Everything is great about this resort- from hotel, restaurant food, rooms, swimming pools, ski slopes logistics and customer service. I will visit again in a heartbeat. The only con is- the blankets are too small but this is normal for Austria and Germany, I noticed. Totally recommend.

From the moment we arrived, we knew this place was special. The excellent food was a culinary delight every single day, with a variety that consistently impressed us. The good customer service truly made our stay exceptional; the staff were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The hotel boasts some of the best facilities I have ever visited. We stayed in a beautiful, well-appointed room that was both comfortable and stylish. The amenities are top-notch, including: Tanning areas perfect for soaking up the sun. A relaxing spa that offered a tranquil retreat. Atmospheric swimming pools that were clean and beautifully designed. Overall, this hotel is worth every single cent. It truly is a magical place that we can't wait to visit again.
