Lille container på ca. 3x2 meter. Lækre restauranter på hotellet. Meget lille pool, men den kunne bruges. Der var dog udsigt til golfbanen fra poolen. Store værelser med lækker udsigt. Horrible customer service. We came here 4 hours early and wasn’t able to check in early till 2pm which was our check in time. We decided to do 2 hour massages that seemed promising but then when we got there the massage therapist was so rough and painful and 4 of us had repeatedly told the massage therapist to please go softer but they didn’t listen and kept the same pressure through the massage treatment. I could hear my mom in pain next door and my massage therapist would laugh and make fun of her. After my massage I was very sore and was not happy with my treatment. At the end when I was drinking my tea, my therapist and the other two therapist that did my mom and sister were waiting and asking for tips. This was very unusual and was not proper etiquette for a 5 star hotel. They then proceeded to ask for at least a 100 baht tip which was very unprofessional. After this 2 hour massage us 7 guest went to eat dinner and we ended up checking in at 2:30p and then the hotel told me that one our rooms weren’t ready and that it would be another 30 mins at least. We were very upset since we been traveling for 25 hours and just wanted to check in and take a shower. When I asked if they could do something to compensate they said no and then when I asked to talk to their manger they kept making excuses up on why she couldn’t meet that day or any other day. t’s just sad since this is a nice hotel but customer service is horrible workers there are not catering & don’t go out of the way

.We booked this hotel,because we had a one-night stopover in Bangkok. Everything worked out perfectly: shuttle service from and to the airport is about 20 minutes an very well organized. The apartment was simply fantastic and we have probably never stayed at such a nice and spacious place. We also had a beautiful balcony and a great view to the golf course with the skycscrapers of Bangkok in the background. The furniture is also very tasteful and the apartment feels really like a place you could stay for much longer. Also the 'Fountain' restaurant was quite good and fairly priced. The only disadvantage is that there is not really much around the place (apart from a golf course and another resort) - it is kind of a resort in the middle of nowhere. However, for us this was perfectly fine, because we just had a stopover after our flight from Australia, flying out to Europe the next day. Next time we will stay two nights and relx at Summit Windmill for a bit longer. Highly recommendable: 10/10.

Staff and property itself are 5 Star Excellent. In the area of continuous improvement, just 2 thoughts. The Airport shuttle only runs every 2 hours after the 12:30 am Shuttle. There is another property next to this one that has a shuttle that runs every 30 mins. Food for thought. Second point is the signing to the elevators and lobby could use improvement. I would stay again and loved the property.

This was our third time at this property. We previously stayed in 2012 and 2023. We stayed for 17 nights this summer (3 different reservations since we went to other provinces during our long trip), and it is still as good as ever. Summit Windmill has great staff. Having a kitchen and washer/dryer is a plus. The massages at the spa were amazing! We will stay again.

施設も部屋も立派なのですが、メンテナンスが最悪の部屋でした。まず夕方のチェックインで、テレビの修理がこれから必要と言われ、さらに部屋に入ると入り口のドアが傾いていて閉まらなくなり修理していました。そして朝、（早朝のチェックアウトでしたが）なんと断水。なんの準備もトイレさえできない状況でした。しかし、フロントは全く悪びれることなく、謝る気配もなし。さすがに腹が立ちました。。

At first when we arrived, it looked really nice and smelled very nice but when we got to our room on the 8th floor, the A/C was not working family and dining room areas. The master shower was leaking water below the glass into our toilet area, and all 3 beds were as hard as a rock! It was like sleeping on a sheet of thick plywood, VERY uncomfortable. We also had a loud disturbance above us that sounded like adults slamming doors and them fighting. They did move us to another room on the first floor and were very helpful and considerate in our needs. On the first night, I ate at their "Fountain" restaurant and I got serious food poisoning for 3 days and counting but the first two I was very weak. The staff was as helpful as they could be given the poor conditions of the rooms.

가성비 최갑입니다. 호텔 픽업드랍도 훌륭히 잘 진행되었고, 조식이 다양하진 않지만 한 사람에 250밧인 가격대비 훌륭한 조식이었습니다. 직원들도 모두 친절했어요. 딱 한 가지 아쉬운 건 매트리스가 좀 딱딱한 정도? 첨부터 공항 가까운 조용한 곳을 찾았기에 저에게 시내 접근성은 평가대상이 아닙니다. 아침 조식후 새소리 들으며 넓고 잘 꾸며진 골프장을 산책하는 게 정말 좋았습니다.

There were a few positive aspects, but my overall experience was overshadowed by poor communication and service. One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was the free shuttle bus. However, I ended up booking a Grab on my last day. I also tried contacting the hotel 3 times before my stay using different methods: Expedia Inbox, email and the hotel’s online form, but never received any response. Additionally, I had an unpleasant interaction with a senior staff at the front desk who gave me an attitude when I asked for assistance. It made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. On a positive note, the hotel was clean and comfortable. The other staff members were polite and friendly. While I appreciated some aspects of the hotel, the lack of communication and poor customer service left a negative impression. (3.5/5)

The rooms were spacious and the site was quiet. It was a great way to spend the final night in Bangkok for our trip. The golf course looks great, but we didn't get to play as we were only there one night. But the hotel staff were great. We had an early check out to mee tout flight and without asking, the hotel had arranged the baggage handler to come with his trolley to collect our bags to meet the shuttle bus. They were great.

It is not really close to anything of interest in Bangkok but what is. Tough city to get around easily. Staff was excellent but the office screwed up on the airport shuttle and we had to pay for a taxi one way. Otherwise the hotel is great.

The hotel is located outside the city center and close to the airport BKK. So it is usually very quiet here and you can relax well. My room was very large and well furnished. The breakfast buffet had a sufficient selection but not adequate for a 5 star hotel. The hotel pool is very small. The hotel is best suited for a short stay in Bangkok.

ここに泊まるのは、３回目くらいです。４人で泊まり、２ベットルールのお部屋、朝食付き、空港送迎付きでかなりお得でした。ここのゴルフコースは年々料金が高騰していますが、この宿泊施設はかなりコスパがいいと思います。空調がなかなか調整しにくいのと、周りにレストランのチョイスが少ないこと以外は問題ないです。また泊まりたいと思います。

Hervorragender Airport Shuttlebus Service.Super Fahrer ! Wir bekamen ein Upgrade. Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Tolle Golfplatzatmosphäre. Gutes Frühstück inklusive. Minuspunkte : Keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit in der Nähe. Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. (Fassade , Interieur) Alles im Gesamtpaket aber dennoch positiv zu bewerten und zu empfehlen. Wir haben es für eine Erholungsnacht vor dem langen Rückflug gebucht und würden nächste mal bestimmt auch eine Runde Golf spielen.

The room size and design is excellent, but quite a few things are missing, which is a shame. For example, there is a washing machine but no soap powder, and worse, no iron nor ironing board... The lobby area is underwhelming. It feels like it was not supposed to be there in the original design. The Fountain restaurant was OK, but really missed out on being quite special. The service there was not brilliant.

The service and property next to the Meridien with the Fountain for brunch is spectacular. I got such great service they even changed my mattress to a more modern thicker foam variety. This hotel for 125 a night is an unbeatable deal and value. I will return next year no doubt but with my golf clubs
