The staff we're very welcoming and friendly. There room was clean and tidy with a comfy bed that was needed after a long day on the road. Heaps of parking available. We stayed here twice on this trip, on the way north then again heading back. Planning the next trip for November and will definitely stay again. Also pet friendly which is super handy. Plenty of food options close by, the Greek was so good we chose to eat there at both stays.

I stayed in a studio apartment and it was a clean and well decorated room. Included was a small kitchen with a hob, microwave and mini fridge, which would be helpful for longer stays. The bed was comfortable however was two beds pushed together and I could feel the gap in the middle. There are a couple of levels to the on-site car park however it still gets quite full and most of the parking on the street is taken by trucks. The gym, while clean and functional, was very small and certainly not the "state-of-the-art" it's described as when you're put on hold when you call. I requested a late check-out on my last morning only to be disturbed by a receptionist who couldn't be bothered to read the note before calling my room. No apology given. Overall if I based it just on quality of sleep, it wasn't worth paying almost double to stay here compared to the budget hotel next door. I could hear every word the guests on either side were saying and the windows aren't thick enough to keep out road noise.

I love the space, the facilities and free parking. This time a kettle was so dirty inside it that we took it to the front desk the next morning. Unfortunately this meant we had to buy coffee and hot chocolates which was both expensive and inconvenient. There were 5 of us. No suggestion of reimbursement from the motel was disappointing as we are very regular customers.

Clean, spacious rooms. Ample parking. Lots of nearby places to eat and very close to IGA, pharmacy, bakery, butchers, restaurants and Wests club. Staff friendly & helpful. Kitchen is equipped but needs a few more items to be complete. Rooms do not appear to be sound proofed very well. Curtains are blockout however they're hanging in a way that still let's a lot of light in during morning. Fair price for location and facilities and service. Would stay again.

This was our 3rd or 4th stay… Our 2 Bed apartment was good, clean enough, could do with a deep clean, including the dryer, bed springs very prominent, although bed linen very nice. Externally the property was terribly dirty, some serious cleaning of rubbish, gardening and general maintenance is long overdue. Felt like a 3rd world country. We were above the driveway gate which kept us awake all through the night, plus a beeping noise (from McDonald’s) was so loud for the entire stay. Location and apartment size are great.

As usual property was immaculately clean. Cleaning staff are exceptional at their work. Reception staff are as always friendly and helpful. I did not request a disability friendly room as the establishment charges for this service. I was disappointed to find out that a room that is advertised as sleeping three people charge for the use of the sofa bed. I did comment to reception staff on check out about constant broken furniture and appliances being on display in a designated corner of the car park however it was much larger on this visit. Quest apartments has many locations including orange being voted as being the best hotel in Australia for 2025. The campbelltown location has peeling and damaged furniture and the bathroom bin looked like it had gone a few rounds with Mike Tyson.

The staff were helpful and friendly. I didn't like the excessive noise from other guests that seemed to start every night once reception had closed. I found out that this facility is being used to house asylum seekers and alot of them are very rude and inconsiderate. They seem to like socialising in the hallway at night slamming doors and yelling. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you value your sleep. Also the windows are single glazing so in our room it was particularly noticeable with the next hotel carpark outside our window.

I liked how centrally located this was, it was quite noisy though luckily my daughter's sound machine blocked out pretty much all the noise. The property was great, the room had everything I needed minus an oven but I made do with a stovetop and microwave.

Everything was great except for the cleaning staff entering the room unannounced after arrival. The room was requested for an hour early checkin which was obviously not related back to staff. Disappointed as I have stayed in many hotel and this has never happened.

I was so surprised by this hotel. I wasn’t expecting it to be anywhere as good as it was. I had such a great stay from the second I was welcomed by the fabulously efficient Trent at reception through to the seamless checkout, The room was great and so clean. I would definitely stay again.

Check in was easy and staff were friendly, Our unit stunk of cigarette smoke which seemed strange for a non smoking hotel. Our reservation was also supposed to include breakfast, which was not honered by the hotel as they said Expedia did not include it in the booking. We wouldn't stay here again

The reception staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. While the breakfast was a but limited the kitchen staff were very friendly and hospitable too. The area has every fast food outlet you can imagine. Not great if you want healthy food. There is an IGA a short walk butt it's very small and limited. There is a train station a short walk away. It was convenient for our needs.

Overall the property is good, but a little dated. There was no restaurant for in house breakfast on Sunday morning, it is only opened Monday-Friday, there is many fast food outlets around the hotel. The room was reasonable, and well cleaned, the staff were also helpful and friendly,
