for the shower was obnoxious. The water pressure for the shower was also terrible.

We booked this last minute because it was raining very hard and we didn't feel comfortable driving longer. We were only there for about 9 hours, but the staff was extremely kind and helpful. They were quick to check us in and let us grab a few breakfast items on our way out, even though the hot breakfast wasn't open or ready yet. The lobby and our room were clean, and we enjoyed our stay.

Great big room. Soft beds. Did notice mold in the bathroom around the tub, and it took a long time to get semi hot water. Breakfast was… so so. Coffee was fresh and hot. But overall nice place to stay after a long drive.

The room was dirty and in bad shape. Our door lock was damaged and appeared to have been kicked in at some point. We also found cockroaches. The worst part was the people staying next door. It appeared they are living there. They were loud and vulgar every night around 1-2 am. One morning around 5am they were beating on one of the doors and screaming obscenities.

We were giving a room which does not have any operational refrigerator or microwave or telephone and then room was changed this room was not clean properly, human hairs stuck to the bathroom wall and pennies were scattered all over the room and bed was made carelessly or maybe not changed

The gentleman that was the night associate that checked us in was so very nice and hospitable! We checked in around 1 am and he was so nice to us. Will stay again. Very clean and comfortable hotel.

We came back to our room after dinner & could not access our room with our key card by waving it front of the scanner. We notified the receptionist at the front desk and he tried to open our door but had to call the manager in Ottawa to come & handle it. We waited in the hallway for an 1 1/2 - 2hrs and was told it would be 25 mins for the manager to arrive. The receptionist did did not come up to keep us posted on the manager's lateness. Offered us another room to use, but did not solve the issue since all of our belongings were locked in our room. The batteries were dead in the unit & had to be reprogrammed with a laptop computer. Apparently, a new system, but the hotel should have had this on-site to take care of right away. This is not acceptable, in case of an emergency situation to access our personal belonging, as well as medications, if needed. This was a very unpleasant experience, but the hotel said they would refund our hotel fee for our 1-night stay., which we requested. The continental breakfast was not good either. I have stayed at a Hampton Inn before, but never will I ever again stay at a Hampton Inn. We wanted to come back after dinner and relax & have an enjoyable evening. After we gained access to our room, we were given new key cards and we were yet having issues again with our key cards.

We loved our stay there. Mary, at the front desk was amazing. She was so helpful in any way we needed. You always saw her working at the front desk, cleaning up a spill on the floor or making patrons feel welcome.

The first room I was checked into had an issue with the faucet in the bath tub. We were moved to another room a couple of doors away and taken care of promptly. I appreciate the friendly, professional staff! This was my second stay here at this facility. I would highly recommend it.

We were in town for a family gathering. Our room was comfortable and clean. Staff was very friendly. The hotel is close to the interstate (but you couldn't hear it!!) and close to shopping and restaurants as well.
