Beautiful Riad on the edge of the Medina,spotlessly clean and equipped with an AC unit which you could adjust the temperature to provide cool and hot air . Very friendly & professional staff,in particular the manager abdel who showed great hospitality and shared his knowledge and traditions with us, as it was our first time in Morocco . We also dined at the Riad and had an outstanding meal for such a reasonable price.Beautiful and spacious rooms, lovely courtyard and rooftop for relaxation. Short walk into the Souks and The main square is walking distance, roughly taking 18/20 mins. exceptionally good value for money. Highly recommend.

If you are a single woman, or traveling on a girls trip, do not stay here. The Riad itself is traditional. However, the neighborhood is not safe for women. The staff was wonderful, kind, and helpful. We were sort of harassed as we walked to the pharmacy, the area is remote and in Medina, and taking a taxi is not readily available. We found another hotel and requested to cancel the remainder of our stay and the Riad has refused to refund any amount despite us not even staying there due to safety concerns. The pool was not clean, the internet had a poor connection, and we had to knock numerous times to be let into the Riad. Also, we had to padlock ourselves inside the room (fire/safety concern) and when we left. We were just disappointed!

Pool in middle of Riad was very peaceful. Food was really high standard and you could have it in multiple rooms. Massages onsite were also great.

Just got back from my holiday, me and my two friends had a great experience the accommodation is very clean in a very beautiful traditional Moroccan style building with a small pool in the middle so quite/ tranquil. The staff were very ++++friendly happy to help and very happy which made our stay even more enjoyable. They have Moroccan breakfast however if you want for example eggs in the morning you should ask they will prepare them for you. They have a very nice roof top garden/ sun bathing beds. Nice to chill up there after long day. I could not flute the accommodation only just a few things I should mention which wasn't a problem for us but they maybe a problem to other people. No TVs in the rooms, No kettle/teas in the rooms and also they don't provide ironing board or iron in the rooms. The rooms are massive and the beds are ginormous bigger than the king and the queen beds very comfortable. The rooms are clean every day. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone.

We really enjoyed our stay - the staff are so friendly and happy to help with anything, from booking taxis to arranging massages and meals (both are onsite services). The hotel is small and quiet and the pool and sun terrace facilities are great. The rooms were comfortable and very clean.

Love the service from the staff-everyone was helpful and cheerful. Breakfast was good and the dinner was excellent. You just need to order your dinner choices in the morning because they will shop for the ingredients that same day. Room was comfortable and cool with the AC. Pool needed to be cleaned daily. What a beautiful and quaint Riad, It was just so relaxing and the staff were all wonderful. I would definitely return to this place. There is only one thing I would suggest to improve the Terrace and that would be to have a single shower area just to cool off as we went up there to catch some sun and it was almost 40 degrees. My wife and I only managed about 30 minutes on the Terrace as it was just to hot. If you could just cool off in a shower every so often it would be more bearable up there. Thank you for our stay. Happy customers 😀

Llegamos en la noche y los jóvenes que atienden en el turno de la noche no fueron muy hospitalarios, en otros riads siempre nos han ofrecido té o mínimo una botella de agua. La verdad es que la habitación no está mal, pero no es lo que te prometen las fotos, están obscuras y viejas. La regadera del baño está toda negra y la verdad el hotel al menos donde nos quedamos, habitación número 1 un poco muy descuidada. La cama, no era cómoda y las almohadas parecían rellenas de papel de baño. De las fotos que usan, imagino que será la mejor habitación y con una muy buena iluminación. La limpieza del hotel está bien. Hubo un señor muy amable en la mañana, muy servicial. No te ponen ni una botella de agua en el cuarto. La ubicación no es tan céntrica, por ejemplo para llegar a la Medina son como 25-30 min caminando.

Chambre spatieuse, très bien décorée, fonctionnelle. Chambre très propre, lit refait tous les jours, serviettes changées tous les jours, salle de bain nettoyée tous les jours. Personnel très avenant et serviable. Très bonne cuisine. Le cadre extérieur est magnifique,décor du riad de très bon goût .

