We arrived to a very run down room twin bed when we requested a doubles we were then moved to a double. The rooms looks nothing like the photo huge hole in the ceiling just outside our room staff were rude and unhelpful paper cups to drink tea from no spoons to stir your tea dirty towels. My husband lost his eye last year there was no fridge in the room to store his meds asked at the front desk they said we could put them in the shared fridge. To our horror the fridge was covered in green mould and others guests alcohol absolutely disgusting . I complained to staff and they didn’t even try to clean it wouldn’t advise anyone to stay here. We booked for seven nights and left the hotel after the first night . Hotels. Com didn’t even give us full refund we spent all day looking for a place to stay suitcases and all very disappointed

O hotel é bem localizado, pois fica defronte à praia e perto de inúmeros restaurantes. Evite o da praia (Chiringuitos el Madero), uma enganação. Atrás do hotel, ou seja, logo na rua detrás, existem centenas. O hotel possui estacionamento (10 euros), fica longe e não oferece café da manhã. O quarto é extremamente simples e quase não atende às necessidades básicas; fora que o check in era às incríveis 15 hs e ainda não estava pronto. Tínhamos que esperar mais de uma hora. Cansados e tratados com péssimo mau humor dos funcionários, para dizer o mínimo, aceitamos um quarto com duas camas de solteiro.

> FIrst at checkin there was no record of our reservation. The documents I had showed I had reservations got us a room. This occured at 12:30 am, so I was very upset. So I received no confirmation the next morning on my reservation. > No breakfast provided like most hotels. > I had previously called the hotel to ask they fix a error by Expedia on my reservation dates. I provided the hotel and Expedia staff on the correction required and I wanted to extend my stay with one additional day. They said, I was all set with these changes. On the last day of our stay we returned to our room later in the day and our key didn't work and when we did get into the room all our personal items has been removed and someone else was in the room. The receptionist didn' know where our possesions were. Why were we not called to ask why we hadn't checked out. No answer, this motel was clearly not organized and working to help customers. They did say they had no rooms, but then found us a room at a higher price than our origianl room. I was totally disgusted with the hotel and and how Expedia didn't get the reservations correct. I WILL NEVER USE EXPEDIA AGAIN !!!
