The staff from my first accouner made me feel so welcome. They carried my luggage to my room. My room was ready 4 hours earlier which was such a lovely surprise. All staffvso helpful. Food was excellent. Perfect location with easy parking nearby . I'd recommend staying here 100%

Let’s start with the positives, a perfect location right in the centre of town and a very good breakfast. However the downsides… Room was small, hardly Superior as booked, and the photos are misleading. A tiny Juliet balcony barely a foot deep and facing a huge concrete wall with no view whatsoever. No fridge or minibar. No fridge at 40 degrees in the shade! There is NO swimming pool despite the claims. Property has a deal with somewhere round the back to share theirs when there are not lessons or classes. So you have to trudge round the block, presumably in a bathrobe on the off chance. Catering staff were stuffy and replied to my request for a chilled red wine ( remember 40 degrees) by saying “ we always serve our wines at perfect temperatures”. Dinner was a disaster. Duck was over cooked, probably reheated, and sent back. Took 3 attempts to get the bill correct with bits added then removed “as a gesture of goodwill”. Not a good experience and we were pleased to only stay for one night.
