Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Nashville Hendersonville

Room was nice but our AC unit was SOOOOO noisy. Disrupted sleep both nights. Then the elevator goes out and we have to haul all luggage up and downstairs. Did not go to breakfast the first morning because it was too much hassle to track up and down several flights of stairs.

The staff were friendly, breakfasts were great hotel was clean. The only thing I didn’t like was I had booked this hotel because they have an accessible lift for the pool. When I booked the room I had called about it and the front desk person stated that they worked. When I got to the hotel they stated that the batteries didn’t work and they ordered new ones. I had a 5 night stay and extended my stay 4 more days. When I left they still didn’t have the batteries. If I would have known I would have booked a room at a hotel that truly had an accessible pool.

We were pleased to find new or recently updated facility. The staff members were polite and friendly. The issues we encountered were with the maintenance of the facility. The elevator had serious problems with a loud bang and a few inch drop when it goes to the top floor. The spa water level was well below normal. Breakfast equipment was constantly inoperable. The front desk staff was amazing in trying to help but it sounded like management refuses to address known and ongoing issues.

Pool was closed for most of my stay. Front desk was often left unattended. Low water flow in shower.

Hot tub was not working, we were very much looking forward to using it that was a real bummer other than that it was great.

Very convenient to town. A lot of places to eat and shop within walking distance. New pool with actual working disability swing chair.

Before you book, check to see if the pool and hot tub are closed. It was closed the week I was there. I reserved the room for its amenities. No computer and printer set up for guests. Breakfast was delicious every day and the hostess was fantastic and hard working! The dinning area was under repair so we had to eat in our room 5 out of 8 days. Minimal hot water room 125. However, management moved us to room 126. Expedia made aware, compensated with $163.00 gold cash. I wasn’t planning on using Expedia again due to their rules. I have stayed at Fairfield Inn at least 4 times. This was the worst for me due to disappointment of no amenities and with out a partial reimbursement

The breakfast was not the best verses other hotels. Certain items were burnt, and cooking waffles did not work. Very disappointing that the pool had to be shut down twice during our stay as the drainage system did not work properly to keep the area from flooding. When you have a full hotel due to various tournaments, with kids, this was not good. There should have been some type of compensation made to your guest. My air conditioning was very loud and even after reporting it, nothing was done. Not an overall great experience.

The lady at the front desk during check in (3p CST), was super friendly, nice, and quick with our check in. The hotel had great amenities! The pool, hot tub, and gym were a nice size and clean! The lobby was elegant and clean. The breakfast was amazing as well! The location of the hotel was great! Everything just a small walk away. It was really close to the bypass. I was worried since it was so close that it would be noisy from the cars driving by, but I did not hear a thing! I highly recommend this hotel. This was the best hotel experience I have ever had!

We came here out of the way just for the pool and hot tub. We got there and the pool and hot tub was down. Then the breakfast didnt start until 630. Ive never stayed somewhere it didnt start at 530 or 6. We had to get on the road so we left without breakfast. I dont care about the breakfast my kids were devastated no pool. We drove an extra 40 mins for this only because of the pool.

There was a musty smell in our room, and the carpet was soaked in front of the A/C unit. The excellent front desk staff helped us change rooms. However, the 2nd room had an uneven tile at the bathroom door, so we couldn't shut that door, and had to be careful not to trip on the lifted tile.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Site and rooms were clean.

The room was in immaculate condition and vert clean. The A/C worked great, the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The Fairfield was in a very covenient location to places to eat, shops, an roadways

Clean room, great staff

I loved the location and the hotel was nice till i open my room door. It was clean but it had a very strong smell. It was a handicap room and i think there was an accident that happen and tried very hard toclean it, but left a strong chemical smell.

Good breakfast, always fresh coffee, extremely small closet for a weeks stay. Reported leaky shower three times, nothing done. Black mold and noisy hearer/ air conditioning, both reported. Landscaping was in much need of a gardener......however the location is ideal for us and we would probably stay again because of it.

The curtains had what looked like blood stain on them and dead bugs. The curtains were broken and the wand to pull the nighttime curtain was completely ripped off an left laying by the window. Random bug in the room. Also the jacuzzi was cold not warm but COLD! Ladder to the pool was broken and concrete pieces at bottom of the pool. Never mentioned charging us a holding fee uncase we break anything.....I think they have enough issues not to worry about me breaking someone.

There were a few bugs in the room, the shower faucet decorative wall plate was off and showed a crack into the wall, and the shower water drained onto the floor as the glass door enclosure was not concealing it. But service was great, bed was comfortable, the space in the room was plenty, and the value for the room with breakfast was at a good rate.

Everyone was very nice. The room though was sub standard. The AC was noisy and the refrigerator in the room did not work. Only found out in the next day when I opened it and my food was spoiled and it stunk up the room.

