Lovely hotel an easy walk from everything we wanted to see and great places to eat. Very clean, good breakfast and very helpful front desk staff. Valet parking expensive but worth it as parking in Italy is stressful.

There is no onsite parking. The only option is valet paking. The area in front of the hotel is chaotic, the 2 spots reseved for hotel are always taken, so you may have to park over pedestrian crossings, taxis reserved spots, etc. Then you let the front desk know you are there and wait 5 to 10 minutes for somebody to pick up your car.

Spent 7 nights, room was a bit noisy as it looked onto an internal courtyard. Rooftop bar was supposed to be open but no one was serving. Reception staff helpful and friendly. Good location for short walk to train station or pickup location for excursions.

Disappointing, the carpet was so dirty and old, stained that we asked for another room. When shown, it was 90% as bad so we didn\'t bother. The staff told us "it is clean, we clean it" with a vacuum I suppose, but it needed deep steam or dry cleaning. Had to wear shoes in the room for the entire stay. Decorations on a small TV were strange not artistic

El desayuno es extraordinario. Las alfombras de las habitaciones necesitan cambios están muy sucias. Si te dan una habitación con vista a la calle, tendrás todo el ruido de la calle. Si te dan una habitación en el interior en el patio. Tendrás todos los ruidos del patio. Tienen un serio problema de ruidos en general, se escucha en la noche que se rompen cosas y motores. Las habitaciones son muy calientes y huelen raro el hotel necesita una reforma total. Location was great, very central, easy to walk to from the train station. Close to bus stops to get to the beach. However my room (facing the main road) was quite noisy especially late at night. Windows were single glazed. Deluxe room was pleasant. I was surprised at the lack of coffee machine (but there was a kettle). However the bar does coffee at a very reasonable price for a hotel. Only one available power socket in room isn't enough these days. Breakfast was good but not outstanding. The scrambled eggs and bacon just go cold in the un heated dishes.

Older property in a perfect location for shopping, trains, and the historic district. Good breakfast. AC and WiFi worked well. Bathroom was horrible. Showering in tub with glass partial swing partition, a flood every time. We booked a suit and were on an upper floor, not only no balcony, but both sets of windows mostly blocked by structural material and blocks. Awful like a prison cell. Otherwise an excellent property.

This hotel was booked for my niece as a part of multi city trip. There was an unexpected countrywide train strike that day of check in, which resulted her not being able to travel from five hours away. Hotel management was contacted by phone and e mail immediately about this force majeur situation, as well as the hotels.com customer service. Neither one was able to resolve our refund request. Material side of the request was not as important as the understanding expected from the related travel institutions. Did not have a chance to experience the hotel, so the rating is just for the response of hotel management in Bari.

Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Leaks in the bathroom of the shower and sink. The breakfast was adequate but the food quality needs improvement. The entire hotel needs to be updated and decorated more attractively

Overall, the room was nice; however, the shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor. It took over an hour and a half to get somebody to fix this which delayed our ability to go into the city. The food for breakfast was cold, but adequate. The location was great

The room was not large, but very well organized with a comfortable bed and good shower. Breakfast was excellent and all hotel staff members were very friendly and accommodating. The location is fantastic for visiting the city of Bari - a 5 minute walk from the old town as well as the main shopping promenade. There is no parking close by but the off-site valet service was excellent.
