It started it out fantastic but our car was stolen the mast night we were there and the hotel was very unhelpful. It felt like an inside job. A brand new truck stolen with our baby-seat and stroller inside almost 4 hours from home. They would not show us the security footage or the name of the worker who was very suspicious. The first day we just checked in and that same suspicious worker came upstairs and said there was a complaint. She was trying to look in the room but I held it slightly open. Tjat same worker was waiting outside for her ride when we returned Saturday night only for our car to be stolen that night after we retired to our room. Other vehicles similar to ours have been stolen

No view - we got to look at an industrial park - but the hotel was excellent and the staff was friendly and very helpful. We weren’t there for the view. We stayed 3 nights, awaiting our electrical service to be restored after a storm. Facility is very nice and the pool looked great, but storms kept us from trying it out. Breakfast was so so, but there is an IHOP across the street.

My girl and I had a great time staying. Rooms were very spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable. It’s located near a lot of fast food restaurants and supermarkets. Location is very close to Dallas downtown. Pool was nice and clean. FREE BREAKFAST was amazing. Will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Excellent stay, very clean, great breakfast, free coffee all day, ample parking, vg location, easy fill water station, frig and microwave in room. Only minus was staff said internet was not free, even for hiilton honors guests.

Our vehicle was broken into . When speaking to the front office “ it happens all the time “ . We spoke to the staff and even housekeeper thinks it is an inside job . Even you plan to stay here just take all the valuables with you and leave doors unlocked .

Overall it was fine. However, I did not like that the clerk at check-in wanted a $25 early check-in fee when the room was already clearly ready. Also, there was no juice at all for my grandchildren to have with breakfast as the machine was broken and no one bothered to get some individual size juices to have available for the hotel guests with their breakfast.

The front desk was great. The room was large and beautiful. The provided a Nice complimentary breakfast, Great gym, for a hotel, and a Nice pool. The only problem was that the cleaning person replaced the towels, but nothing else ( no replaced coffee, and did not remake the bed ). I just thought these things are standard, since they only come every other day.

We stayed in room 105 and The ceiling in the shower had mold and was half painted white like they tried to cover it up but ran out of paint then the bed and mattress were very unstable and uncomfortable aside from those details the kitchen area is very small and need another waffle maker to accommodate so may guest specially during summer weekends.

Property was in nice condition. Desk staff was horrible and rude the whole time. Ignored us and told us to sit down in the waiting area while helping multiple other guests that came after us. Room had cleanliness issues to include “chocolate” on the mattress. any request was denied and told to come down and retrieve new unsoiled bedding. Believe there was only two staff on duty on a Saturday night. Mystery stains on the blankets and told there was no replacements so we slept with fitted sheets only. No free Wi-Fi . Total experience was very disappointing when we were expecting at least average .The night before stayed at the a different hotel in the same chain and it was really enjoyable.

We stayed 2 nights. The first night it sounded like a party was going on all night on our floor. At around 11:00, we called the front desk and asked them to do something about it. Someone called our room about 15 minutes later and said they came up and walked the hall, but heard nothing. She asked if she could have us point her in the right direction. My husband walked down the hall and was immediately able to tell where the noise was coming from. We told the lady from the front desk when she came up. She promised to take care of it, but the noise continued throughout the night. The second night was better as the people making the noise checked out. I made sure because if they hadn’t, we were going to ask to change rooms. The room was clean and comfortable. However, we could see into the hallway through the large gap between the door and wall. This caused our room to be flooded with light at night, and reduced the feeling of safety and privacy.

We checked into our room late after traveling in the evening. The staff seemed like it was an inconvenience that I was there to check in. Once we got to our room we saw that the thermostat for the air conditioning was hanging off the wall and it was really warm in the room. I went to the air conditioner and turned down the temperature to realize that it was not working and blowing warm air in the room. I went to the front desk and the staff said that they were full and cannot move me to another room. She went into a room for housekeeping to get a fan but never returned. After sweating all night upon checkout the manager said that she was aware and that I should have been moved to another room. Housekeeping was knocking on the door at 8am to clean the room. This has been the most uncomfortable and unpleasant stay in a hotel I have ever had. I booked the hotel based on the ratings but I am very disappointed.

I was just there for the weekend. Booked 2 rooms. I was arriving late and call to allow my mom check in since she was already in town. Glad she able to do that even though the rooms were under my name. The staff that took my call was so courteous and helpful.

Everything was great except for the check-in, Had to find the clerk to check-in and he was very rude - no greeting, no smile, talked very rapidly and basically acted like I was interfering with whatever he was doing and he just wanted to get rid of me. Didn't inform me of the wi-fi info so I had to interrupt him again to get the information.

Donna from the front desk made my stay completely horrible. She made us sit in the lobby for at least 3 hours because she swore up and down they did not accept debit cards per the owner. Mean while my mom and I are showing her the company website for this exact location stating they accept debit / Visa cards. She agrees with the website but still says she has to go with the owners rules. We ask for the manager on duty she told me she was gone for the day… 3 minutes later here comes Anne i believe her name was the dang on manager! I told her what happened and she fixed it and got us in a room within 15 minutes. The manager Apologized and told Donna to handle it. Donna handled it but before she gave me the keys said “yeah she’s doing this because you guys are from out of town” like no she’s not .. she was so difficult to work with and lacked empathy. The other staff were nice and my stay was pleasant! No bugs or anything.

Not much choices for breakfast and closes sharp at 9:00am or 5 minutes earlier. No banana after 8:20am House cleaning is scheduled every other day . Otherwise staffs are friendly and room is clean !

Really good hot breakfast. Convenient right off of I-30. Walk to late-night Sonic or Taco Bell, other close restaurants and shopping. Room very nice w king bed and pull-out sofa.
