Very quaint, extremely clean and the staff was very friendly. We will be back when we are in the area again.

Very welcoming staff that went out of their way to be helpful. We boated from Kentucky to Hendersonville TN so we had to Uber to here. Front desk lady gave us all kinds of information on dining in the area that we could actually walk to. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. The continental breakfast had a lot of good choices. We will definitely stay there again when in the area. Joyce

As a local in the area i honestly didn’t have the highest hopes for this place simply for location reasons. The room was spacious and the water pressure and temperature were perfect.

Unfortunately, the management and customer service at this hotel left a lot to be desired. From the moment we checked in, we felt unwelcome. The woman checking us in was rude, barely acknowledged us, and never once looked up while speaking to us. What made the stay even more uncomfortable was that nearly every time we stepped outside—whether we were leaving or simply going outside to smoke—she would come out onto the stoop and stand there staring at us. It made us feel as though we were being watched rather than treated as paying guests. Good customer service can make all the difference in a hotel stay, and unfortunately, that was completely lacking here. Based on our experience, we will not be staying at this location again.
