The property appears to be an investment that failed built sometime in the 80s. When booking it appeared that we were going to be getting a nice suit /town house. However, what we got was a cramped basement efficiency. The outside of the property smelled like nothing but goose poop, I know there's not a lot that can be done about this but it was still a big turn off. The exterior railings were rusted, the gutters were falling off the building, and they were cobwebs everywhere on the exterior. Inside was stale and moist, I wouldn't call them air conditioners they were air coolers but it had a fishy smell and was damp. Would not recommend staying here. Additionally, the person checking us in charged over $200 more than what the taxes and fees were supposed to be, thankfully I caught it pretty quick and got it fixed before we left the property. Also, really think about what you're going there for, the restaurants nearby are not good and are overpriced and there really is no attractions anywhere close.

Stayed 2 nights

The room was dated and looked nothing like any of the marketing pics. The dining furniture was mismatched from different sets and the couch was worn and stained and I hesitated to let the kids sit on it. The ceiling lights flickered and flashed and the blinds facing the street were jammed so they could not be opened or closed, allowing the outside streetlight to shine directly onto the bed all night. The soundproofing between units was so poor that we heard every word from the family next door, keeping us up past midnight both nights because our neighbor had little kids who they allowed to run around and play until late at night (which they should be able to do on vacation!) The "heated" pools were frigid and the one with the water features seems to be permanently closed, despite the person at check-in circling it on the map to highlight it as an activity option. The free minigolf had slimy mud on the greens that caused one of my children to slip and fall and the greens were covered in leaves and pinecones that disrupted play. This was a $99 per night value, not the $350 total we paid for two nights.
