Expected quality of services, cleanliness and amenities for a hotel of this standard. Give 4 stars for the facilties as the maintenance of the indoor swimming pool was a letdown given that it took them more than 5 days to do so, coinciding with my length of stay. I thought it could have been faster. The free upgrade of hotel room given as a first time guest was a well received pleasant surprise. Overall, it was still a wonderful stay nonetheless.

Room was clean. Check in was simple and smooth with no trouble at all. Room was not ready for us when we arrived but we were able to leave our bags at concierge and go shop. It really was a plus that the hotel was linked to a mall right next door! When we could check in, it went well and we also collected our packages that we ordered in advance at the concierge desk. Seeing that we had many things to transport up to the room, the concierge staff kindly sent up two automated robots with our packages, freeing up our hands to take the rest of our things. We also had an external laundry vendor come collect our clothes and the staff kindly handover our stuff to them because we were not available the whole day! Overall it was a very pleasant experience staying here and would recommend it!

The staff were amazing , Great shopping and restaurants next door , Breakfast was great, but the room was terrible. The temp was set on central control at 26.5 deg so it was hot at night and you have no control other then to turn it off and open the window , the drain in the shower did not drain the water fast enough so you had a time limit on showering before the water would spill out onto the floor , the pillows are terrible , no stationary , no mini bar , lights in the main room were broken.

Excellent Stay – Outstanding Staff and Impeccable Maintenance Our recent stay was truly wonderful. The entire hotel team deserves praise for their kindness, professionalism, and constant attention to detail. Although the property is not new, it is in perfect working order — a clear sign of excellent and careful maintenance. The location is also a major plus: the hotel has direct access to the adjacent shopping mall, which is more than enough for most visitors, offering countless restaurants and shops. The metro station is roughly a ten minute walk away if you keep a brisk pace. The only disappointing aspect of our experience was the airport transfer service. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend it — It was significantly more expensive than other available options booked independently online, the driver arrived late, was not properly dressed, did not assist with the luggage (even though my parents are in their eighties), and spent the entire drive on the phone. A poor first impression that, thankfully, was quickly erased upon arrival thanks to the hotel’s exceptional staff. I must give a special mention to Ms. Maria, who greeted every guest at breakfast with a warm smile and a cheerful “good morning.” We often met her around the hotel, always kind, caring, and ready with valuable recommendations. We are a couple in our 50s. We decided on this hotel from information posted in the internet. The hotel is connected to a shopping mall and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Complex Building is across the road. A 10 minutes walk to a MRT Station provided convenient transportation to tourist attractions in the city. Plenty of choices for food in the mall and adjacencies. Safe environment, next to Starbucks, policemen from across the road can probably hear you shouts. As the hotel is situated in the city, adjacent to commercial office buildings, the adjacent roads are busy during office hours. Hotel provides a variety of local dishes for breakfast. Our room on level 7 came with a deluxe king bed. Average size, good for a couple, furniture is a little dated. Calls to service desk were made to replenish mineral water bottles and replacement of floor mat. While these were oversights from room cleaners, responses from service desk were prompt, within 5 minutes on both occasions. A special note of commendation to the duty managers (Mr Musa and Mr Cola Hsu) during my stay from 29 Feb to 5 Mar 24. Both managers were very helpful and facilitated with our day tour bookings, hotel transfers to train stations, directions information and transportation requirements. Both gentlemen made the stay memorable, thank you very much.

Really great service - staff went out of their way to spoil me for my birthday and arrived to find a beautifully handwritten note and a cake in my room. Hotels.com has not properly forwarded my reservation to the Crown Plaza, and hence the hotel has no record of my booking. The hotel was pretty fully booked by the time check I was trying to check in, hence I was not given the room that I have reserved for and it took more than half an hour to figure out how to handle my check in. 房務打掃人員有點不上心，早餐不便宜，沒有選購，不知道早餐品質，飯店區域很好，位于東二環，外交部旁邊，國際連鎖商務酒店但是大堂的等候區比較侷促，沒地方可以坐，在等後的時間會比較狼狽

Very large varied buffet breakfast. Quiet room even though close to elevator. Very comfortable beds. Convenient to shopping, restaurants and walk to subway.
