I booked this initially thinking it was just a hotel, but turns out it was a resort. It had some typical resort things—swimming pools, arcade, mini-golf, and then some additional things all costing money: horseback riding, paintball, and golf were all extra fees. as well as the tree-top adventures and sledding. So, not all-inclusive in any way, really, but a step up from the amenities of most hotels, and located in beautiful East Stroudsburg. My only critique is that our villa smelled heavily of cigarette smoke when we entered. We opened all windows and screen doors to air it out, but the smell continued to longer in the couches and chairs. We could have also used some complimentary coffee for the coffee maker on the counter, as I had to leave the resort each morning to go get gas station coffee or bring my own.

I liked everything Except the pool. Only one pool open. And it was always packed. I suggest extra indoor pools. Pools for members and private paying should be separate from people visiting on a tour. It’s not fair to pay full value and not able to enjoy the pools with your kids. Thank you.

Our unit, both outside and inside, involved a very inconvenient number of stairs. We hauled our luggage across the grass in the back to take it in through the bedroom slider to avoid the many stairs to the front. Though the unit had three levels, both bathrooms were on the lower level, adding to the inconvenience. Furnishings were basic and clean. Golf course and golf carts were in rough condition. The only outdoor pool with water in it was overcrowded, so inaccessible to us.

We had a wonderful time; kitchen was well equipped, and we were able to have a cozy place but with enough room for our family vacation. i was disappointed about the gym being closed, this was one of the factors why we chose this location.

Overall the stay was very pleasant and the staff was extremely courteous. When certain amenities such as paper towels or detergent were missing, they replenished it pretty quickly. There was a towel shortage by the pools but otherwise we were totally satisfied.

The floors in the room were horrible. Likely not mop cleaned in weeks (lightly vacuumed im sure). It was so bad that the three people staying in the room had to throw way our blackened socks after settling in on day 1. I do not recommend staying here. The expedia reviews are false or outdated. This is 100% true. On a positive note the front desk staff is absolutely wonderful.

The bed is uncomfortable, the room is dirty, there are hairs all over everything in the bathroom, I almost lost my pillow behind the bed and when I looked back there it was all spiders. I just vacuumed and cleaned the bathroom. I picked up the phone to call the front desk and the phone stuck to my hand… I’m gagging

The carpet on stairs was filthy. The bed was like a brick wall so uncomfortable. The cleaning crew didn’t do a good job prior to my arrival-hair all over floors, crumbs in bed, grease marks on night stand. Gross!

When we entered our suite it smelled really bad. We dropped off our belongings and went to Walmart and bought air fresheners. The floors were filthy as if they were never mopped. Our feet got black just walking in and out the kitchen. We decided we wanted to utilize the pool. We went to the outdoor pool next to the indoor pool area and the zip lining and mini golf and the pool was closed. We couldn’t use full amenities as the trolly was down… so we had to drive all over the resort. There were young kids smoking outside of our villa, and when we asked if they could move away from our patio they were very vulgar. This resort is pricey for the type of stay… we barely rested and the other guests were just not appropriate. We barely made use of our villa we just didn’t feel safe or rested well.

I wanted to love the property but the amount of spiders, spider webs and bugs that were in the first unit was unreal. It smelled and looked like the property had been abandoned for months. We were given another unit that was a little better but still wasn’t good. We ended up cutting our stay short.

The staff was very welcoming, and promptly got us set up in our room. We got the King Deluxe Studio. Didn’t realize that the room had its own private sauna, which was cool. The property itself needs some TLC with landscaping. The floors were gross though, after walking barefoot for a little, our feet were BLACK. The bed was a little hard to sleep on, the pillows were borderline non existently thin, with only 3 pillows on a king bed. The hardest part about the stay was the door that could open up to join with the room next door, had huge gap at the bottom and you could hear EVERYTHING that the next door neighbors said and did. Privacy and peace and quiet was not a thing for us as long as the family next to us was there. The price was ok, but with all of the other little things, it made the stay not enjoyable for an anniversary trip for my wife and myself.

Resort is nice with many amenities. We stayed in a studio and layout was terrible. You could not watch TV from couch. Bed had no headboard so the mattress would slide out from under you if you tried to sit on bed to watch TV. Room was clean. Bathroom was spacious. Definitely would not choose this room option again but was only option for this resort at time of booking.

