Convenient to downtown, Starbucks & Tim’s, beautiful vistas and a tidy unit, however no legal parking at self check in is stressful and self check out is extended as it requires taking the keys all the way back up to the unit and providing host with a photo (a drop box in lobby would be better)? Tv and internet not connected. Dead batteries in tv remote. All TV Apps require a log in to your own accts? Unfortunately lots of homeless folks milling about but lots of renters in this condo and professional & young people giving this neighborhood a busy vibe. Fees and taxes making this unit with parking overpriced