First of all, we would like to thank all the staff who made our stay absolutely magical - a fantastic experience. This Riad is a must for anyone who wants to relax and get away from the hectic pace of Marrakech. We never imagined it could be so calm and quiet. Authentic. Clean. Peaceful. Very friendly and helpful staff. The food was delicious and well prepared. The Riad is also conveniently located, fairly close to the city center. If you don't feel like walking the 15-20 minutes to where everything happens, you can easily take a taxi for anywhere between 40 and 70 dirhams. Two small things we would have liked to improve: 1. Maybe offer 1-2 boiled eggs for breakfast? (We were offered fried eggs on the last day, which was a nice touch!) 2. Better Wi-Fi - I had an eSIM, but for guests who don't, a stronger connection would be appreciated.

Lovely Riad! Fairly straight forward to find. All of the staff are so kind and will accommodate all of your needs. My only issues were that with the included breakfast we were given free orange juice, tea and coffee but had to pay for any water. It's very annoying when I can't drink juice, tea and coffee to be charged for water. The room had an overall sewage like smell, that filled the room that was coming from the sink. We kept the windows open as much as possible but if we went out for the day we obviously couldn't do that. Finally the pillows are very uncomfortable. Out of the 5 pillows that were in our room only 1 was not lumpy, we took that pillow to reception to ask if we could have more of that type of pillow and were told that the thin lumpy ones were new and therefore we couldn't swap as they didn't have the other old ones.

Very friendly & professional staff,in particular the manager abdel who showed great hospitality and shared his knowledge and traditions with us, as it was our first time in Morocco . Llegamos en la noche y los jóvenes que atienden en el turno de la noche no fueron muy hospitalarios, en otros riads siempre nos han ofrecido té o mínimo una botella de agua. La verdad es que la habitación no está mal, pero no es lo que te prometen las fotos, están obscuras y viejas. La regadera del baño está toda negra y la verdad el hotel al menos donde nos quedamos, habitación número 1 un poco muy descuidada. La cama, no era cómoda y las almohadas parecían rellenas de papel de baño. De las fotos que usan, imagino que será la mejor habitación y con una muy buena iluminación. La limpieza del hotel está bien. Hubo un señor muy amable en la mañana, muy servicial. No te ponen ni una botella de agua en el cuarto. La ubicación no es tan céntrica, por ejemplo para llegar a la Medina son como 25-30 min caminando.

Just got back from my holiday, me and my two friends had a great experience the accommodation is very clean in a very beautiful traditional Moroccan style building with a small pool in the middle so quite/ tranquil. The staff were very ++++friendly happy to help and very happy which made our stay even more enjoyable. They have Moroccan breakfast however if you want for example eggs in the morning you should ask they will prepare them for you. They have a very nice roof top garden/ sun bathing beds. Nice to chill up there after long day. I could not flute the accommodation only just a few things I should mention which wasn't a problem for us but they maybe a problem to other people. No TVs in the rooms, No kettle/teas in the rooms and also they don't provide ironing board or iron in the rooms. The rooms are massive and the beds are ginormous bigger than the king and the queen beds very comfortable. The rooms are clean every day. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone.

Other than two male staff members there (Nabil), who was extremely accommodating and hospitable, the place was not as expected. Everything is very old and and does not look like the pictures. The area where the riad is based is quite dangerous and not safe for women travelling alone. It is quite far to get to places that are popular. The rooms were dark and the place felt like you’re staying in a dungeon

If you are a single woman, or traveling on a girls trip, do not stay here. The Riad itself is traditional. However, the neighborhood is not safe for women. The staff was wonderful, kind, and helpful. We were sort of harassed as we walked to the pharmacy, the area is remote and in Medina, and taking a taxi is not readily available. We found another hotel and requested to cancel the remainder of our stay and the Riad has refused to refund any amount despite us not even staying there due to safety concerns. The pool was not clean, the internet had a poor connection, and we had to knock numerous times to be let into the Riad. Also, we had to padlock ourselves inside the room (fire/safety concern) and when we left. We were just disappointed!

We really enjoyed our stay - the staff are so friendly and happy to help with anything, from booking taxis to arranging massages and meals (both are onsite services). The hotel is small and quiet and the pool and sun terrace facilities are great. The rooms were comfortable and very clean.