This location is showing wear and tear. The staff is excellent. Good Location

In the first room assigned, the TV did not work. Was moved to a different room. In that room the microwave and refrigerator did not work. I could not warm up my pizza or keep cold drinks. For the money i paid to stay there, the appliances should have been in working order.

Delay in room being ready, doors didn’t close

Arrived around 9pm to a kind and friendly staff, left immediately to get dinner without going to room. Returned to discover the A/C was not functioning in the room. Staff attempted to get it started then had to clean a room for us to move to. Upon entering this room the lamp and plugs between beds was not working. We found plugs in other places and made do. The morning staff was rude, short and unfriendly when one of our guest was having a minor medical issue in the lobby and we asked for a washcloth. We were overall very disappointed in the beds and the quality of the rooms. I do not recommend this hotel.

Fan motor of HVAC was defective and made loud shrieking noise...Maintenance couldn't repair and no other room available ....With fan off room temperature was warm and uncomfortable...but bearable..

Great location and Friendly staff who were willing to help accommodate a room change after the first room 215 hvac unit was very noisy and room had a strong smell of bleach. We tried room 310 and that hvac unit was not working. Unit was set on 65 and it was hot in that room. We then moved to 319 were the hvac worked and wasnt quite as noisy but it had a faint smell of smoke. We just settled with the smoke smell and quiet hvac. The front desk and maintenance personnel were very accommodating but for a Fairfield Marriot property, it needs work. Looks great from the outside and in a great location and evn though the staff was awesome, I would not stay here again

Pillow are terrible, and the matress is worn out to the point there are rounding off at the ends. So youll fall off the beds if your not comfortable. Should have went to the Holiday Inn.

Heat and AC wall unit made annoying screeching noise when running. Staff said they were aware and that all units in the building made that noise because all had passed their warranty period. They said this location’s management decided not to fix the units because of the cost. The staff also said they were not aloud to tell potential guests during the booking process about the screeching units because they would get fired if they mentioned it. When I came down after going to the the room, you could tell that they were anticipating what I was going to say. They had a prepared script of how to handle me. I asked them if they personally felt it was ok to be hiding this and they said no, they felt the management should not be treating customers this way. I asked if they put in place some type of compensation response so that customers would at least feel like Fairfield cared about the situation and were trying to make it right. They said no and only told me what they are telling all guests: since this is not a corporate hotel, they can do whatever they want. They said I was more than welcome to call the site manager Linda.

bathroom counter her was broken and bathroom door did not close properly. Advised front desk 3 times, nothing was done. Broken piece of counter nearly fell on my wife's foot. Room was only cleaned once...... The ladies who worked the front desk were very polite and apologetic. The two gentlemen we dealt with during the evening, could care less about our concerns...... Nothing was done to correct t our concerns nor was any discount or refund offer, just basically a "oh well" type attitude......... VERY DISAPPOINTING.

Our stay was wonderful at this hotel. Heather & Ebony were great at allowing us to see the rooms before booking to ensure that there was no "wet dog" smell as experienced at 2 other hotels in the area. Rooms were very clean & had no bad odor. Gracias Elsie por tomar tu trabajo con seriedad para que las habitaciones esten como si estuviera en casa. (Thank you Elsie for taking your job seriously so that the room are as clean as if in our own homes.) Breakfast was the best that I've had at any hotel that offered free breakfast. I didn't use the pool but I checked it out & it was very clean. I didnt use the workout room either but it had enough equipment for a simple workout with weights & treadmill. This hotel is located in a perfect area surrounded by stores & restaurants within walking distance distance. My only complaint was that the bed was too soft for me but my husband & son slept very well in the bed.

The staff were handling a leak problem in the public area very well. The air conditioner in my room had a noisy fan.

Next best thing to being at home. There’s also a friendly staff. Cleanliness is top notch too.

Quiet and convenient.

Great location. Clean. Roughest towels I’ve ever used in my life

I like the location right off the 386. So close to so many restaurants and shopping. Shell gas station just right down the road. Sam’s Club right next door within walking distance. Property was a little dated. The shower faucet was a little weird to get used to. Small indoor pool and hot tub. But nice to have those things there. Great continental breakfast included. I booked through Expedia hoping for the 2 queen with sofa sleeper but was given just a 2 queen bedroom instead. It was convenient to get around to things in the area. Pretty quiet location. A couple of nights could hear people in next room talking and one night we heard what sounded like someone throwing furniture or something around in the room next door for what seemed like an hour. Overall pretty good experience and employees were very nice and accommodating. Cleaning crew did a great job with our room. I would book there again.

The air conditioning unit was very loud. Clanging metal noise. The outside patio was not organized. Random chairs. You could tell it was not in use. Newer hotel, not managed well. Hotel breakfast did not start until 700am. We did not wait and checked out at 600am. No coffee made. Hotel staff at night and morning never smiled. Just stared. I question, who does the hiring. They were worse than the DMV.
