The room was really spacious with a big comfy bed, clean sheets & towels, the sink/make up area, the toilet, the shower...are all separate. The room attendent was really really nice (she was on the 7th floor). The mini bar with (pops/snacks) was stock up daily. The breakfast buffet was good (but the food temperature can be more hot) Easy access by metro from PVG airport

i lived here for 6 nights, breakfast was great, staffs were very nice & helpful. I have to receive many packages online & they helped me collect & even take up the heavy package for me. Room is in good size & very clean, and the best thing I like is the robot food delivery, I used it many times. Plus the free laundry room with gym next to it!

Stayed here for 4 nights in late July. Had a wonderful stay! Room was large and bright, and had a really nice feel. Excellent shower and comfortable bed. Stay came with breakfast which was quite yum. Laundry room was very handy although it can get busy with only 3 washers and 3 dryers. Great location with metro literally 100m away, and short walk to Jing'an Temple.

I love the self served washer and dryer which is very convenient when traveling light with the family. Also the gym is a must for me. Free breakfast offered by Expedia upgrade is amazing. Love the options of both eastern and westerns. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Location is convenient, only 2 minutes away from closest subway station.

HORRIBLE SMELL OF CIGARETTE IN THE ROOM! I have had a horrible experience in this hotel due to the very strong smell of cigarette that occured in my room, at any time of the day, or of the night. Despite that the hotel room is renovated, that the location is good and that the staff was nice, this smell just ruined my whole stay. When I complained about this to the staff, they felt quite concerned and gave me a new room. However, the smell was still present in the second room. After complaining again, they have switched me to a third room. This one was fine and I did not experience any smell of cigarette. They seem to face problems with the ventilation system... Unfortunatly, this made my stay very unpleasant. I will never go to this hotel again and I strongly advise anyone not to stay there, unless you appreciate the small of cigarette...!

Naja, für diesen Preis erwarte ich mehr Sauberkeit und einfach etwas besseren Zustand des Hotels. Das Zimmer war zwar gut und relativ sauber aber es fällt einfach auf dass da kein Wert auf die Pflege des Hotels gelegt wird. Das Teppich im Flur war vor vielen so wie auch unserem Zimmer total fleckig. Als ob man da Kaffee oder sonst was gekippt hatte und es aber nie sauber gemacht worden war. Im Zimmer waren Dinge wie Wasserflecken auf die Armaturen und sehr oberflächlich gewischten Zimmer gut sichtbar. Sowas ist einfach schade weil es soviel fürs wohlfühlen ausmacht. Ganz gutes Frühstück. Nettes hilfsbereites Personal.

Hyattと思って泊まると全く違います。ホテルのすぐ裏が地下鉄なので移動しやすい。コンビニやスーパーも近くにある。虹橋空港まで早朝で15分/タクシーほど。ここじゃなきゃダメなエリアではないけど静かでほどよく昔の雰囲気もありよかった。ベッドかため、シャワー良、ホテル自体は綺麗です、スタッフは英語中国語、半々です。

Great room , WiFi wasn’t the best but it was ok. The bed was a little hard but that’s of course personal preference. The service gets a lower rating as the check in process was lengthy and unorganised and several of the employees didn’t speak English and were reluctant to use the translation app and seemed uncomfortable talking to us. So that wasn’t the best experience. But the room itself and the area etc was great, so would probably stay there again despite the service at the front desk.

Quarto amplo e confortável, com vista da cidade para rua principal, vidro até o chão, cortinas automatizadas com comando na cabeceira. Foi a melhor estadia da viagem. O café da manhã deixa um pouco a desejar, os pães não eram muito frescos e a charcutaria não agradava muito. Optamos por tomar os cafés da manhã e locais próximos 10 min caminhando. A equipe do hotel era muito simpática e atenciosa, e existem no lobby uma serie de amenidades que vão desde chá e café até caldos a noite. Os produtos de banho eram de qualidade exemplar, banheiro eram amplos e confortáveis. Recomendo a estadia nesse hotel.

Very good location. The air conditioning in the room had a bit problem and was sorted later. The breakfast is just ok for the price. The staff at the breakfast counter is unbelievable rude and unprofessional. I have to change to different hotel in the middle of the stay because of the unpleasant experience at breakfast.

Have to change a room due to light smoke smell despite being a non-smoking hotel. The friendly staff upgraded me to a better class room. Staffs are very helpful with my other needs like how to set up Food Delivery service and looking up information for an Acrobat show. Front desk staff that are helpful and friendly - Lumi, Ruby and Max. The housekeeping staff on 8th floor is exceptional, making us feel at home while away.

Located in a comparatively quiet area. Convenient, subway station (Wuding Road Station) just cross the street of the hotel, can go to tourist spots i.e. The Bund, Yuyuan, Xintiandi etc. Also, there is a nice little Italian restaurant adjacent to the train station serving good food at reasonable price. I enjoyed my stay.