We loved this cute and charming riad in a super quiet area of the city. It was a short 20 min. walk to the Bahia Palace. It was a 12 min walk to pizza (https://maps.app.goo.gl/HRAHfwbBtYazQYek8), shawarma, grilled food that was delicious and very inexpensive...and open late. The staff were very kind, honest and helpful. They helped us find a taxi and looked after our bags after checkout. The breakfast was sufficient and offered the local fresh bread. The road was clean and SO quiet and away from the noise and bustle of motor bikes and traffic. We loved the charming ensuite with bespoke decorations. The room was warm (in Dec), clean, included soaps, towels,etc and the bed was cozy We also loved the taxi ride from the airport pickup where we had to go through so many of the old gates/walls. This Riad is like the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in! The place is AMAZING, it’s like an oasis in the caos of the city. The room was amazing, so clean it felt like home. Everything was so quiet and calm there. Zara (hope to write it the right way), at the reception was amazing, always ready to help us with every request. We ate at their restaurant 2 nights and the food was AMAZING, we were the only guests and threaded like Gods. Ahmed, the waiter, was very very kind and friendly with us! In the end, the breakfast was literally sooo tasty with their typical sweet crêpes… what to say? I MISS THIS PLACE ALREADY! Thanks!

Das Hotel hat einen schönen Innenhof. Wir hatten die teuerste Zimmerkategorie gebucht und das schlechteste Zimmer bekommen. Es hieß dann einfach unser Zimmer sei schon vergeben. Man hat ins vorher nicht in Kenntnis gesetzt obwohl wir schon 6 Monate vorher gebucht hatten. Das Hotel hat sich unschuldig gegeben und die Schuld auf Expedia geschoben. Ich musste dann nach der ersten Nacht mit Expedia über den Chat meine Situation klären. Man hat uns dann für die folgenden 3 Nächte 3 alternative Hotels angeboten. Ich war dann froh dies auch getan zu haben.

First of all, we would like to thank all the staff who made our stay absolutely magical - a fantastic experience. This Riad is a must for anyone who wants to relax and get away from the hectic pace of Marrakech. We never imagined it could be so calm and quiet. Authentic. Clean. Peaceful. Very friendly and helpful staff. The food was delicious and well prepared. The Riad is also conveniently located, fairly close to the city center. If you don't feel like walking the 15-20 minutes to where everything happens, you can easily take a taxi for anywhere between 40 and 70 dirhams. Two small things we would have liked to improve: 1. Maybe offer 1-2 boiled eggs for breakfast? (We were offered fried eggs on the last day, which was a nice touch!) 2. Better Wi-Fi - I had an eSIM, but for guests who don't, a stronger connection would be appreciated.

Die Unterkunft liegt verkehrsgünstig am Rand der Medina. Zu Fuß ist man in 20 Minuten am Jemaa el-Fnaa. Im Riad können Ausflüge und Stadtführungen gebucht werden. Es war immer ein Ansprechpartner zugegen. Die Unterkunft ist absolut (insbesondere im Bereich Preis-Leistung) zu empfehlen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

We were really pleased with our choice of Riad. Le Jardin d'Abdou was beautiful; like an oasis closed off from the rest of the city. When we arrived the courtyard was cool and calm, we enjoyed some tea and watched the birds dancing around the palms. The Riad is 10-15 minutes walk from the main souks and at first we were slightly concerned about walking through a new city, but the area around the Riad is full of families, children playing and tradespeople going about their daily lives. I spoke to the miller and tailor across the street and the carpenter working on a renovation down the road. All the people we met were friendly and welcoming and we felt really comfortable and safe. Abdel and his team have really hit the mark with their Riad it was not at all pretentious, rather it was charming and understated. We only wish we could have stayed longer, when we come back to Marrakech, (and we will,) the Riad Jardin d'Abdou is going to be where we want to stay.

Beautiful Riad on the edge of the Medina,spotlessly clean and equipped with an AC unit which you could adjust the temperature to provide cool and hot air . Very friendly & professional staff,in particular the manager abdel who showed great hospitality and shared his knowledge and traditions with us, as it was our first time in Morocco . We also dined at the Riad and had an outstanding meal for such a reasonable price.Beautiful and spacious rooms, lovely courtyard and rooftop for relaxation. Short walk into the Souks and The main square is walking distance, roughly taking 18/20 mins. exceptionally good value for money. Highly recommend.

Delightful place to stay, with very friendly and helpful staff. Close enough to the centre to walk there, far enough away that it is just outside the hustle and bustle. Accommodation was beautiful and the food was really excellent.