The front desk staff was very friendly- I believe Cecil is the one who checked us in. When we got to our room, we couldn’t find outlets beside the beds! Finally, we pulled the end tables away from the wall and the outlets were there so we could charge our phones. The main telephone for the resort was plugged in but it did not work. We did not have a fireplace in our studio unit which was sad; but they said the gas was also turned off to the fireplaces due to maintenance. Our porch did not have any furniture on it; so that was sad to not be able to sit outside to enjoy talking together on the porch and there was no outdoor table ti eat there. It also would have been nice to have tea bags and sample coffee in the unit but that’s not a big deal. I also missed having a tub bath— it was just a very oversized shower. The bed was very nice and firm. The tv was off center from the couch which was odd. Overall it felt like an old room they worked hard to upgrade. I just missed the cozy, comfortable touches.

I stayed in the Premium Tree Tops with my boyfriend & the one bedroom that we rented was more that I expected. The kitchen & living room was one floor & the bedroom was upstairs which I didn't expect. The rental was very modern & beautifully decorated. Exploria provided mostly everything as far as plates, cups etc. The only thing I didn't really enjoy was the tv. Not much options but thank goodness basketball was a channel. But overall i did enjoy spending my weekend at The Exploria. I WILL be back!

This was a great stay, food took some time to be ordered, when delivered it was the wrong food. That was our only problem there. Theirs a grocery store nearby. The villa is spacious. The front desk workers are resourceful and helpful. There’s sooooo much to do on the property.

I requested a later check out and was told no due to the holiday weekend. I checked out on Monday, the weekend was basically over. I am disappointed that I wasn’t granted at least an extra hour. Had a great time but will not visit this property again, the staff was not accommodating. Please change the check out time to 12pm!

The check in experience was above and beyond. The concierge called before I arrived , when I arrived the front desk agent explained everything and was very welcoming . We didn’t know how to turn on the fire place so an engineer was called and he was absolutely amazing. I will definitely be returning

This was our first time here. My family and I loved our stay here, the staff was so friendly and nice, to the point that they would give us one courtesy call each day to see how we were doing. When we needed anything, they would provide it right away. Our unit was clean and very organized.

I would not recommend staying here. Staff at check in office are on some strange power trip. The resort fee is outrageous, the gutters have plants growing out of 2 ft high- the units are covered in algae and mold, I had giant spider crickets in my room, you hear every tiny peep from neighboring units. It was a very overpriced less than average stay. I felt like I was in the projects.

They push too hard for sales not only their activities but their timeshare as soon as you check in putting your parking pass behind a gatekeeper to pitch you. Furthermore, no towels to dry your hands on the first floor bathroom, no extra blankets or sheets for the bedroom, the lights above the dining room did not work. Overall it's a cheaper stay with a bigger space overall but we would likely look elsewhere next time.

We were pleasantly surprised at how roomy and comfortable the 2 bedroom unit was. It is basically a condo or townhome with a very nice living area/dining room and kitchen plus a loft, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The resort has both indoor and outdoor pools, activities scheduled almost every day, a golf course, ropes course (has to be warm to open), and tubing. Bushkill falls is less than 10 minutes away and there a lots of other hiking spots within a short drive. The restaurant on the resort was very nice as well. We have already booked our return visit!

We enjoyed our two night stay. Residence was very clean and very quiet with a nice porch overlooking the golf course and trees. Check in was very easy. Pool area was not as beautiful as I expected as kids were loud and a big group was blasting Hispanic music. Other than that it was a great base for our hikes around Milford and the Delaware Water Gap.

The exterior of the property is a little aged BUT the interior was brand new and very nicely done. Gourmet kitchen for a full chef an̈d full size dinner table! 2 bedroom and 2.5 bathrooms across 3 floors, made for an awesome base for shawnee ski mountain adventures!

Our "villa" was decent but furniture was old and not clean. There was hair in the shower, on our sheets and dish ware was dirty. Pools were closed. People at the check in desk were borderline rude. They told us not to drink water from the faucet and were very ride when we asked for water bottles. The property is very cheap with towels, etc. We had to request towels three time before getting them, about 5 hours later. Worst was their restaurant called Warehouse. Literally the worst food we have ever had. I ordered wings with parmesean garlic sauce, which tasted like pickle juice. I wouldnt come back to this property.

Wonderful stay for the wedding we were attending. Only thing, bring an air freshener with you. When first walking into the unit it smelled like dirty socks. Otherwise, our stay was perfect. We enjoyed our food at the Warehouse restaurant that is on the property.

Stayed a weekend for our 17 the anniversary. Will definitely be going back and bringing the family. The warehouse had good food but limited selection. The bartender that we had was very nice and could make a very good chocolate martini. It was very close to bushkill falls and had lots of close things to do around the resort.

Nice villas. Very clean inside and had everything we needed. Just bring your food. On site restaurant had good food. Friendly and helpful front desk and staff. Only thing need more maintenance of buildings as some had mildew outside. Pool was clean and they provided towels. I loved the stay in this place. I would definitely return and recommend to friends.
