I have booked 2 executive rooms. Cons: The rooms especially the bathroom clearly need a renovation, it was mouldy. The mattress are really firm and pillows are ok. They don't speak much English, The check in took so long, we waited for over 30mins just to check in and they take 3000 yuan for room deposit which until now over a week later is still not back in my account! Pro: The executive lounge food and drinks are really good. Breakfast is ok but server especially in the soup and egg station are a bit rude and short tempered

Check in counter staff was not friendly. 😕 Buy at least She let us check in after 12 noon, when the room is ready. We took the morning flight , when we reached the hotel it's early in the morning we are really tried and the check in time is 3pm some more the room is not ready yet. We stayed for 11 days ,so far so good the housekeeping lady (miao miao) is friendly and polite. The room is everyday clean, the only thing is the chiller is like not working the drink inside is not cool enough, the shower shampoo and body lotion is good and smell nice, especially the body lotion I like it so much I use it everyday. The location is not so convenient - a walk to the metro station is about 15 minutes is quite a long distance to me as a senior, so we took cab (Didi) everyday another thing's is about the breakfast, the hotel stated that the breakfast have a vegetarian option but one of the day my son had tried their breakfast and at the same time help me to survey for the vegetarian food. Cos me and my hubby are a vegetarian, a bit disappointed there is no vegetarian corner. ** My son said that the breakfast is not value for the price. **