Love the service from the staff-everyone was helpful and cheerful. Breakfast was good and the dinner was excellent. You just need to order your dinner choices in the morning because they will shop for the ingredients that same day. Room was comfortable and cool with the AC. Pool needed to be cleaned daily. Overall great trip. Will return

Great place with an enjoyable courtyard and rooftop. Room also was pretty decent and the dinner/Tajine we had here was the best we had in all of Morocco. Service also was great and the host was very helpful with explaining the surroundings and booking excursions. One improvement opportunity is to have better partners for pickup/excursions with better vehicles

We loved this cute and charming riad in a super quiet area of the city. It was a short 20 min. walk to the Bahia Palace. It was a 12 min walk to pizza (https://maps.app.goo.gl/HRAHfwbBtYazQYek8), shawarma, grilled food that was delicious and very inexpensive...and open late. The staff were very kind, honest and helpful. They helped us find a taxi and looked after our bags after checkout. The breakfast was sufficient and offered the local fresh bread. The road was clean and SO quiet and away from the noise and bustle of motor bikes and traffic. We loved the charming ensuite with bespoke decorations. The room was warm (in Dec), clean, included soaps, towels,etc and the bed was cozy We also loved the taxi ride from the airport pickup where we had to go through so many of the old gates/walls. It was the perfect introduction to the city.

This Riad is like the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in! The place is AMAZING, it’s like an oasis in the caos of the city. The room was amazing, so clean it felt like home. Everything was so quiet and calm there. Zara (hope to write it the right way), at the reception was amazing, always ready to help us with every request. We ate at their restaurant 2 nights and the food was AMAZING, we were the only guests and threaded like Gods. Ahmed, the waiter, was very very kind and friendly with us! In the end, the breakfast was literally sooo tasty with their typical sweet crêpes… what to say? I MISS THIS PLACE ALREADY! Thanks!

Het ontbijt was niet erg uitgebreid maar toereikend. De mensen zijn erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Excursies boeken was eenvoudig. De hoteleigenaar spreekt Engels en dat is wel handig als je Frans tekort schiet.

The accommodation was perfect for our stay. Riad was well kept with traditional features through out. The room was very comfortable.The staff were fantastic. The breakfast was just what we needed... crepes, bread, paratha, jams, fresh orange and rea/coffee. Recommend

Everything about Riad Le Jardin was perfect! The staff was super-amazing! They were patient, kind, respectful, helpful, knowledgeable, and humorous! Extra thank you to Abdul, Ahmed, the other young man-Nahjwa?? (Sorry, can’t remember his name! The food was superb! My sister and I will definitely return. Clean, warm, and inviting. Bathroom hot water alignment to the right temperature took some time!! Breakfast can be improved. Coffee was cold to start with and then after asking for "HOT" coffee 2-3 times, we got it warmer.... Overall a good stay for a night. Not close to Souks or any major attraction - so if you want to walk, it will take about 20 minutes to get to Souks and about 30 minutes to Jamal Fna square

First of all, we would like to thank all the staff who made our stay absolutely magical - a fantastic experience. This Riad is a must for anyone who wants to relax and get away from the hectic pace of Marrakech. We never imagined it could be so calm and quiet. Authentic. Clean. Peaceful. Very friendly and helpful staff. The food was delicious and well prepared. The Riad is also conveniently located, fairly close to the city center. If you don't feel like walking the 15-20 minutes to where everything happens, you can easily take a taxi for anywhere between 40 and 70 dirhams. Two small things we would have liked to improve: 1. Maybe offer 1-2 boiled eggs for breakfast? (We were offered fried eggs on the last day, which was a nice touch!) 2. Better Wi-Fi - I had an eSIM, but for guests who don't, a stronger connection would be appreciated.

If you are a single woman, or traveling on a girls trip, do not stay here. The Riad itself is traditional. However, the neighborhood is not safe for women. The staff was wonderful, kind, and helpful. We were sort of harassed as we walked to the pharmacy, the area is remote and in Medina, and taking a taxi is not readily available. We found another hotel and requested to cancel the remainder of our stay and the Riad has refused to refund any amount despite us not even staying there due to safety concerns. The pool was not clean, the internet had a poor connection, and we had to knock numerous times to be let into the Riad. Also, we had to padlock ourselves inside the room (fire/safety concern) and when we left. We were just disappointed!
