So this hotel is definitely older as there are signs of wear on the walls doors etc but it didn't really detract from the stay. All the staff I met were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. We had asking suite and it was well equipped. Funny enough the hall sound dampening is good. I barely heard anything from the hallway in our room but the outdoor/window sound dampening was pretty terrible. There was an ice storm and while I appreciate that they were snowblowing and salting it sounded like they were snowblowing my room and we were in the third floor. Breakfast was good. Parents beware the Indoor pool is not heated !!!!

Hotels.com should have mentioned this hotel was under construction which interfered in first floor breakfast room, lobby and cleanliness of elevator. Also, the designated area for dog walking was filled with planks of wood and other material for the work being done. This made dog walks difficult, as well as unsafe. I hope when the work is completed it will be a better environment. The suite we stayed in was very nice, it was just missing a full length mirror. Other than that, it had almost all the comforts of home.

Very spacious room including full kitchen, living room, separate bedroom with bath. Nice sized walk in shower. Comfortable bed. Breakfast is usual, unfortunately no bacon or sausage included. Good coffee. Added amenity - every night there was complimentary snacks with beer and wine offered. We also liked that tge property is pet friendly. Currently undergoing renovations. We enjoyed the property so much that we reserved a room at another Staybridge Inn and suites later in the year

We had a mini suite. Very clean. Kitchen stocked with a few basic items like dish soap and coffee bar. We stayed 1 night. Staff was super friendly. They even had a social hour with free wine, beer and snacks. Great little surprise before we headed out to dinner.

My family and I chose this Staybridge due to good experiences from prior stays at Staybridge properties and due to the good reviews for this Staybridge. We also found it to be conveniently located near the trail systems off of I-80 near the Delaware Watergap National Recreation Area. The stay was clean and comfortable. Staff accommodated us with some extra pillows and blankets. Breakfast was basic but included with the stay. We didn't go hungry. We also brought our puppy, I believe it was an extra $50 for him to stay with us. There is a dog walk area and clean up bags to the right side of the hotel. The are only two minor draw backs I noted. 1. The shower floor surface is pretty slippery when showering and there were no handle bars in the shower so watch your step. 2. The elevator sounds like it needs servicing, it made some unusual noises and shudders and was slow to move floor to floor. I did let the desk know, so hopefully it will get checked out. Other than those two items a very nice stay, with helpful staff.

The indoor pool is freezing and unusable. False advertising claiming that they have a heated pool. Also due to family emergency had to . which was allegedly heated is way to cold to actually use and therefore false advertising to believe that the pool is actually

Well… There is a lot of construction going on which I was not aware of breakfast was canceled. No vending machines you had to get ice at the front desk. I got a kitchen, there’s no oven, utensils, drawers or pots or pans. We brought food and weren’t able to cook any of it. Staff was nice, but kind of not helpful with everything going on.

The hotel was in need of repairs, in our room, holes in doors with spackel slapped on them, toilet loose from floor. In stairway banister was sticky to many layers of paint, pool area was dirty ( nasty band-aide stuck on chair ) Securty door to outside was broken anybody can come in

The property although is in a good location, it is very poorly maintained. The room was very dirty, carpets stained, beat up furniture, cabintry falling apart, dirty linens and dirty couches.

We enjoy staying at Staybridge suites for the kitchenette and pet policy. The breakfast is ok but we don’t mind since it’s included. The only issue this time was that our room was next to the gym which is open 24/7, and a family decided to work out after midnight. And the child was running around yelling. We could hear them as if they were in the same room. I’ll make sure to ask not to be booked near that again. They are remodeling so hopefully next year when we make our trip again we will stay here and it’ll be updated. all in all this hotel is good.

All of the rooms have limited beds Ava then pull Out couches. If you pay over &300 for a hotel room in the poconos I would expect to have a comfortable place to sleep. The couch was old and filthy and my teen had a wire poking in her back! We tried to change rooms earlier for two beds but they ended up selling the room to someone else so we were stuck with it . The rooms are so limited in the area this we the best choice but atleast get a new areas for the couch if you expect woke to sleep on it. One side caved to the ground and the other had springs hanging out… Thos was really the only complaint but a pretty important one since my daughters back is still killing her sdter 5 days.. UPDATE couch or don’t sell it as a place for 3 people to sleep.

The mattress in our room was so awful that I was in a lot of pain after laying on it for several hours. There was no sleep possible for us due to both the bed and the horrible neighbors with 9 children that screamed and ran up and down the hallways for hours on end. The keycards were very difficult to get to work especially from the outside doors. Our sink faucet had a leak. The staff was extremely kind, professional, and apologetic after our first night. Our 2nd night, I got extra bedding to sleep on the pull out sofa instead which was a little better than the bed, but not great.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom, 2 bath King / Queen unit. For a family of 4 the kids get their own room, as us adults dud as well. The breakfast was delicious for being included. It gives you enough to get the day started. Staff were all friendly and helpful.

We booked one night here after we went snow tubing in Shawnee. We knew we’d be too tired to drive home after a day at the mountains. We live only 2.5-3 hours away, but the price was right so we booked it. We checked in around 5:30 pm. We were showering and getting ready to go to dinner. As we were getting ready, the lights flickered on and then off. We thought it was weird, but continued to get ready. 5 minutes later, all of the power in the entire hotel went out! We decided to just pack up our stuff and head home. The front desk gave us our money back and we went on our way. I was thankful they gave us our money back, considering we were there for about 45 minutes. So we appreciate the staff, but we did not have the best experience here.

Close to good dining and shawnee mountain. The establishments staff was very kind and accommodating. The building was well maintained. The free breakfast was very good and plentiful. The suite was extremely nice and well worth the low price that I paid. Easy parking right outside the main door.

Beautiful location for several places we frequent. Also nice to have a stocked kitchenette. Adjustable air/heat. Reasonable priced although they charge a $50.00 a night incidental fee. They do reverse it but it takes days. It’s a lot to put on your credit card immediately. Every other hotel we’ve stayed at (Hilton, Hyatt etc.) only charge $50.00 once. Luckily we could afford it this time but don’t know about future visits. We have always stayed here many times but may have to call around & check policies. Thank you.

What we didn't like about the property was the strong smell of Marijuana in the hall and elevators. Also at breakfast, there was no food options available for those of us who don't eat pork. All meat options were Pork.
