Its a ok hotel, but not good value for money - I was put in tower 1 and that tower is close to their inhouse club or something. There was music during the night - I am a easy sleeper, so not a big problem, hover for a 5 star hotel, that is not acceptable and not for that price. Its also a bit far away from the center - so same price hotel nearer the center would probably be my recommendation. However I was travelling out early next morning, so I thought it was the best option for me.

Finally a business trip to China after Covid. Great room, very spacious. Comfortable bed. Seems the staff constantly trying to upsell anything. ordered double scotch at the bar and was barely a single, no rocks to hid in. Getting a taxi in Shanghai has gotten to be a real headache and they hotel didn’t have much luck either. Breakfast buffet was excellent

五日間の滞在で四日目に上階からの水漏れが発生し、部屋の移動を余儀なくされた。経験上、ホテル側の責任で部屋を移動する場合、同タイプかそれ以上の部屋を用意されたものだが、単純にグレードダウンした部屋を用意された。また、荷物の移動などもホテル側が全て行うかある程度は手伝うものだが、何の補助もなくカードキーだけ渡され、あとは勝手にどうぞ。という感じであった。深夜帯の事案であったため、対応人員への教育不足かとも思っていたが、翌日も、チェックアウトの時も、謝罪の言葉すらない始末。ヒルトンの名も落ちたものである。ホテルの立地は最悪で、最寄り駅までは徒歩20分程度。近隣にコンビニもなく、飲食店も少ない。ヒルトンブランドと目的地エリアで選んだホテルであったが、上海は広いので、もう少し狭域で絞って検討すると選ぶべきホテルではなかったと感じた。もちろん、ホテルのみで過ごすような金持ちには素敵な環境かもしれないが、観光やビジネスの拠点とするような一般人には不向きであると思う。

Room is very spacious and everything is in good condition. The only 2 minor issues are poor TV remote reception and relative slow shower head. Food at breakfast and the Japanese restaurant attached was great. Staff was helpful and friendly. I didn't have time to enjoy the gym unfortunately. The hotel is not close to metro stop so getting around could be a bit uneasy. It is just 15 minutes away by taxi from SHA airport so this is a big bonus point if you are flying with this airport. Overall, I enjoy the stay very much.

We came from America and We stayed at this hotel for 7 days and i have to say this is by far the best hotel and hospitality i have experienced in a very long time. Very nice and helpful staffs, very clean and spacious rooms, great brekfast buffet and overall amazing atmosphere. We are definitely coming back and staying at this hotel without doubt. Highly recommended.
