The rooms were very clean and the staff was absolutely lovely. The elevator is small and there is only one, but staff is friendly and gracious. Eager to help you take the trolly up! :) I didn’t like the smell once you got up to the floors. The room smelled fresh but the hallways do not. Odd. Overall excellent experience. I love the IHG hotels!

The staff were so friendly and wonderful! The place was so clean! The snack area was well stocked and the prices were cheaper than the grocery store! Only thing was the A/C pobably needs to be looked at, the fan in the bathroom did not work and the toilet paper needs to be upgraded. But I will definitely stay here again!!!

I traveled with my dog and my 75 year old mother. Upon arrival, we were informed the elevators were not working, which meant our luggage had to be carried up the stairs. Upon entry into the room, we discovered the fridge was not turned on. My mother is a diabetic and her medication needed to be refrigerated upon arrival. For someone who has stayed here many times due to travel, I will not be coming back.

Very clean, comfortable room.staff was super friendly even at our 3:30a.m. checkout! Only complaint was there was a dog barking at 2 am as it is a pet friendly hotel. Overall very good experience.

Pros: Front desk clerk was so kind. The beds were comfortable and overall the room was well kept and neat. Cons: there were hairs left on the mirror in the room and the tub wasn’t cleaned around the stopper area We always stay here whenever we are visiting family and normally never have any complaints but overall, it was a great stay.

I booked a room at this ratchet hotel. When I checked in I was in a hurry and the process took about 34 mins because there were one associate doing the best that she could alone. I finally got in and had to leave right out for a gathering. I got back in at 1:30am only to find a dirty countertop, pubic hair in and on shower, hair on bathroom door, the sink stopped up witn no way to let water out. I complained and was told the manager would call me. It is Wednesday and no call. It has been 3 days. I should have booked with the Hilton next door. This was the worst hotel stay ever. They only change there sheets every 8 days. I am writing a review. UNFORTUNATELY UNACCEPTABLE

My stay was ok the front desk person Ms Valerie was amazing. When I got to my room whoever cleaned the room didn’t do a good job as there was hair still in the bathroom and kitchen but my biggest issue was the extra charge I got on my card. Although I didn’t have a bad experience I probably won’t stay there again it’s ok but not really my taste in hotel rooms

It was an amazing time, the friendly staff, cleaning, the room, comfy bed and everything was great. It is a pleasure to stay in a hotel that doesn't smell like mold, humidity or smoke. I'm definitely going back and I will recommend it to everyone.

I loved staying at Candlewood Suites in Fayetteville, NC. The room was very spacious and clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The best thing is the Thermostat. We can control the temperture!!! Ive stayed at other hotels and those thermostats that turn off when theres no movement- are horrible.
